This salon is truly poorly managed. I went to get a full set and paid $60 for 3 of my nails to break completely off only 2 days later. Also, the man who did my nails took 2 hours to complete them, and all I got was a solid color. I called to ask for a refund and told them I could send them photos of my nails for proof. They insisted I need to come in this week to get them fixed, even though I explained to them I work full time every day this week and have zero time to do this. He was very rude on the phone. To sum up, I didn’t get a refund and received a horrible full set.The owner’s comment to this post was “I told come I’ll fix for you you wanted to wait for another week isn’t acceptable?” How is it “unacceptable” to come in the following week when I work full time every day in the E.R. this week and simply do not have the time to come in? I am very disappointed with this salon.

This salon is okay. My nails definitely don’t look bad but they are also not at all what I hoped for. I came in after another salon had done a very bad job on my nails and was promised to love the results. My cuticles are cut and burnt from the drill, and the nail tips were glued more onto my skin than on my natural nail. All of my nails are different shapes, lengths, and thicknesses. What is normally always at most a 45 minute manicure was well into an hour and a half here, to the point that my legs and back started to hurt from sitting so long. They look alright for now but I look forward to my next fill.

My daughter and I both got manicures in which they looked great! Very pleased but for some reason hers was only $20 dollars and my manicurist charged me $35 dollars and tried to charge my card HER tip ($10) For the same type of manicure (not gel) Side note: I did ask the receptionist how much a manicure was beforehand and she said $20 -i would suggest to see the ticket they write out ahead of time so there is NO problem afterwards

Absolutely terrible. Cut my nails all the way back passed the skin, paint job horrible, started filling my nails after he had already painted my nails. Bubbles are everywhere almost on every nail. My nails were pretty and long going in just needed shaped they were all cut off. Given this place two chances never going back or recommending to anyone

I will never waste my money I can do my nails better.

I love the vibe there but I see that mostly older people go there and Im guessing they dont ask for any designs that much. But I will be going back because again I love the vibe there.

The woman that did my nails was AMAZING!! Best I ever have had BUT the owners were awful to this woman they were yelling at her because she asked if my friend and I were paying together. This woman was so sweet and she was sitting there crying!! Very very rude people.

Pedicure was great but she cut too far on my cuticle. Manicure was bad. I could have done a better job myself. And I wanted fake nails to add a small amount of length but she didnt do that. She didnt even shape my nails or make them even. I wont be going back.

I love the appeal of the inside, and i love the quality of the pedicures. Ive been going for over 10 years and they always do a good job. They also do great with designs on the big toe. Sometimes theyre a little rough with the massage (depending on who you get), but listen well to feedback!

While I was getting my nails done they cut me and I bled. They tired to hid I was bleeding. And kept going along with the manicure. They mumbled the whole time and I could tell they were very aggressive the whole time. They were flipping my hand aggressively . It hurt and very unsatisfied. My relax day turned into torture. Don’t recommend

Today was my first time coming, and the staff was very nice. Tina did my acrylic set and it was worth every second and cent. The outcome was beautiful and she knew exactly what she was doing. I will be coming back!

Tammy is the best! Highly recommend her! These are 2 sets she did for me ❤️❤️❤️ the other ladies also do great work. But if you want something different or you come in with a photo she can replicate it.

Tina met all my expectations and I will never go anywhere else. She does an excellent job at waxing and at shellac pedicure. I highly recommend her!

My nails look pretty, service was okay. I felt like the lady was kind of rude and rushed me. She got irritated bc I didnt know what color I wanted. I took my granddaughter yesterday with me for a pedicure...We had a technician whose name was Tammy ...She had a lot of hard work to get my old dogs looking good...Tammy did an excellent job and I will ask for her each time I go...the spa is absolutely gorgeous and so relaxing and with snacks offered as well..I would highly recommend Le Nails

My friend and I went for manis and pedis and the results are absolutely beautiful! They took their time and the results show!. Ive never been before but they had so many great reviews we chose to come here. I live in but will definitely make the drive to come here again!! The whole place is super clean and neat and the staff is friendly and humorous. 5/5 stars!

