Went in on a friday just to waste my time and not get my haircut. They only work by appointments friday but didnt say anything when i walked in nor do they have a sign anywhere that says that. I waited a whole hour just to be sent out. Unproffessional.

Nice barber and good people working there. I will be going back in 2 weeks.

Best haircut i ever had.

The cuts always turn out great for my son, employees are nice enough. The shop is a disaster though. Floors are filthy, everything is covered in dust except for the 2 stations in use and the chairs in the waiting area smell absolutely disgusting. I could smell musty body outdoor and dirt as soon as i opened the door. Sad they dont put as much effort into keeping the place clean as they do in their actual barber skills.

The barbers do a great job but would never bring my sons here. Poor professionalism in regards to their language. Don’t mind men talk vulgar when children aren’t around, but there were at least four boys under 10, while I was waiting. Hopefully they’ll take this into account in the future. Just because they’re not yours, doesn’t mean you can be a bad example.

Sat their for 5 minutes .. no one greeted, no one said take a number...nothing. I might as well have been a fly on the wall. Felt like a morgue. Nobody was talking, not even the customers. Got up and walked out. Theses guys forgot what customer service is all about. 5 minutes was more than enough to figure out customer service is not in their vocabulary. These boys may think its cool to act arrogant but one day theyll get old and so will that attitude. Now with all that add, UNCLEAN. My garage is better kept than the seating area. So, what does that tell you about the hygiene of the scissors or clippers...on your scalp? You couldnt pay me to go back. Somethings in life are priceless...like my health.

First off I want to start off by saying that the barbers there are great. The brothers and the newer guy are actually pretty good barbers and professional about everything. Great dudes. The reason for 2 stars is because the owner of the shop is super unprofessional. He will randomly stop in the middle of a haircut to be on his phone for way too long, will stop and talk to his random friends that are waiting for a haircut for way too long about nothing, and to top it off, his haircuts are just alright. This shop defininetly need a better way to keep track of who’s next rather then just seeing who stands up first. And a better system to tell the walk ins that you have appointments all booked up for the next few hours, not just having us randomly guessing and sitting there for hours. This place is honestly super dirty too. They don’t really clean there waiting room very often and they got hair everywhere. They also only cash only so bring cash. Ive only kept on coming here just because it’s so close to where I live, but I think I’m ready to go try different shops even though they a little farther.

Great service! These guys have it down to a science. You get in, tell em what you want, they do it, and youre done. They have set (and very reasonable) prices and tvs playing to provide something to pass the time. Theres also a pet shop next door that I used to pass the time while my girlfriend got her undercut. Honestly for a last minute walk in appointment we could not have been happier with our results!

I take my CASA FOSTER CHILD here. He really likes this place and thinks they do a good job. Even knows the guys by name. As long as he likes it that is all that matters.

The fact that Ive gone there many times and always get the result i ask for. 5 stars all the way. Recommend for sure.

Been there a couple of times, only to give them the benefit of the doubt. First of all when you come in you have to keep track of when you will be next. If you want to give them a tip give them a notbook instead. They take forever a sure 2 to 3 hour wait. At the end they leave your hair choppy, one side higher and or lower then the other and to top it off blade burn and cut. Lets not forget the attitude, horrible customer service.

Second time coming to All Star Barbers, but since day one, GREAT prices, and ever since moving to Elsinore ALL STAR BARBERS gave me the best cut Ive gotten since living out here 💯 Definitely recommend it if you havent checked them out!

I took my 2 kids there and it was so awful how they smoke inside the shop. The place was dirty and the wait is to long. I took them somewhere else where the barber was nice,clean,cheaper and so professional. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Not speaking on the other barbers, im sure this is a great barber shop based on all the good reviews, but this particular barber that cut my hair was no good, gave me a high gas not a taper, and more seriously gave me a bald spot. I can honestly say i did not have a scar in the back of my head. Just hope this doesnt happen to another fellow.

Trying to get a hair cut in Lake Elsinore is insane. You know this if you live here. Your best bet is to go to surrounding cities, where you dont need a appt.

Never even got my haircut. How many people actually make appointments on the weekend? I walked in earlier than everybody else, but I waited longer than everybody because apparently they had “an appointment.” Close that stupid barbershop.

Pretty cool shop, Highly recommend.

The shop has hours of 9am - 5pm, but when I arrived after a 40 minute drive, there was a sign in the window stating they wouldn’t be there until 1pm.
