This is seriously the worst barber shop ever wasted my time booked me appointment 3 days prior than I call 30 mins before and I show up on time everyone denys the appointment wont service me horrible haircuts from what I seen wasted my time and gas for nothing had to just leave

Jay did an awesome job. Cut my hair exactly the way I asked. He didnt rush through the cut. I live 150 miles away and will go there again next time Im in town. Next time ill let him do my beard too. Great group of guys. Thanks bro

Came in as a walk-in, I understand having to wait, but what I didn’t like is seeing barbers standing around not taking clients waiting. Also, observed they move slow.

Im new to the area and need a hair cut, so I find cali fades barber shop read there reviews and so I went there for a cut. The so called barber that cut my hair was awful uneven on top, hair around my ears that was never addressed at all. Was not worth the $25 I paid and no I did not tip because the other barbers working sure was paying attention to detail on there customers. Three customers were already receiving their haircuts, it seemed to me like all were pretty much done when I arrived. I was in and out before them. I will not recommend this barber shop to anyone. If I was able to give 0 stars I would. Went to another barbershop the next day to have it fixed. So money was not the issue its the lack of doing quality work for customers that are not their buddys.

Non-proffesional barbers that dont care or appreciate the customer at all plus dont take your kids, Barbers cursing talking non-appropiate things most of the time and the music just loud with cursing and if you have an appointment expect to wait at least a hour one of the most awful Barbershops i been to!!!

Good morning im dissatisfied with my haircut i told african American barber not to trim my hair on top and thats the first thing he did. After i waited 4 hours in line patiently waited with my kids. I just wanted to get out of there so i asked him how much for my kids and my haircut he charged me $90 he charged me the haircut and the tip. Through out the haircut all yapped about was how nasty was the lunch his wife packed him not my fault. Rude people stop vaping in front of kids and lower your music and stop drinnking and leave your problems at home refund please . I missed the baby shower because of my haircut not to exaggerate.

I hated this place since the first time I went there with my husband. Its unprofessional in there. The music is inappropriate. Whatever they have playing on the tv is inappropriate. And the conversation between the barbers is inappropriate. Definitely not a place to take kids. I felt uncomfortable just sitting there myself. Still, my husband kept trying to give them chances, but today was the last straw. My husband and son waited an hour and a half after signing in, only to have them take someone who had been fourth in line & had clearly said they had NO appointment. My husband spoke up, and nothing was done. And now Im happy to say we will NEVER bring our business there again. Unless you know one of the barbers, do yourself a favor and go somewhere professional instead of here where they obviously play favorites.

They do good work but very very bad and lousy customer service I made an appointment made time out of my busy schedule come to find out nobody knew anything about me and nobody had written anything down Im a business owner myself I would never do business the way these guys do I recommend you go somewhere else brother

Those dudes hands down can cut, perfect fade and perfect beard.

As of this writing they don’t take COVID-19 seriously enough. Workers do not wear masks or gloves. Customers are not required to wear masks; if they do come in with a mask then they are told to remove it. Only preventative measures so far are sanitized equipment and reduced capacity using a reservation system.Lack of preventative measures shows a disrespect for their customers and their own workers.

Very upset, they burned my nephews head and now he has a scar all in the back of his head. My nephew is to young to speak up and he was crying. Apparently everyone thought he was bothered by the buzzer and now his hair is struggling to grow out. Way to go professional barbers😡

Took my son for a haircut today. Didnt know they were so close to Rosetta Canyon. Absolutely pleased!!! My son got a fade and beard cut for a total of $23 bucks. I gotta go back to tip the barber because I dropped my son off with the credit card and made him walk home. He forgot to include the tip.Really nice place. So glad I found it.

Charese did a very nice job with the cut. She came in and prepared her work station and went to the log and called the next person (me).she showed professionalism and courtesy during our interaction. There were others barbers that were just milling around and did not ask me if they could help me. She did and I am most appreciative of her kindness and willingness to help. Please write reviews when someone does or does not do a good job.

You will always leave this place with a great cut. The 1 star is for the fact they cut their friends and foos before everyone on the list. Expect a 1hr + wait if you’re walking in it’s almost guaranteed you will be cut in front-of. The music choice can be a bit much for children, along with the videos on the 4 TVs. Previously seen employees drinking and vaping in store, quite annoying.

I asked for the barber to cut nothing off the top and a fade, the fade was good but he cut off majority of my hair after I clearly said nothing off the top.

Dont expect a cut unless you make an appointment or your waiting a long time especially on Fridays. Seems like there more worried about cutting there friends than there loyal customers. Ive had cuts from them in the past they are good barbers. The customer service not so much. I wont be coming back

Im sorry to say I came out of here really disappointed. The girl which I dont remember her name was really nice, but failed on doing what I asked for. And she charged me $25.00Just did a low fade cut which in their prices is $18.00 I dont mind paying $25.00 or $30.00But the hair cut was not detailed and didnt even got gel on my hair to at least make it looked finished. Two guys were there getting their hair cut when I came in and still she manage to finish before the other guys.But o well I need it my hair cut because I have an important event tonigh, but very discouraged for the low quality service.

I bring my boys here for their hair cuts. Ive been to 2 other places and nothing compares to the talent here.

The best barber shop I have visited in California so far Im prior military so I have moved alot and its always hard to find a good one cool environment and barbers they took thier time on both of my sons it wasnt a long wait and they did an amazing job

Always a great cut, highly recommend appointments they are too popular for walk ins. I used to be grumpy about the wait but the extra 5 bucks for an appointment to save 2 hours of waiting is well worth it.

My first impression of this barbershop, no ones attentive and no one acknowledges you coming in. There’s was one guy who greeted me at the door. Other than that, no one asks who’s next and no one bothers to keep track. Don’t come here unless you want to be ignored

I have been getting cuts from legit barbers for over 15 years from Fontana all the way to Murrieta. I thought Cali Fades was up there with one of the best, but I was wrong. Yes there barbers have some skills, but there appointment and walk in process is a joke. They are just as bad as All Star barbershop located off Riverside Dr. I had an 11am appointment and didnt get into a chair until 12:49pm. Almost 2 hours waiting because my barber decided to not look at the sign-in sheet and instead give his homeboy a cut who had just walked in 15 minutes before he was finished with the guy currently in his chair. This is not just a 1 time thing. They are constantly missing or forgetting appointments from other customers as well, and I know this because customers are complaining inside the shop. If you have time to waste 2.5 hours for a 30 minute cut, then by all means go ahead and waste your time at Cali Fades. If you believe in customer service and having a professional barber give you a clean cut, then you should look somewhere else. This shop will not provide you that unless your a friend of theirs.

Not a bad place for a haircut if you want to go with your children not a great place for them, I wouldnt recommend it at all. But over all the haircuts alway turn out pretty good but the price is on the high end.

The wait time is serious bull. I was sitting there for 2 hours and kept getting jumped in line by their friends coming in. Cuts take way too long but they’re ok. Not worth waiting so long for. Was 2nd on the list but ended up being 5th. Don’t go here!
