I have been going here for years. I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I showed the nail tech what I wanted I received something completely different. My nails are uneven, crooked, and don’t look like anything I have ever had. Now I have to go somewhere else law to get them fixed and spend more money. Sad to say this will be my last time ever going here. They used to be good until they got their new staff and they just don’t know what they are doing.

We love our nails. There were 3 of us in a party and we each got manicures and pedicures. Ann, V, and Twin were super attentive and did a fantastic job. My mother-in-law was laughing the entire week about how her attendee kept joking with her. Thank you, Ladies.

Ive read 2 reviews this morning, giving only 1 star to this establishment.One of them was massively ridiculous!Who in their right mind would go to a shop for a pedicure 35 minutes before they close (without an appointment) & expect to be provided with a service?I LOVE this place! Its the ONLY shop I have ever gone to that the staff actually replies to me when I speak them. You know, carry on a conversation . I am totally impressed with this feature alone, & they do a fabulous job!! Making an appointment today for myself, daughter and granddaughters!

Went in today for a pedicure around 6:25pm knowing they close at 7pm I should be out with 5 minutes to spare. Instead I was told they could not do my pedicure because no one was free... I was willing to wait and they still was not willing to serve me. This was my first time trying thus shop and I will never go back. Just horrible customer service.

Employees are friendly and kind. New place to go now. Would not go anywhere else.

Been going here for years my mom brought me my first time and Ive been going back once a month since then. The staff treats you like family and they are always trying to accommodate you. my nails always last at least a month some times longer if I dont get a chance to go back as soon as I like lol. Im always getting compliments on my nails and always referring them. Everyone Ive ever brought or recommended has loved it and i will forever go out of my way to get my nails done with these ladies. almost 10 years with the same nail techs. Ive mood hours away and still would make the drive to them when i use to live in Ocala. so happy to be in Sanford now and so close to this amazing team of Ladies

Went to get a full set; pink and white, I told her I wanted them short. Instead of cutting them down and asking how the length worked she started putting the acrylic on before I could say they were too long. Instead of doing what shape I wanted, she made them straight across with extremely sharp corners. I habent been home long how and I have to round my edges because Ive already hurt myself. Ive never seen anything like this. They arent even and the white is too thick. The only good thing I can say is that at least they dont look like they fan out at the tips and the acrylic isnt half an inch thick, other than that, Im not satisfied at all. Thank god Im not going to an event any time soon cause of be somewhere tomorrow having these bad boys fixed.

Hello I came in Sunday, 12/4/16. You were remodeling yet told me theyd fix my one nail. My nail had a little acrylic left on. One lady said yes, some said no. The older mom lady started my nail. Meanwhile a woman stated you do not want her to do your nail right now. It was not properly removed all the way. the woman glued my tip on crooked. after filing the nail there with the left over acrylic... anyway I am Vietnamese and all they were cracking jokes in another language thinking i have no idea. LOL The nail broke in the same place it was originally broken (hence the left over acrylic) as soon as I got home. It snagged and ripped right off. I paid 10$ since they were nice enough to fix it yet Monicas in Sanford has way more reliable strong nails.

I got my nails a couple weeks back and after 4 days of getting a full set which was more expensive than other places; they were all lifting, I went back to get all my nails fixed and loved how they looked once I left... but sadly less than a week later theyre all lifted once again.. I will never go back!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The nail techs here are completely rude and unprofessional! I walked out before they even started on my nails because the tech told me that I had to pick a gel color or they wouldn’t service me! Please save yourself the time of being serviced here.