I spent $45 dollars on a manicure and dip powder. I can confidently say it was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. Each nail was filed into a different shape and they look like someone just threw some paint on them. I never write bad reviews but I wanted to cry after I spent $45 and my nails looked horrid. (also one of the nail techs used the bathroom and clearly didn’t wash her hands, just shows their hygiene care)

I would not recommend this nail salon. My last experience, I came to get red gel acrylic nails. I’ve been to several other nail salons, and they all do nails differently. I was getting my nails done, and I was never asked what shape I wanted. But I wasn’t sure when the lady would start shaping so I didn’t say anything, until it was too late. She ended up shaping them square. I thought to myself they weren’t that bad, so took them as they were. But as soon as I got home, I looked more at them & decided I should try filing them myself into a coffin shape (which is what I originally wanted.) I’m not a nail technician, so the shaping I had done wasn’t so good. I ended up going to L.A. nails a week later to get them re-painted and re-shaped. They did a MUCH better job than this nail salon. I’ll never come back here.

I love love love this place! i will never go anywhere else. Tenny is who i see and she is THE BEST nail tech ive ever had. Everyone is super professional, everything is organized and clean. i never leave unsatisfied or without beautiful nails. Their time management is incredible (even when last minute design changes are thrown in like i do -- sorry Tenny :) ) highly recommended.

I had a nice experience. They let me find a color and when I couldnt, Mary helped me pick one. She was very nice, asked me questions about myself. I told her what nail shape I wanted from a pic online, and she did a good job getting it there. I would go again. Id ask for Mary.

Horrific experience. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I was already skeptical to have my nails done here, however my friend and I had driven the 40 minutes to Lafayette to get our nails done, and every other place was over an hour wait. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought we would give them a try. (Should have been a strong warning that this was the ONLY place that didn’t have a wait!). Upon entering, we were telling the technician what we wanted to have done, a manicure and gel nails. She stood there staring at us. So we wrote our names down in the book and we just stood there staring at her. She grabbed our hands in a very rude manner looking at our nails asking us if they are real nails or not. I kept saying yes they are my real nails, I just have gel on top of them. She rolled her eyes and pointed for me to pick a color.... I walked towards the back unsure where the colors even were. When I found them, I started to look at them, the technician walked up behind me saying, “what color?? What color??” I told her I was going to need a moment to choose. She gave me like 15 more seconds then kept nagging me. I finally just picked one. The entire time she worked on my nails she was rough, rude, careless, and actually hurting me. I kept pulling my hand away in pain and she woke raise her eyebrows. My friend next to me was getting the same attitude and treatment. I just toughed it out and thought to myself I’ll never be coming back here, ever. When I went to pay I handed her my debit card and she said “oh.. *sigh* OK!” Rolled her eyes and walked to the front counter. Threw the receipt on the counter and told me to sign. I asked if I could tip on the card and she rolled her eyes and laughed. Just staring at me. My friend ended up giving me tip money and we left. I will never ever give them business again in my LIFE. My nails look awful, they’re chipping, half of the nail doesn’t gave polish, they’re sticky. Just horrific. So disappointed, but lesson learned ......

Found the experience to be stressful more than anything else. We walked in and wanted to wait for my sister but they kept pressuring us to decide what we wanted even though they werent very busy. When we did decide we just wanted manicures, they kept nagging us to sit at one of their stations while we wanted to take our time to look at all the colors. Eventually I couldnt stand them asking over and over to go sit so I just picked a color and went. We dont get our nails done often so we wanted to take our time and really make sure we loved the color! The person doing my nails made a little conversation but overall it seemed like I annoyed her because I didnt immediately anticipate what she needed. At one point we wash our hands and she just said, go wash your hands. I didnt hear her and then she said more forcefully, go wash your hands! while I had no idea where to go as she turned to talk to the person next to her. She also asked for payment before she began painting the nails. I was so surprised by this that I just gave her my credit card. I didnt even to think to ask if there was a place to add a tip on the receipt. There wasnt. Later, I borrowed a few dollars but seriously thought about not bothering. She also messed up one of the nails, tried to fix it but did not do well. It looked grainy. She dropped me off at the nail drying unit and disappeared. My mom did not like the experience either. Her person messed up one of her nails as well and also seriously hurt the skin by her nail when removing cuticles. Her finger was infected and hurting for days after. Overall, I didnt expect them to be overly nice and friendly but I didnt expect to feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Not a positive experience at all. Plus the polish didnt last long at all.

My daughter and I have been going to Le Nails for years and are always happy with the results. The owners always remember us - even when we havent been there in a while. We are always walk-ins and appreciate the fact that they work us in as soon as possible. The salon is very clean, the equipment is up to date, and the staff are friendly!

