Shes the best for my brows!

THESE PEOPLE DONT SEE NOTHING ELSE BUT GREEN, WHEN YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM YOUR MONEY ALREADY,AND YOUR NAILS FALL OFF 2DAYS LATER IT IS YOUR FAULT LOL REALLY!!THEY SAY DONT COME BACK! INCONSIDERATE TO THE FACT YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY PERSON,GIVEN THEM BUSSINESS...

The quality of my nails were not what I wanted. I inform them of this and showed them a picture. They still didnt want to correct the problem and was acting like I was bothering them. They were very rude and unprofessional. Have they ever heard the phrase the customer is always right. They need to work on this ASAP. They also act like they are doing services for free and you are going to accept any kind treatment they give you. Well excuse me because I will NOT spend my money in a place that gives attitude. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. The whole staff is RUDE! I wanted to know details about why my total was so high and they proceeded to talk over me and ask me “am I done speaking” I would not recommend this nail shop and the only reason I came is because my original nail tech was unavailable.

Horrible experience with lashes. Great eyebrows though😕🤦🙄

All I can say is be careful. I had my lashes done one day, by morning one was hanging. No prob I called to find out how I could just get them off, hot she said. Washed my face. Yep it works BUT NO LASHES OF MY OWN. WOW

They are very patient with you. You get out of there quicker then you think! They are very very friendly. Honestly this is the ONLY nail shop I got too and the ONLY nail shop I let do my eyebrows! Solar Nails are amazing!

If Id say anything I could never go back the owner is very ugly towards customer. If I could have no stars I wouldnt give her a 1. But since Ill be giving a review of my money and time spent Jesus she need to be closed. I tell her all the time wat color or how I like spending my own Money to get my nails right. Lady you dont kno me you lost Money. You kicked me out of your store. I dont just spend money on anything. If I said I want a new set not a refill I want a new set. If I say I wanted it filed correctly I want it filed correctly. You used me up until you saw I go other places then had the nerve to tell me I love my nails to much I cant come back. I am to nice you hurt my feeling. I almost cried. But at the end the bad always drown

They do good work yes!But the workers are rude as hell.They do like customers bother them.I refuse to be treated wrong when it’s my hard earned money thanks but no thanks!

BEWARE!!! IF I could rate this pace -0 stars I would! VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The entire staff is very rude, unfriendly and not NICE! Especially, the lady that handles the eyelash services there. She has a horrible attitude and talks to customers as if they are bothering her. Its as if customers are an interruption in their day. While visting this place I even over heard another staff member yelling at another customer. I am not sure how this place still has business. The workers here especially the eye lash lady seem very unhappy and bitter about their jobs. Its as if I walked into a dark cloud when visting here. It was a very stressful experience and I will never RETURN. Stay AWAY. REALLY BAD AREA ALSO

Great service and great quality of work. Even went to a nail salon in another state for my refill and they said that whoever had done my nails last did a great job!

I wish they could get zero stars very unprofessional and very rude have their picks with their customers and have the nerve to talk about the people that support their business they will never get my business again . Hobby Nails or Luxe are the best!!!

Eyebrow/ lash tech is not friendly at all... almost like Im bothering her.... I walked in and was pretty unsure of what to do... little to no help from the employees

Omg the service was horrible my gf went to get her lash extensions and we sat there unsure of what we should be doing btw shes not familiar with the area and they customer service was beyond poor. Would definitely be the last time we visit Solar Nails EVER!!!!

Really really very bad customer service, they dont know how to behave their costumers, they taking so long and we got to spent all day up there, also when we write the name on the register if we go out they put the name in last. I dont like their service.

When I came there were only 3 women working with a building full of customers. I got here at 4:00 it is now 5:50 and there are 7 customers in the lobby.

This nail shop is HORRIBLE it has bad service and there was only one person doing certain thing DO NOT come here 🥴

The wait time is horrible beware dont do your eyelashes there

I went to get my lashes done & within minutes the lashes were coming off, I called her to inform her & the RUDE B said “what are you calling me for” ? & hung up on me..
