My cuticles really weren’t even tended to at all. No cuticle trim, push back, or anything. Just soaked off my gel and did dip powder. The shoulder massage was a nice touch though. The sides of my nails had no powder on them. He didn’t clean the powder underneath my nails either. I got a 15 minute foot massage while my husband got a pedicure, and it was actually somewhat painful. She kept massaging the underpart of my foot with her nail. It hurt. Last two visits with two different women were alright. They were sweet with my daughter, but this visit with the only man that works there was not good. We felt rushed too. They close at 7:30 but start rushing to finish around 6:30.

So I really wanted to like this place. Pretty positive I got a planter wort from this salon. Haven’t been anywhere other than this salon and woke up this morning with a planter wort (to my google knowledge) on the heel of my foot. So basically they don’t clean their stuff. My pedicure other than that was great. She did amazing. The massage was nice, my feet look great. My nails though.. they already look a week grown out. Not sure why she did that. I like the shape. But the fact that I left the salon with nails that look grown out is annoying. Especially cuz I paid $120 total.

I wanted to find a good place to do my nails done . First time great 2 nd time they started lifting. I went in 2 days later they said I need new set and I should pay 30.00 more dollars on top of 40.00 I paid 2 days ago. I felt like 70.00 and sit through another service was not what was the best out come. They took no responsibility at all. It’s taking advantage of people.

I was in town with my husband who was traveling on business. I wanted to get a mani pedi within walking distance. I hit the jackpot with Top Nails!! Their Lavender Bliss Pedicure was worth every penny!! ($68) Helen was my technician and she did an AMAZING job-- the chairs were new, high end massage chairs that even had a heat setting-Helen took her time and really paid attention to details-the foot and leg massage for 35 MINUTES let me repeat that 35 Minutes, was the best massage I have ever had!!- the hot atone massage was fantastic- Helen did an excellent job in painting my nails and even the design I asked for!!Then after a wonderful spa pedicure I had a manicure with Helen and Iris finishing me up.Again Helen really did a good job with my cuticles, unbelievably good job at the extra details I asked for and Iris was amazing at my shoulder rub and hand and arm massage.I told them when I walked in I was not in a hurry and I enjoyed every bit of my 3.5 hours spa experience!I just wish I could I could take them home with me!!

This is the best nail salon Ive been to. I got an acrylic filling with gel polish and my daughter got a kids manicure with gel polish. The people were so kind and amazing excellent work and very professional. We loved it!!!

This was my first time going to Top Nails and I was so pleasantly surprised. I went as soon as they opened at 9:30 on a Saturday and they immediately welcomed me in, offered me a drink, and made me comfortable. I did a gel manicure and they were so careful and precise and polite. The manicure was the best I have had in awhile and very affordable. I also did the lip and eyebrow wax, and they both came out perfectly. The women were gentle and professional. I will definitely be back!!

To be honest I showed up super late after the place across the street said they could only do either a pedicure or manicure not both. When I walked in the place is very open and clean and they had 4 customers and everyone was working. They still said they would do my nails! Whole thing. Mani pedi. I was so happy I wanted to cry. (I never have time to get these things done) Mia was so amazingly nice and she does an amazing job and pays attention to detail even considering my late arrival. I wasn’t completely sure about my color and she offered to try another! (We did not do another color because I was happy with the original-trust me she asked if I wanted another and made sure I was happy! She did such an amazing job and I’m definitely coming back another day in the future! Hopefully earlier :)

I have been here twice and the girl who does my nails/toes is great. I would definitely recommend. I get gel nails and regular polish on toes.

It was clear that the man there did not want to be there. Customer service is key in the service industry and I had an experience of watching everyone who walked in after me, with no appointment, be serviced before me. When I mentioned that I was waiting the guy gave me attitude. I also noticed that I was not asked if I wanted a beverage. Everyone else that came in was asked right away if they would like a complimentary beverage. I ended up leaving as the guy chose to get nasty with me and tell me I was too picky because I wanted to know why I was being skipped for service. I literally sat and watched people that came in after me get service and begin to wrap up for payment. I sat there waiting and felt that I was being ignored. I was very optimistic about this lance a the reviews were great, but I found that my experience was the complete opposite of the great reviews I had seen. The service I received was not professional and I will not be retuning. It is unfortunate when people feel they can treat you any type of way and still expect you to patronize their business. No thank you. I will pass.

I scheduled and asked for flat nails xl. Like no curvy bird claw nails. This is what they did and then another worker informed me they had the nails I requested after the lady completed the set.. lolAsk for the guy worker. Most helpful and accommodating but I’m taking these off regardless. Can’t even type w em.

Just amazing service and staff. Great work, clean facility and they truly treat you like royalty. Will never leave this place. Once you get amazing service like this there is no need to look anywhere else. Prices are fair and who doesnt want a massage which is included with your manicure...

I made an appointment, pedicure for two in advanced but there was no point on setting that up.Staff was taking clients without any order. We were seated 45 mins later to pedicure chair, my party was done as my service was getting started.We did 2 classic pedi, $30 each, and my company paid in advanced so that was before my service was done.$60 together, with $20 gratuity.I thought the gratuity was more than generous but after payment has settled,I felt like the steps got rushed.Didn’t even have moisturizer on after exfoliation and my legs were looking really dry afterwards.I understand the business gets busy on the weekends and not but still, it was very different than my first experience and I wouldn’t go back.

