I was left very underwhelmed with my service. I feel like my service was rushed as they did around 700 square feet and were in and out in less than 30 minutes. My carpet wasnt even that bad so I expected the results to be fairly good, but I can hardly tell they were cleaned. I still have light stains that Im able to get out with a rag by hand. Hope others have better luck than I did. For $260 I expected more. To each their own.

I appreciate Stanley Steemer being able to come the same morning that I called. The two gentlemen were very nice and worked quickly to clean the accident my pet left. Fingers crossed the stain is gone for good.

They did an amazing job, the house had been rented to two different renters for a total of 15 years amd they got most of the stains out and the ones that wouldnt come put are lighter. Very happy, we thought we were going to have to replace the carpet.

The technicians that came to my house were very friendly and very informative. They were honest about the type of results I should expect from 10+ year carpets and when I asked them to also clean the shower stall, they made sure I was aware that the result might not be what I am expecting and wanted to make sure I understood I might not feel like I got my money’s worth. However, the results were unbelievable. Both the shower and the carpets looked so much better. We are very happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I thought there would be furniture moved around and they didn’t do anything. The guy acted as if he didn’t want to do it at all, seeming really snotty. He were done in literally 30 mins with the whole house. It wasn’t much space but for me to have clean, sanitize, and deodorize and an area rug cleaning I think that was pretty fast. My carpet look like I did it with my home shampooer. There are still stains on my floor. I only knew he was done because I received the text message about rate your experience. It’s a negative for me.

Had my grout cleaned. And it looks like they never done anything to it at all. Do not use this company at all. They dont care if your satisfied or not. They took my $264.00 and my grout is still dirty. ****DONT Not USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY SENT A KID OUT WHO KNEW NITHING AT ALL. I NEED MY FLOORS CLEANED. OR A REFUND!!!!

Did a good job overall, got some small stains out- didn’t smell as refreshing as I thought it would- smelled like wet socks until it dried and I had to open windows and turn on fans

Hands down, the best in Town!Ask for Jeff Brown. If he cant get the stain out, noone can. Accept defeat and buy new carpet.Jeff was fantastic. Be arrived on-time and got to work right away. He moved furniture around to get every spot, and made us feel like he really cared about our home. He explained (while working - very efficient) how his tools worked, and why he did certain things. In the end, the carpets looked great, and we couldnt be more pleased.

The best cleaning service in Lafayette and surrounding areas, I could not recommend them high enough! They did an excellent job on our carpets and our tile and grout looks as good as it did when we moved in. Best bang for your buck in town!

I’ve used the Lafayatte branch several times, for tile cleaning and protection, carpet cleaning and now upholstery cleaning and...I’m in love! But really, they are on time, they have professional technicians and I get gorgeous results. It’s easy to book and they are quick to get me in. It took all of 15 minutes for them to clean my ivory recliner and add protectant to my recliner and sofa- so fast. Great job!

I must say, I’m disappointed with the overall job. The staff was pleasant but I feel like they rushed through the job. I had a couple of old stains, 1 was a pet stain the other a food stain. Not a bad job on the pet stain but I feel the food stain if they had tried a bit harder could have come out much better. The real disappointment is the level of moisture left in the carpet. The crew spent only about 40 minutes to do a 1600 sq ft home and if they had spent more time extracting the water it would have been much better.

The gentlemen that arrived to clean our carpet were excellent. They were quick and very efficient, not sure why I havent been using them before.

My scheduled time of arrival was between noon—3:00. I received a phone call at 2:30 from the manager indicating the tech was running way behind and wouldn’t arrive until between 4-5. He arrived at 4:57 and immediately said it had been a long day. I was having my entire empty house (large great room, 3 large bedrooms, hallway, stairs, and basement family room) cleaned for placing house on the market. I had several spots that needed attention as well. The tech indicated upon arrival that due to the size of areas being cleaned, it would take 2 hrs. He was done in an hr and 15 minutes. Several of the spots he said he couldn’t get up and the rooms where my dog liked to hang out smelled like dog when he finished. In my opinion, I was his last stop and he rushed through it. Totally dissatisfied with Stanley Steemer. I would not recommend them for cleaning.

The gentlemen were here as stated, they explained everything before they began and consulted with me if they were unsure of something. I am Very satisfied with the carpets that were cleaned & protected. We will be arranging regular cleanings in the future.

