I needed my 3rd floor apartments carpets cleaned prior to a move out and not only did Nesheims give the most competitive price by far, but theyre also local. All initial communications with the team via email was prompt, courteous and my questions were well answered. The initial inspection was also really helpful and also assured me to the actual cost (no surprises!). Lastly, the technician who came and cleaned our carpet was polite and considerate during COVID as well as friendly. All work was completed faster than estimated. We would definitely use Nesheims again!

I hired this company to clean carpeting in my rental. It was very dirty and had lots of stains on it. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end with Neishems. From the first call to set up service through our amazing technicians Eddie and Jason, the experience was terrific. Eddie and Jason went out of their way to work through the July 4th holiday weekend, keep us completely informed and communicated throughout the whole water damage mitigation process (which can be stressful). They were kind, respectful, and did excellent work. We will use them for all our carpet, flooring and water damage needs in the future.

Nesheims is a carpet cleaning company above the rest. They give 100% all the time.

I have used Nesheim several times for carpet cleaning. Best I found. I recently used them for a couch cleaning with normal use dirt. It’s an Ethan Allen brand couch, good quality. After a $200 cleaning, although improved, the same stains on the the front cushion remain. I have pictures of before and after below. The dirt around the skirt is improved but not clean. I was hoping for better results from this very professional company. I consider Nesheim the best in the area for carpets so maybe this is the best that can be done. Tag says ok for dry cleaning. Maybe that’s what I’ll try next.As an update, I received a follow up call from Nesheim. They were determined to resolve my concerns. We rescheduled and second visit to try a different approach to remove the stains. It is much better now. My conclusion is Nesheim is as good at customer satisfaction as they are at textile cleaning. I’m again very pleased. Top shelf company.

I’ve used many carpet cleaning companies and nesheims is by far the best! They are organized, efficient and do excellent work. I have my carpets cleaned twice a year and what a difference it makes in how my house looks and feels. I don’t use anyone else.

I first used Nesheim’s to get large oil stains, that spewed from my snow blower, off of our concrete sidewalk and driveway. It was pretty bad. They came out and did a decent job and had warned me it likely all won’t come out. The owner came by to look at the job and said, “we’re coming back, I think we can do better.” So, he personally came out, at no cost to me, and hit the oil stains a second time and, behold, it actually all did come out! Right there and then I asked if they cleaned and stretched carpet, and they said of course. So, they came back and cleaned and stretched my carpets and they honestly look virtually brand new.

From beginning to end they were great. I had been using another local business but they went out of business so I tried Nesheim’s. Very happy! Excellent communication throughout. Arrived on time. Did a great job and was LESS than quoted! I have several rentals in Boulder and will definitely use them again.

Nesheims has cleaned my carpets in the past, and Ive always been happy with their service. Ive taken my Persian rug and other area rugs to Nesheims for cleaning for a number of years, and just recently did so again. They always do a really great job, and are really careful in the way they handle these items. Their prices have gone up over the years, though, and Im not sure I will be able to continue to afford their rug cleaning service.

The technician had his work cut out for him but he jumped right in. There were rust stains from old furniture legs. There were also cat stains that had been there for years. He tried everything and it worked. He was respectful to the home and to my friend and me. If you want really good work done, call Nesheims.

I request and received an in person inspection and quote. An appointment was set and as a result of all concerns being addressed and questions answered the appointment was set and agreed to.The 64 year old hardwood floors were showing wear, especially in the high traffic areas and the grout in the kitchen/dining room and two bathrooms needed professional cleaning.Employees of Nesheim were respectful, polite and professional and the floors look amazing.If there is anything negative at all to reference for this review, it would have to be not sticking to the original schedule discussed at the time I signed the contract. But overall, I am very pleased with the results!.I would recommend Nesheims for your hardwood floors and grout cleaning.

Nesheim is my go to place for any big cleaning chores. This time my cat had thrown up on my loveseat and my other living room furniture needed cleaning. As usual Nesheim showed up on time and did a very thorough and efficient job. Gone was anysign or smell of my cat and all the other pieces were sparkling. A bit pricey but worth it.

I recently used Nesheims to clean carpets in a condo I was vacating . There was a bit of a problem in the beginning with some extra water but the company immediately corrected the error by sending out two technicians to fix the problem . I have used this company in the past as has a relative of mine and we were very pleased with results .

I was very impressed and reassured (my first time scheduling a carpet cleaning) after my intake phone call with Ally. She is extremely professional and patient when I had to change the date and times prior to the cleaning. I was once again more than happy and impressed with their customer service after I had the free consultation with Leo. Make sure to pay extra for the Black Light service....especially if you have pets! The technicians Andrew and Lucas called me letting me know they were on their way and gave me an estimated ETA. When I met them in the driveway, they were extremely friendly and happy to help. I was completely shocked that the basement carpet looked great! The smell from the previous tenants dog was no longer there! The basement carpet makes the basement look like a brand new construction basement! The lingering pet odor and the pet stains were removed!I Also, I had the basement stairs cleaned and the color of the carpet went from a dark brown to an almost white color! I would have thought someone must have installed new carpet! The basement stairs carpet was also very plush afterwards and I looked forward walking up and down them :) They were very affordable (in my opinion) and I look forward to working with them again!

Nesheims came to my rental to do a basic carpet shampoo the day before the tenants moved in. The next day when the tenants came they wanted a deeper cleaning to remove some animal odors. I called the company and they came back to the house within an hour to do the carpets again no hesitation. Very nice to have such conscientious group!

I sent Nesheims an oriental rug that has been though heavy human and animal traffic for the past 21 years. It was in bad shape. They delivered it this week and I could hardly believe it was the same rug! It is beautiful!!Plus they delivered it at no charge and laid it down for me.They have also been helpful in finding me ways to have my Navajo rugs appraised. This is a wonderful group.

Nesheims has cleaned carpets for me twice and both times did an excellent job. I didnt have to call them back, as I have with other carpet cleaning services. Whats even nicer about Nesheims is their area rug cleaning service. After buying a runner rug at a garage sale, I realized it needed cleaning. Nesheims made it new again. Also, their estimates were clearly written and provided good documentation.

We were very pleased with the results of our work. We had all of our floor surfaces cleaned including carpet, wood and tile. In addition we had out carpet re-stretched and our tile-grout disinfected. They have been caring for our carpets since they were replaced in 1999, still like new and wearing well. Over the years pricing has kept pace with the times, they are a high end service. They do a good job of spot cleaning when necessary and offer other services which is helpful.

I have been a Nesheim’s customer for years. I’ve used them not only for my own home, but I’ve used them for a rental property I have owned in the past. They are not necessarily the cheapest on the market, but my estimation is that they are the most trustworthy, and professional.

The first time I used Nesheim’s was about 20 years ago. They were great then and they’re still great now: great quality, great customer service, and they do a great job! After countless attempts to figure it out on my own, they let me know what my cheap rug mat was doing to my wood floors, made me a new mat, and sent my rug home with more intense color then when I gave it to them - how is that even possible??

I have never, ever had such a high quality carpet cleaning as Nesheim’s delivered! My very old carpet looked great again. The spots are gone. They don’t rush through the job. Nesheims cleaned an antique area rug for me and it turned out beautifully! The colors are just as vibrant as they were before I had it cleaned! They also cleaned some upholstery cushions for me and it couldnt have been easier. I dropped them off at their location in Lafayette. The best part was that I didnt have to remove the covers from the cushions in order for them to be cleaned!
