The best experience Ive had with a nail salon so far! The place is beautiful and the lady that did my nails was the sweetest person ever. I am definitely coming back very soon and is now my go to spot for nails.

I got there at 4:30 and they took me right away. They helping me, one for my mani & the other for my pedi. They were super clean. Overall I had a great first experience and would come back again!

Nail Of Paris is amazing and has been my go to salon for the past several months now. Everyone there is so nice and the atmosphere is clean, professional and super classy! staff is the greatest, I absolutely adore her!! Ive never left unsatisfied! It can be a little pricer than other salons, but its absolutely worth it for the quality of service and products! I refuse to go anywhere else!

Was looking for a new place so I stopped in and I was extremely pleased. Very pleasant staff, knowledgeable, kind and gracious with their time as I asked questions. The place was just so nice! A little more than I thought it would be but clearly you get what you pay for. I will be back and soon. Thank you for a lovely hour of pampering.

I was coming in from out of town and wanted a last minute treat. They were very accommodating in scheduling the services I wanted the morning of the appointment. The spa was peaceful and everyone was very friendly. The staff were both great! If Im in town again I will definitely visit again.

Was recommended to get my nails done here by a friend and I am happy I went. I wish I could remember my nail techs name; she was very sweet and did a beautiful job on my nails. My gel lasted longer the usual!

I really enjoyed my service, this was my second time going but this time was worthwhile. The first time I went they were going through interior changes but the updated salon looks very nice. Everyone made me feel comfortable. I love my nails and I will be sure to come back and recommend to others.

Probably the best gel mani Ive had in Lafayette. The true test will be how long they stay on without peeling. My gels last maybe a week and a half. The tech was very thorough with the mani part - which was great. And she put two gel top coats on.

I really like this shop. I only go here for my waxes so that is all I can speak on. she is awesome, nice, gentle even though its uncomfortable.

This was my daughter and I 1st time going to this nail shop. When we entered the shop there were two workers. One lady asked what services we wanted and I said pedicures. She said for us to pick a color. After we did we went to sit in the pedicure chairs. The chairs are raggedy. Neither workers turned the massage on. When it was time to put our feet into the water it was SCOILING hot! I hollered! They both said we thought yall wanted it hot as if to say all black people feet need hot water or all black people want super hot water. Me and my daughter sat there and waited for the water to cool down. The workers started talking in their language like they do and thats why I dont get services from them anyway! At this point I should have made the decision to leave because had the warning signs that I picked the WRONG NAIL SHOP! We put our feet in the water and the lady kept telling my daughter to relax her feet and she was making faces at her as if my daughter was irritating her. While I paid close attention to everything, like I do I noticed my worker didnt take the pedicure brush and file out of a brand new package. So I told her about it and the other lady spoke up and said we use on customers but we have brand new if you want buy for $2(in my Chinese voice). I said you mean to tell me that we customers are paying for a pedicure and we have to buy our own dam products if we dont want used!!!! I said what if someone has fungus or infection on their feet?! She said I take care of the body(I realized she was the OWNER when she 1st spoke up and was defensive!) I know how to take care of the body and if customers feet are like that we dont use on other customers! ALL THE WARNING SIGNS TO GET UP AND GO! When other people started coming in I noticed the owner and my worker started rushing our pedicure. When i looked around I also noticed I had an option of what kind of solution I wanted to use in the water. There were different spa treatments on the shelf when I looked to the right but they chose what they wanted for me and my daughter. When it was time to dry our nail polish on our toes, for some reason my daughter polish wouldnt dry and it started chipping off. So she had to repaint some of it. We spent more time in that place drying than anything else! THE OWNER KNEW she was WRONG for using USED products and before I left she said I give this to you and when you come back if you want another one you pay $2. She did that because she wanted me as a regular customer, but NOT!!!!!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN for the safety,sanitization, and bad customer service! NEVER AGAIN! Where are the American nail shops because I refuse to give money to those dog eating,rude, talking about us in their language people!Oh and both of our feet felt like they needed more care. They rushed out pedicure!

DO NOT COME HERE! Be cautious. This establishment has changed owners and staff and is now Paris Nails.After being put in the back room for a pedicure and waiting an hour in a chair, I got up to ask what was the wait for and i received just a blank stare from the associates.Not the same service. Only reason they received one star is due to having to do that to write review.

Ive been two times since they have changed ownership,...unfortunately ive been unlucky enough to get the man...both times...last time i complained at home how my pedicure didnt look fresh...and this time he cut me two toes down from the one he was working on ...he goes too fast and he doesnt use cuticle cream... and when he is done it doesnt look good...im not going back

It was horrible, me and my friend went there and they barely spoke English so it was extremely hard to communicate, they were in such a rush they cut my friend twice, she asked how long I wanted my nail and I showed a picture of the length and she cut it extremely to short, my nails arent all the same length and she cut them crooked at the ends so I had to go home and fix my nails, then I asked to have a gold triangle on my thumbnail and they had no nail stencils so they did it by hand so it was crooked and with the nail polish I didnt want or pick out

The staff is very kind, very organized and keep the place clean. When it comes to nails and eyebrows they really good. Id recommend them. I came it with messed up nails but they made them so much better.

I used to get gel manicures all the time until I tried the dip powder polish here. Its amazing! It lasts a minimum of 4 weeks. Ive gone up to 5-6 weeks and they still look good. Dip powder is way less toxic than gel polish since it requires no UV light and this salon has sooooo many beautiful colors to choose from!Their attention to detail during a pedicure is the absolute best! Worth every star!
