Best Barbers in town. Good people, good vibe, overall very good experience

Barber canceled one hour before my appointment. They didnt bother to find a replacement barber for me, they shouldve had enough time to find a replacement. Otherwise whats the point of Making an appointment? If I had canceled less than two hrs before my appointment, I wouldve had to still pay full price of the haircut. I dont respect a business with double standards that lacks accountability. Premium prices with mediocre service

Very convenient appointments, for it being my first time it was the best experience, for those that have a negative comment yall should give this place another chance, my husbands haircut came out great! Definitely recommend this barbershop

Not a place for a child with sensory issues. I went in today to get my 2.5 year old a hair cut and instantly told the barber he had sensory issues so it might get hard mind you say he had been there before for his first haircut and did fine. My son definitely was not having it so we didnt do the cut and I was still charged for the hair cut and as I was walking out I heard the gentleman say wow that was horrible how do you do it? Left super upset.

I wanted to try this place because it’s considered a top establishment. I made an appointment for 2pm, arrived at 1:45. I proceeded to watch four different barbers finish and disappear into the back. I than was asked when my appointment was for a second time by the same guy at 2:15. I pointed out I’d watched four barbers leave the floor and asked for my appointment to be cancelled. Thanks for wasting my time.

Im from out of state, so it was stressful at first to find a new barber. It was really easy to book an appointment online, and the place is really clean, and is always playing awesome music. Wanza does my cuts and ill always come here now!

First thing I would tell anyone is to book an appointment through this shops website. It takes little time and ensures you will get your high quality cut. Although you do have a chance to get one as a walk in, this is not always guaranteed.Vibe check for this shop came back good vibes for sure! You walk into a nicely set up shop, with friendly staff who are ready to give you your next fresh cut, fade, or whatever you desire. My barber, Eric, was super passionate and skilled about his craft, and based on my observations from the rest of the crew they all seemed equally great! Excited to have found this place, and look forward to all my future visits!

This is the best place Ive gotten my hair cut, period!! Everyone is friendly, the place is spotless and the prices are great!! Im going to try the shave next time! Ive never had one but after seeing the staff, I completely trust them! Please try this place if you have hair and it needs to be cut! Great atmosphere.. Wanted to try new barber shops now that most are open during quarantine. Saw mostly good reviews, and those were accurate. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Antonio who cut my hair did an exceptional job and I plan on returning soon.

Got a cut from Jose for the first time today. Did a great job! Super clean and took his time on both my hair and beard. Went in there looking like a mess and came out a new man. Highly recommend. Ask for Jose.

I put my kids name on the list. Waited for close to an hour. When i went to check the list they had started a new sheet. Never called us. They never even acknowledged us. I was the only mother there. When i said something about it, they could careless. Complete disregard for clients. The overall vibe of this place is that they dont care. Obviously not hurting for clients, that they can afford to ignore them.

I had my unruly hair and beard trimmed and lined up. Everyone Ive talked to regarding this place has been pretty satisfied. I got exactly what I wanted and will definitely be back here the next time I need a fresh cut

Ive been taking my son who is a 1.5 for about 5 months now, every 2 weeks and Ive had just 1 issue there on my first visit with one of the barbers who was on his phone the whole time and cut my son 3 times, but that was an easy fix! We switched barbers and we have been going with Antonio ever since my son loves him and does a great job and takes his time, hands down won us over! Music is good, barbers are nice and greet when you walk in we are usuals now and I wouldnt take my son any where else.

Sat for an hour and a half with 1 name before mine. Said the wait time would be 20min, but no problem. A guy walks in and says hes been outside waiting and gets right in. Meanwhile, couple of barbers hanging out only working appointments. Me and the other guy walked out.

Although the quality of the haircut was good and the music selection was amazing . I’m giving them two stars for professionalism, time from start to finish(1.5 hours), and cleanliness....In route to the restroom I passed buy a lunch room full of open and half drank beer bottles.Not sure if it was barbers drinking because I didn’t see any customers drinking(at least you could have closed the door). I’m not saying it’s bad to drink I’m just saying it unprofessional while cutting my kids hair.Barbers were not cleaning work space after haircuts. It wasn’t that busy to the point they couldn’t clean. Barber went to the back to hangout out when he could have cleaned his work station.. really though after 4 haircuts barber did not clean once. I hope they read this and get it right. I really like this place. Not even sure if they were barbers or apprentice. Not one barber certificate or lic on display. Last but not least I don’t think a haircut should take over an hour and a half..I understand patience but to be over an hour is to long. I have been getting great cuts for half the time..

I would give this place a zero if I could. First time I went to this shop the barbers were talking about buying marijuana in front of my 14 year old son. I spoke to the manager and I thought it would do some good. I gave this place a second chance due to the limited amount of barber shops in Elsinore. The second time we went to this barber shop, the barber was so high my son left the shop with his hair very uneven, this is after waiting for an hour before the haircut, once my son was in the chair he sat there for about an hour while the barber was on his phone. We had to come back to endure the ridiculous wait so he could get his hair fixed. Do not bring your children to this place. Barbers drink alcohol and cut hair high. Intoxicated barbers holding sharp objects near our childrens head is not a good combination. Not professional, and definitely not a place for children!!

The barbers I had were Antonio and Joey. They did an amazing job on my sons hair. They were so good with kids

Im sitting here watching two babers just sit in there phones while there is a few people waiting for haircuts!! Plus Ive been waiting an hr and 5 mins this is unprofessional! Very disappointed

Went in for a stylish haircut and after having to wait 2 hours for a haircut I smelled alcohol under my barbers breath, also noticed that they dont follow any kind of cleanliness regulations and half the barbers there look like they are on some kind of drugs while the other half look drunk. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful in customers view of the business . Guess you cant always trust good reviews. Ill take my familys business elsewhere.
