The mans hands where horrible, they looked like they hadnt been washed or lotion put on them ever.My toddler could do a better job at a massage and the price for the work is over rated will never go back and would not recommend them, the curse words out of his mouth and the bragging about money was just gross..

So I got a pedi there. And it was an amazing pedi would recommend and will come back!!

I got the first pedicure Ive had in years today. I came in and maybe waited a minute or two before being brought back. With how high quality the massage, polish job, and over all experience was I expected to pay about $40 (seems to be the average). Only $28, for one of the best pedicure expiriences Ive ever had! Everyone was kind and professional. I felt so comfortable. Ill be back on a regular basis 😊

Today was my first time at T U Nails, I was very pleased with my visit! I received a gel manicure, magic pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. All employees took their time and really paid attention to make sure I was comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning and relaxing. I loved the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!

Ive been going here for years and the service here is just amazing. Ive probably had every woman in the salon do my nails and theyre always perfect, would never go anywhere else.

I got a tanning membership the price was great!! Very very clean the bed had all the lights working great they even have a sauna there!!! You should really check it out.. Did I mention amazing service too...Thanks for the great experience

They are very nice and professional! I went today because I was stupid and tried to take the powdered gel off my nails on the right hand and totally messed up my nails so I went to see if they would remove the gel on the left hand. They were crowded but the owner said come on in, and 15 min later they had me in a chair and did a great job of taking the gel off. I could kick myself for not going in yesterday! They are excellent! I highly recommend them!

Ive been to them all and this salon is the best. They are not very expensive. Great waxing prices too! I wont go anywhere else.

On my first visit I was so happy with the detail and time taken with my nails. What I went to pay I was so pleasantly surprised by the low price! I will definitely be back!

Excellent service, 3 family members and myself (2 males/2 females) all went in for pedicures and manicures. The scrub used on my calves plus the hot towel wrap and the massage of lower legs and feet feel amazing! The massaging chairs are very comfortable and free bottles of water were offered. They did an excellent job on hands and feet for all 4 members of my party. $40 per person was well worth the extra attention paid to my aching legs! Mary in particular did a great job on my husbands rough hands!

I am NEVER coming back here. And definitely dont come here if you arent a regular.I went in to get my first ever full gel set. Lady starts off nice and it seems like its going well. Then these other customers (who were regulars) come in for a fill. My lady says itll be about 15 min for them. Well after not even 10 minutes those customers act like theyre going to leave. My lady starts kind of freaking out and telling them itll be like 1 minute. So she rushes through the last couple steps of my color and my nails look pretty bad. Theres a scratch in one and then what looks like smear one another. And she did not file them all evenly very well at all. Dont come here.

I’ve been to T U Nails once before and had a good experience but today I left feeling upset and disappointed. I got a pedicure and the technician used some sort of cheese grater type device to remove calluses and he went too hard and grated off a 2inch section of my heel to the point that I was bleeding. He used alcohol and some other antiseptic but my foot is really tender and red now. I also asked for a powder dip manicure. This is the same service I have had done before at Tu’s nails so I thought it would be fine. But the technician didn’t do any sort of manicure- just dipped my nails in the powder and it’s a terrible job. My nails are lumpy and thick and I have dry cuticles and hangnails that weren’t tended to. There was no oil or hand massage or any sort of pampering for my hands. And what’s worse ( but not their fault) is that I hate the color I picked and now I’m stuck with it for a few weeks. I don’t know if i will be back. I’m sick about having just wasted $65 for my hands and toes that I’m unhappy with. I’m praying I don’t get any sort of infection with this foot injury I have now. I feel they shouldn’t have charged me full price due to the injury to my foot and it’s poor service to not have offered a discount of some sort.Edited to add that today I woke up with a very infected toe. I have never in my life had any sort of issues with ingrown toenails or foot infections despite getting regular pedicures for the last 15 years at various nail salons in many different states . I’m now dealing with not only the area that was scraped off/cut during the pedicure but now also this toe issue. I plan to file a greivance with the licensing board.

I was a bit sceptical at first. The man who did my nail did not do a very good job. You could tell he was a bit inexperienced. He was very kind about it and seemed upset that I wasnt happy with my nails. I wasnt able to stay and get them redone but one of the lovely ladies told me to come back 2 days after and she would fix them. I regret not getting her name because she did an absolutely amaizing job fixing my nails for free and was very hummble about accepting a tip. Great place to go.

The place is cluttered. We had an abnormally long wait even though we made an appointment. The employees kept switching seats and clients, no wonder it took so long. I watched the nail tech wash the metal tools in the hand sink and then take them back out to floor for usage, (of course this was after my service was complete:( ) They should be using a medically sterilized, not washed in a sink.I did not enjoy my experience. I will not go there again.

