Went in for a inspection sticker. The old lady told me to leave my car right there. I carry a weapon on me at all times being I’m a veteran. The worker start to clown with me and I heard her yell she will call the police. I did nothing wrong. So move on from that. The worker is extremely nice and worked with a great attitude as for the lady. She was rude. Saying my tint is to dark. It meats all legal standards. She gave the biggest attitude all for a sticker and saying you get tickets for this and that. I understand the laws.

The old lady behind the counter is incredibly rude and condescending to her customers, which is ultimately the reason why I will never go back here again. Its unfortunate for her workers because they all seem to be knowledgeable and kind. She however, is determined to extort her customers for things that are not really broken, all to replace an inspection sticker. There are too many good shops in town. Dont waste your time or money here!

Very professional, got it done quickly and honestly. My oil is done for the next few months. They used to have better prices but I use synthetic so that is the difference. They got a 4 because they left my brush guard down and put it down the wrong way. A quick question would have cleared up how to do it correctly.

Terrible terrible terrible. Oil change done there cost me $700 to have fixed somewhere else. They over tighted a piece causing it to crack and leak oil. Spoke to lady manager, wasnt there fault. Spoke to owner who could care less about the damage. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR OIL HERE THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISTAKEEven an apology or offer to pay for half my bill would have seemed suitable. But NOPE - NOTHING

Fast service - I almost never wait longer than 30 minutes from start to finish. Free car wash (at Ambassador location) with oil change. Free water & coffee inside. No TV (who cares, so fast!). Discount for first responders!

Old woman behind the counter is rude, condescending, and argumentative. I have been using this shop since I bought my first vehicle, but will never spend another dime here. I suggest finding somewhere to go that doesnt show contempt for their customers.

The absolute WORST experience ive had with a simple oil change. I was passing through town and got an oil change here. After I left, I stopped for food. As I was pulling out, I noticed a huge oil leak in the pavement, and brought my car back. They said there was nothing wrong. I left town, and then my engine started smoking. I brought it to a local, competent, automotive shop and they let me know that the oil gasket was not put on correctly when they replaced my oil. I was extremely lucky that my car made it back to Austin, as there was only 5% oil left. The shop near me tried to clean up all the oil, but it was all over the under carriage of my car. I had to run my car through the car wash 4 times at a nearby car wash to get all the oil off, costing me 16 dollars per wash. I called West Congress Lube express to explain what happened, and even sent them the receipt and phone number of the auto shop I took my car to afterwards, so they could speak to them personally. Its been almost a month since all of this happened, and Ive called 2-3 times a week and they keep telling me the owner doesnt want to refund my money, even though they have admitted their mistake. They really should be reimbursing me more than what they charged me, as I spent over $200 dollars for the 2 oil changes and 4 car washes, but all I was asking was for a refund on my initial oil change out of principle. At this point, I dont expect them to do the right thing and reach out to me, as they have shown they are not a reputable business. That is exactly how you do NOT run your business. They refuse to give me the corporate number, as I cant find it myself. Instead of getting your oil changed there, I would recommend lighting your car on fire. Basically the same result.

Went in for an inspection sticker. They were pretty busy at the time we arrived but it didnt take us very long to get in, get inspected and get out. Kane was a lot of help.Only dislike is the parking lot. Its also hard getting back onto congress when your driving a tank.