The guy was very nice, but I feel like he didnt spend enough time trying to get my carpets clean I had 4 rooms plus stairs and he was only here maybe an hour and a half, 90% of the spots on my carpets are still there, then when leaving he somehow got stuck halfway down my yard tearing up my yard I had to pull him out and I think its going to be more work and money to fix my yard than it was paying for my carpets to be cleaned

Very efficient and professional cleaning team. Matt has done our house several times. So he is familiar with the layout yet remains very respectful. I really appreciated that he noticed my struggle to reassemble a light fixture I had just cleaned. He showed me how to fix my problem. I must add that the price to do 7 rooms was very fair. Job well done!

I was able to get an appointment at almost the last minute. The technicians were here promptly, accomplished the work quickly. Hooray, clean carpets!

I was happy with the gentleman that did my carpets, he worked hard,but after he left and the carpets started to dry, some of the spots reappeared, i was kinda disappointed, i wonder if they could have beenhit harder.

Carpet was cleaned - furniture not put back n same location & foam blocks were not put under some of my items!!! Not very satisfied!

July 09, 2019 - I was extremely pleased with my whole experience, from making the appointment to the guys showing up at the time slot planned. The the guys were very professional and courteous. Upon leaving, they cleaned up and left with everything in place and clean. Thank you for the entire staffs professionalism.

Had a wonderful experience with the employees and they did a great job. Were not able to get all the stains out but it is understandable. All around great.

When they first did the work my carpet looked brand new again, but after it dried it seems like all the traffic spots came right back again. Its better, but I was much more excited day 1 then I am after week 1 was over. Basically, for the price I could have just bought a carpet shampooer and had similar results I believe

I called and scheduled an appointment to have my slate tile stripped from its old sealer, tile cleaning and having a new sealer applied. When the technician arrived he wasn’t able to perform the work because apparently the information I gave the company’s scheduling about the tile type and work I wanted done was lost because he no notes/information in his work order stating the type of tile and the work I desired so I had to schedule another appointment.After scheduling for a second visit, which he arrived two hours after the time frame given to me, the technician performed and did a fine job. However, my biggest concern I have now is that the sealer used on my slate flooring is still tacky to the touch after more than 15 hours after it was applied. I plan to give the sealer yet even more time to see if the tackiness disappears. If it remains tacky I plan to call them to ask what can be done or ask if the wrong sealer was used

I got Stanley Steemer to come to my house to do the three carpeted rooms on the first floor. They arrived within the promised time and got the rooms looking excellent for our company that was coming five days later. The two technicians explained their process and did an excellent job of treating some spots. With our family having a dog, the cleaning was an excellent value over doing cleaning the carpets on my own. For anyone considering Stanley Steemer, I would recommend allowing a couple days to get the carpet completely dry.

Never thought a 20 year old carpet could look so good. The service techs did a fantastic job. I definitely will use them again.

Unfortunately we have had 2 bad experiences in a row with this company. Last year the techs were late getting to our house and left with only having cleaned the open areas of the room (did not go behind or under furniture that we had disassembled prior to their arrival). I decided to give them another shot this year, hoping for a better experience. This time they did not show up within the time frame I had scheduled and were going to be close to an hour late. On top of that, the person I spoke with on the phone, Shirley, was unapologetic and did not seem to care that I was canceling my appointment. Unfortunately, I will not be using them again.

I had them come and clean my carpet a couple of years ago and the young man they sent to clean my carpet stole money out my house. He did a good job of cleaning but he didnt have to steal my money. They are good at what they do, but i wouldnt recommend their service

They clean the carpets of my restaurant better than anyone ever has! The workers are very kind, prompt, and professional. Scheduling is also so easy!

They always do a great job. Only thing that surprised me this time is usually they move my dining table and any chairs in the room to get under them. They need put them in foam blocks until the carpets dry. They did not do this during my last cleaning.

If it can be cleaned they clean it. I use Stanley Steemer carpet cleaning at my mortgage office downtown Lafayette and was amazed.. I really thought we needed to get new carpeting but their work saved me a fortune. Let them have a shot at your carpet or tile before you rip it out and start over it is really amazing what they can do.

Stanley Steamer cleaned my recliner and seational sofa. Both piec s were moderately dirty with the recliner especially dirty. The technician was not sure how clean it would get. We were both pleasantly surprised when all stains came out.

The service man was very friendly and helpful. He was great and he didnt push the upsales, like some do.I had my carpets shampooed and deodorized. The smells did not really come out. I expected it a little better since I paid for the deodorizer too. Either the shampoo or the deodorizer left my carpets very sticky, and that was the biggest problem. I spent $300 to do all of the carpet in the house, and I feel like it could have been better.
