Response to Trinitas:Sir/Maam check your facts before responding. My son (who is not Cody btw) was refused hotel accommodations Aug 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, Sep 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21. He completed his survey for Aug 24-30 and only received half ($50/day) of what he should have received ($100/day) as mom and dad had to find and pay for a hotel.Perhaps you need to look into why you have a 1.3 star rating on this property. The management hides behind the poor kids forced to answer the phones and treat their future residents like garbage. Stop lying Trinitas and start treating your customers with respect. The response from the company on Cody Junes review is not accurate and full of untruths. My son has been denied both compensation and a hotel option as a displaced The One resident. The company does NOT believe in proactive or positive communication. I have requested a meeting with management that has gone unanswered and I have been hung up on. When I call from my number that is listed in my sons records, they will not answer the phone. I have to call from a random number for it to be picked up. This company preys on young students.PER

They are developing, The One, apartment complex in Ann Arbor, MI and delayed move in for students and other potential residents many times. Made to stay in hotels for months, now pushed out all the way to November... I feel bad for the students for how short notice management gave them. Did they have no idea this would take an extra couple months and only let them know less than a week in advance? I have no trust in this management.

The Deacon in Cincinnati has the worst management Ive ever experienced I you ever have an issue the manager Andrea is always in a meeting and never responds to anything. They also never helps with any issues you may have even if live threatening, and when you actually talk to her and mention that you have had your life threatened she says I have been in this industry for 23 years and have had my life threatened multiple times and Im still here. This company is very unprofessional including upper management which has also been unresponsive with the serious situation that we have dealt with.

Horrific apartment management. I was supposed to move into The One, an apartment complex in Ann Arbor Michigan owned by Trinitas, in August 2021. I have been delayed three times (and counting), over a month past my original move-in date. For each delay, the staff either waited until only a few days prior to our supposed move-in date to notify us of the issue, or failed to notify us about it at all. This has left over 600 University of Michigan students in various states of homelessness, couch surfing, or being placed in hotels up to 45 minutes away from campus. Furthermore, our promised compensation of $50/day was issued via virtual gift cards instead of cash, which makes them practically impossible to use for many everyday purchases. For those students fortunate enough to be able to move in already, Ive heard horror stories of shoddily/hastily constructed buildings, bug infestations (probably because they left the doors open during construction), and even nonfunctional plumbing (toilets, especially). From what I understand, this management company essentially consists of a group of rich lawyers and executives who go around exploiting vulnerable college students out of their money by cutting corners anywhere they possibly can to save a dime. Apparently, the CITY of Ann Arbor actually sued to prevent The One from ever being constructed and LOST. That should give you an idea of what youre dealing with when you lease with this company.

I worked with Trinitas for more than 6 years and it was by far one of my best life experiences. No company is perfect, if they tell you they are... they are compensating. While Trinitas is not perfect they strive to be. While this may be on paper, this is also something that the senior leadership lives and breathes daily. The difference with Trinitas is that they actually do care. As a company they strive to be better, strive to build better teams, and work to accentuate both customers and teams. I highly recommend this company as a team member or a customer.

I signed a lease on 12/18/18 in anticipation I would be attending KU this fall. Due to a medical condition, I was unable to return. I have been tryng to sublease my unit but have been unsuccessful. I have reached out to the complex manager numerous times in the past couple of weeks regarding charges I should not be charged for since the unit is empty and will remain empty until I find a tenant. 1. I am being charged $12.95 per month for renters insurance for an empty apartment. The complex manager and indicated she would reverse the 2 fees and halt all future charges but nothing has been done. 2. I am currently being charged a service for utilities which should not be charged to me since the apartment is empty and I have not authorized any utilities to be turned on in the unit. 3. I am being charged a redecoration fee for new construction that I am not living in. I should not be charged this fee since the apartment will be empty for the entire year. I finally subleased the empty apt. and Trinity is delaying my refund. Poor customer service and horrible tenant experience.

I used to live at The Village at Muller Park four years ago, and suddenly, this summer out of no where, this company pretended to be the company they sold (they sold The Village to another company two years ago) by using their old leasing email, and claimed I had an unpaid bill and were going to send it to collections. I called The Village and emailed, and they told me not to respond to that email because it didnt belong to them, so I assumed it was a scam.Fast forward to today, and I got a call from a collection agency saying I owed over $200 to Trinitas because of damages. FOUR YEARS LATER, they tell me I should have received a report and is available on my resident portal (which I can no longer access). No calls, no emails, nothing. I also only rented a room, as did three others, and for some reason I am the only person they have listed as a primary member of the house, making me entirely responsible for the bill. This is a snake of a company apparently, and they are literally even charging me to replace a light bulb and a single blind... the definition of wear and tear. If you find out one of the buildings you want to live in is owned by this company, Id advise against it, and also if you are in a situation like me, I suggest you lawyer up.

Trinitas Construction is a horrible company. At 735 W. Treadwell, Fayetteville, AR, we the residents of Summit Terrace had to navigate enormous potholes to get into our apartment complex., potholes made by Trinitas equipment as they construct a new complex. I sought out the Construction Forman and appealed to him to do the easy fix of dumping some dirt into the potholes and smoothing it out. With flowery wordes he assured me this would be done. Two weeks later this had not been done so I appealed to my city coucilman, the city engineer, and the landlord, explaining to them that we were rapidly approaching the point where we could not get into our parking area at all. Finally, Trinitas performed the easy fix to let us come in the less accessible back way, a fix that probably took 30 minutes. Finally, two weeks after that they have been forced to make the front way accessbile by bringing in a little dirt and gravel and smoothing it out. I hope they consider residents of the properties they manage more than they consider the people living next to their construction sites.