I had visited TU in the past and had a good experience. This time around I got in pretty quick with no wait. The lady who done my nail seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. She was very nice but the problem with the visit was that it took her 2 hrs to do my nail. When she finally got almost done . The manager whispered Im sorry to me because she could tell I was mad. I got jewels on my toes and i did not get the design I asked for. I paid $55 for them which was over priced and I got poor service.

I love Tu Nails. Between the gym, household cleaning, and being an officer I am very hard on my nails. They do a fabulous job of making them beautiful and full of quality!

Worst experience ever. The lady beat my nails to hell. Im a nail biter so my nails are sensitive regardless, but this lady made me bleed twice. I got a regular set of acrylics and got charged $27. I always pay $25 to get my nails done. She also charged me $5 extra for a matte topcoat, I have never had to pay extra to make my nails matte. Two of my nails are crooked and one fell off 4 days later. She used way too much glue and when she was applying the acrylic it was dripping all over. DO NOT recommend.

Had to be one of the worst nail sets I’ve gotten. The nail tech couldn’t stay off her phone while in the middle of doing my acrylics. I asked for coffin and she suggested almond shape & that’s what she did even after asking for coffin and her acknowledgment of me asking such. Her station was unclean, she also was extremely rough and made my cuticle bleed multiple times along with scraping up my fingers with the file. Paint job was even worse. She removed and reapplied the polish 3 times after pushing my hand into the dryer. Paint is lumpy and messy. I’m really not a difficult person but I will be going else where. I paid $65 for the set, definitely not worth it.

My friend bragged about them. So I went to try it out! My gel nails are crook it, lumpy, scratched and I just got them did yesterday evening! My over lay there is LUMPS that have not been smoothed in! There seems to be clear sticky spots on them as if they didnt wipe them good enough with alcohol afterwards. I told a different guy and he pretended to care and then when a customer walked in that he knew he completely forgot about me as if I didnt ask for him to look at my nails. Im so dissatisfied and unhappy. Even my friend was unhappy. She said it aloud.. that there rushing today. She was unhappy with hers also.. This was not a great experience for especially with the amount of money I spent. Even the Pedicure Sucked!

I have gone to TU nails quite a bit because the staff is really friendly. These last few times i have been very displeased. Im not one to ever write reviews but i can honestly say my 6 year old daughter could do a better job with her eyes closed. I usually just get plain white or black to make it simple and for the money i would expect better due to the staff being friendly i didnt have the heart to tell them my nails looked awful which is no ones fault but mine but now im sitting in another nail salon trying to get my nails fixed and these nail techs are asking me why TU has allowed me to walk out with them like this. Im guessing no pride in work? Will no longer be a return customer.

Rude nail tech, wanted polish that matched both nails and toes for daughters wedding and was told the polish I picked they had for both and once she did my toes she told me they could not do my nails to match. Also she did not want to redue my toes to match my new color Took way to long because she was very rude. Worst toe polish and gel nails I have ever had. On her phone while she was doing my nails. She charged me for a manicure when I asked only for Gel nails. The owner Tu saw everything that was going on and did not try to help out. Unprofessional place of business

Got a full gel set and within a week three of them had completely broken off so i went to get a fill and to fix those nails. The lady started to take off the polish but told me i needed to get a new set because the ones i had were so bad. I had three employees around me talking about how bad my set was and asking where i got them done. as soon as i said i got them done there they completely changed to story to my nail beds were oily. so the lady ripped off the rest of my set using another fake nail and they didnt soak them or anything. it completely ruined my nails and was extremely painful. they continually lied to my face about my own nails. they kept saying that calcium deposits shouldt be there and that they were oils.

I love this place and they do an awesome job and it is very cheap❤️

Went in asking for a full set and pedicure. No one knew what a stiletto nail was(they were ALL crooked) and my nails popped off after 2 days. When asked for a refund they refused and wanted me to pay to fix their crappy work!! Never going there again

My daughter had her nails done at this salon and they were the awful. They were all shaped differently and there was nail polish past the nail.

This is the worst place I walked in the door and it was like a bunch of zombies staring at me and they had my full set done in 20 minutes talk about pushing you out the door. And then they guy at station 4 he didnt even cut my nails straight never going there again.

Normally I have a decent experience. How ever while here this time. Most of the ladies all had two people working one on nails other on feet. I arrive with a guest and she gets hers going I have my water my feet are soaking. People who come in after me got waited on one person came by to remove my polish. Then left. About 10 more minutes go by and they said so and so was going to do my toes. Well finally after about 10 more minutes the first guy comes back after disappearing out back to work on another lady and then I got someone else. This person was apologizing to me. They knew when I came in. Its uncalled for. Also barking at other employees is uncalled for. IGot my toes done finally but also I have left with a smudged toe. So this was the worst experience I have had. I was there for about an hour and half. Normally Im in and out in about 45 min!
