Jennifer was so consistent in keeping up with us and with our buying process. She was so keen on the type of home we were looking for and diligent in tracking that down for us. She offered my husband and I so much valuable insight and wisdom on home buying, which we were especially grateful for being that we’re first-time home buyers! We couldn’t have asked for better in a realtor than what we got with her.

Jennifer is an absolute professional and was extremely courteous throughout our entire interaction with her. When we were relocated by my company, we went with an agent from another company before selecting Jennifer (only because I had worked with the agent before and thought she would be able to sell my house). We were highly disappointed with the original agent we selected and felt completely hopeless because our house was on the market for over two months and only had three showings. We made the decision to switch brokers and we could have not made a better decision. Jennifer came in and listened to every single concern and request we had. She thoroughly explained her strategy and what she felt was the best approach for selling our house. All of our conversations with her always felt genuine and she always answered our phone calls or called back immediately. After Jennifer took over we had more showings in one week compared to the previous two months with the previous agent. Because of her persistence and hard work, we received an offer on our house 27 days after we hired her. If you are looking for someone that will go to no limits to sell your house, then hire Jennifer Duhon. Ive worked with plenty of agents before and no one compares to Jennifer. If I was to buy another house in the Acadiana region, Jennifer would be the only agent that I would contact. There was an abundance of homes for sell in our area and our house was more difficult to sell because of its location but she was still able to sell our home in a short matter of time even with all the market challenges. She was an absolute blessing for our family and if you seriously need someone to find or sell your home, dont look no further than Jennifer.We originally went with the broker that sold us our house and it was a mistake. Jennifer always felt like she was the right choice but we made a mistake going with the original agent. She was able to answer every concern we had and made us feel very comfortable.

With Jennifer Duhons ability to find a house in the area we were interested in before it was listed, there was no question about selecting her as our agent! I believe Jennifer went beyond what is expected of an agent for our transaction. She had lots of additional paperwork and revisions to do, due to no fault of her own. She sent me reminders and kept us on schedule to meet our deadlines. She was also able to provide me with options for the other people needed for inspections, lending, closing, and insurance... etc, making the process very smooth and painless. I was very satisfied with Jennifers abilities as a realtor, it is a shame that I do not plan to move again for a very long time. I will miss my daily conversations with her.

Jennifer Duhon is fantastic! Does so much to make what can be a very difficult issue, so smooth. In my personal issue went above and beyond what an agent would do!! Jennifer is the best, belongs on the bravo T.V. show Million Dollar Listing N.Y. Or Beverly Hills, would knock there socks off!!!

These people have lied to me, misrepresented themselves and refuse to cancel the contract with their services. I have never seen so much incompetence in all my life. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL Real Estate Agent! These people have no clue how to sell a home!!