This was my first time going to this salon. It took close to 2 hours for them to remove my previous dip manicure and give me a gel manicure. I’m ok with a nail tech taking time to make sure it is done right. But I’m a mom with a toddler and don’t get a lot of time alone to do things for myself. And definitely do not have that much time to spare.During my manicure, my nail tech Iris and another tech were talking. When they stopped talking, Iris asked me “are you pregnant?” and pointed to my stomach. I said “no” uncomfortably, which she then said “oh you look pregnant” and laughed with the other tech. I was so upset. And obviously couldn’t go anywhere with my nails soaking in acetone. I left my appointment and cried in my car. Will never go back.

The massages was nice and they sit you down quick, I didn’t really have a choice on what I wanted to get done to my nails because I showed them what I wanted and was simple different color pinks, which is actually on their website but no one could do it than I made it simple and asked if I can have a natural nail look and they also couldn’t do that, so I just asked for all pink to make it easier for them and my toes looks great havent had any problems with them, it was a rude man also that worked with the ladies not to the customers but to his co workers, but the next day I went home three nails snap and I couldnt do anything about it because I was out of town for my grandmother memorial.

After my initial 3 star review the owner immediately responded and offered to redo my manicure for free, which I accepted and am very happy with how it looks. Found this salon on google and it had nothing but good reviews so decided to give it a try. Drove almost 30 minutes to this salon because it has such raving reviews. I read online that they accepted walk ins so I took myself and my little sister to get our nails done. We waited about 15 minutes and then another two women walk in and they are immediately greeted by an employee. The employee then went on to ask me what I was here for and then I was told they wouldn’t have time to work on me. It was 4 and they closed at 7. Beyond upset about this experience and don’t plan on returning. What a horrible first impression!

The place was recommended by my niece. It was clean, the massage chairs are state of the art and the service... Great! Linda was my tech and all I am saying is AMAZING!! DEFINITELY will be returning

Very unprofessional. When we asked for long nails the nail tech cut them shorter then expected. We asked to have them corrected he became upset and walked outside to smoke. So unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

This was my first time visiting this establishment and while it was a beautiful nail salon, I will never patronize this business again. The young lady who completed my pedicure was amazing and the young man who did my full set was okay. However, for the quality I could not justify paying $35 for an acrylic full set. This things I was able to tolerate. It was not until Iris waxed my eyebrows that I experienced horrible service. I asked that they just be cleaned up and kept thick. After she finished, I noticed there was no shape. She asked if she could fix it, but proceeded not to arch my eyebrow where I asked. I did not want her to fix this mistake as I understood she was unable to complete my request. I explained I did not feel I should have to pay for the service being that it was done incorrectly and I allowed her to fix it with no avail. She proceeded to tell at me telling me to never come back to her business because I insisted on not paying for my eyebrows. She explained to me that it was my type of eyebrows. The lack of customer service and disrespect experienced has rendered me speechless. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment

My experience in this place was totally bad!! I called and made an appointment saying my name and what I wanted and when I arrived they didn’t even know who I was what I wanted nothing. I went here 3 weeks ago and was amazed with the service. I referred all of my friends. Don’t listen to that negative review. Everyone in there is wonderful and on top of that you get 20% off whatever you get done. It is simple math if you have two people get their nails done and depending on the length and what type of design they put on their nails (which cost more). Your total comes up to 81.25 * 20%= 16.25 then you subtract 81.25-16.25= 65. So your total comes up to $65. That’s a win-win for two people. So back to what I was saying these people are great don’t listen to people who can’t do simple math.

This nail salon deserves 10 stars. Staff was exceptional and my manicure included a shoulder massage. Ive been around the area and this place is the best hands down. Very clean as well. I had Annie as my nail tech and she was wonderful!

I love Top Nails in Lake Mary. The staff is super friendly and very professional. They totally spoil me and do a great job on my nails!! I feel as if Im on a vacation when Im there getting my mani/pedi. Ive been going there for more than a year now and will continue going back.

My nails looked nice leaving but I paid $98 and the dip lifted and cracked on my nails within a few days. My toes also chipped before a week.

They think that yelling at the customer and telling them not to return to their establishment is the way to deal with any minor dissatisfaction. Then even go as far as lying on your good name and say your always the problem. Check your cameras over and over again as many times as you want, you won’t see me there. Why is a simple question escalate to this ? Because there simply is no level of professionalism and they believe straight disrespect is the answer . Like the previous customer stated I cannot support or recommend such a business .

I came here with my mom for a gel pedicure and we both got the deluxe pedicure and it was AMAZING. The staff is so kind and friendly. Iris and Tiffany gave us the pedicures. They are happy you came in and strive for perfection with your service. The pedicure which came with a 10 minute massage was amazing. They also put a wax on our heels to make them super smooth.Everything is also extremely clean and brand new. The interior of the salon looks beautiful.