Disappointing. I happened to be in town and knew I wouldnt make it home in time to go to my usual spot so I figured Id give them a try. Should have known when I walked in and was the only one there. Acrylic fill with gel polish. I was rushed to pick a color. The fill itself was good, but super slow. The light to cure the gel shut off quickly, but i was told it was different light. One day later, Ive got scuffs, bubbles, and peeling spots. If I didnt live 40 min. away, Id be back there demanding they fix it. Live and learn.

Im not one to write bad reviews but I also have never had such a bad manicure. I visited Le Nails after being recommended by friends and will not be returning.Firstly, I asked the woman doing my nails to even out one of the nails that she broke while filing them down. She told me that she couldnt fix it and then proceeded to file down the rest of my nails and make them uneven as well. She absolutely could have fixed it. I could have fixed it if shed just handed over the file.From then, she seemed annoyed with me and was careless with the manicure. I left with uneven paint, air bubbles in a few of the nails, and no clean lines at the base of my nail. And, this is gel so when it starts to peel up from my skin itll make the entire polish peel up on that nail as well. Im so disappointed and absolutely wont be going back. A waste of money and time.

Went in for a manicure. Manicurist says are u sure u want cheap nail polish and not the jell nails. Assured her I did not want jell nails. She proceeded to do a quick clip. Quick cuticle cleanse. Quick nail smoothe. Even quicker polish. All the while carrying on s conversation with male employee. I did not make it to the car without polish chipping. Very disappointed with service and customer service. Will not go back to this salon.

The first time I came here, my pedicure was amazing! Great first-time experience, however, unfortunately that didn’t last. They are rushed and don’t take their time and then get offended when you ask them to fix it.I got a gel manicure and it was so sloppy. I had paint all over my nails. And then my pedicure was done in literally 10-15 minutes. My nails were not shaped properly and one again the polish was sloppy and uneven.So sadly, I am looking for a new nail place.

A horrible experience! I don’t feel like they prepped my nails well at all, not to mention the fact that they do not use clean unopened tools for each customer. They use the same tools on everyone. The place was not the cleanest. She messed up on several places on my nail. I had the powder dip and there were places I could still see my nail bed. She acted as if they weren’t there but I had to tell her to go back and fix it. I have had the dip several time and have never had a place put a gel top coat on! I was not happy with that at all. Usually once they dip and buff your nails they allow you to go wash your hands...not here. She started putting cuticle oil on my hands and they felt filthy dirty from having so much powder blowing around and the dust from filing. I will never be going back to this place.

I enjoyed my experience here! Was very disappointed when I learned I could not leave a tip on my card?? It’s 2019 and A LOT of people don’t carry cash on them! If you are going to run a business where your employees should be tipped out than there should be a tip area and signature requested on card slips :/

I’ve been here before and had a good experience. Not great but good. I went in last Saturday and got a gel mani. 1 week goes by and you can see the nail polish visibly cracking. 2 days ago (9days after appointment) I get a large crack in the polish that takes some of the nail with it when removing it! I’ll have to start exploring my other options.

I went here for a gel manicure. They were quick to get me in, very friendly and my nails look amazing. My nail tech was very gentle on my nails and made sure they looked perfect.

I used to go here often several years ago and had decent service...usually. What made me decide to ultimately go elsewhere was when I took my German exchange student there to get her nails done for prom. The man doing her nails YELLED at her for no reason; he mumbled something, she didn’t hear him, and then the yelling commenced. Who yells like that at a paying customer?!

Im not one to write bad reviews as I respect that people are trying to make a living. However, my pedicure and gel manicure wasnt great. My gel manicure did not have clean lines, it wasnt even in the lines at all. He mentioned once, jokingly, that my nails are short. And yes, I do keep them short, however, if you are supposed to be able to paint tiny little toenails, you should be able to paint my average- sized fingernails. Ive been to many salons where it hasnt been a problem.All of this would have been enough for me to be dissatisfied yet not have to write a review. Im writing a review because two days later, while I was in Seattle for vacation (the whole reason I went and had a pedicure), the side of my big toenail started turning purple, was inflamed, and hurt quite a bit. Yes, it was most definitely infected. I had to buy some Epson salt and soak my foot each night- not exactly something I wanted to deal with while on vacation.This was my first experience at Le Nails, and unfortunately, the last. I wish you luck.

Been there twice because I was using a gift certificate. Both times the tech rushed through and my nails look terrible. The tech was watching a show on her tablet the whole time. Gel polish isnt even the color I requested. If youre looking for a great nail salon go to Bella Nail.

Worst experience I have ever been given when getting a pedicure. Rude worker (female) took a total of 15 minutes to do my toes and cut my toe nails so short because she was rushing. She had a client after me and so simply had no interest in taking the time to do my toes. I simply explained to her after that I was unhappy and she just walked away. Will never go there again. Definitely do not recommend and prices are unclear.

Kent was very friendly and chatty as I got my nails done for graduation! The salon is very nicely updated with lots of foot spas and manicure tables! One of the nicest salons Ive been to in the Lafayette area!

I personally love this place! I get a mani-pedi every two weeks and I guess it must depend on who you get but I always ask for Julie or make appointments with her, she is the best! I have never had any problems with her or this nail salon! :)

Awful!!! No customer courtesy... I was left soaking in the middle of a pedicure for my beautician to wait on someone else for 10 minutes... She did a lousy job with nail polish and had to use a paint brush for nail clean up... Then stuck me under the dryer and asked to pay and moved onto the next... Supplies do not appear to be cleaned well, as the exfoliator sponge she used on my feet, was simply rinsed in my dirty water and put back for the next to use, as were the clippers etc... definitely will not be coming here again!!!

I always get my eyebrows done here. everyone there does a great job. everytime i came there, there was always a different person and they all did a great job with my eyebrows. i recommended this place to many people and ive also had some people drive down to lafayette from chicago just to get their eyebrows done here.they are very fast and efficient. there is usually no wait time. everyone there is friendly and genuinely care about how you look. the best service ive had in all my years going to nail salons.

I have been coming here for a little over a year and I love it. I can either call to make an appointment or just walk in and my wait is never that long. I really love that the smell isnt that strong in this salon. I get acrylic nails and they always file them just the way I like. I have to be very specific with what I want but if i tell them they get it right. I reccomend this salon to all my friends and family and have yet to hear any complaints from them as well.

I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand..I went for a mani & pedi.first of all when he clip my toenails he clipped a piece of skin and clipped the nails too short(and they are hurting now). He was rushing and it took about 15min to do everything(which was nothing..I do my more to my own feet) then he didnt put a top clear coat on the polish...as the non English speaking guy was doing my feet the other guy comes up questioning me about my mani..told him Im getting a overlay on my natural nails and he goes on explaining how its not healthy getting that or a full set (which I know that)and that I should jus get a regular mani no acrylic(little did I know This was only to hurry me out the door)As the same guy who did my feet started on my nails I literally stopped him in the middle of filing with the emery board and told him I do not want to continue service because I dont like feeling rushed..I paid/wasted $28 and walked out.I only went here as a last minute trip but I WILL CONTINUE TO GO TO BELLA NAILS @ 109 BECK LANE WHERE THEY ACTUALLY CATER TO YOU!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Brought my granddaughter in so we could get matching nails. Her tech was rude to her. Did a shoddy job. My male tech was nice enough but again shoddy job. Paid for a manicure and walked out with dry hands and polish that did not go clear to the ends. If I had time and wasnt with a child Id have had him redo them.

I went to use a gift certificate and stood at the counter for 10 minutes (and I am 9 months pregnant) while all the workers walked past me, not wanting to help me at all. The lady who finally came to check me in said I couldnt use my gift certificate because the owner wasnt in. She was extremely rude and I will never go back.

Horrible experience! Was rudely approached & rushed thru the entire experience. She kept trying to start putting on new polish, before she removed what I came in w/. No attention to detail, left sides of my nails unpolished, gave me two left foot sandals & not friendly in the least bit.

I have not had my nails done in about 20 years. I stopped here because it was in the complex I was shopping in, It looked really nice. Henry did my nails, acrylic I believe. He was rude, and mean, I tried being extra nice but he didnt, It cost me 33.00 and I have polish on the wong side of my hand, yes I said hand, it is not cleaned up around my nail, I think I could have applied the polsh better with my left hand. he bit my head off if I didnt ans a question quick enough for him. I will never go back. It was not the experience I was expecting.

Didnt even get in. The hours here say open until 7 on Saturdays, but the door says 8. Got there and they are closed up tight and looks like they have been closed a while. I dont know if I want to come back.

Super expensive this place 👎🏼 In New York I usually paid $ 33 for my nails and $ 20 for the filling (A nude color, round in shape and without design)
