Worst car rental service ive ever used. I called the corporate office to extend my drop date by 24hrs (1hr) and i was charged for the previous days using the rate for that one day extension. Who does that!!! Its utterly disgusting. Will never be using them again. Never!!! I really do regret renting from them.

They have good deals through their club. I made my reservation about two weeks in advance and set up a time that would allow me to make preparations for the family trip once I picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately they failed to have the SUV on the lot when I arrived for my scheduled pickup. It took almost an hour and a half for them to secure a vehicle to fulfil my reservation. I would much rather have my vehicle ready to pick up over an upgrade. My time is much more valuable than an upgrade on my rental especially an hour and half. This resulted in us arriving at our destination during peak rush hour traffic that led to further delays.

I LOVE Alamo especially At The Cincinnati Airport and Indianapolis Airport the customer service is always superb an with a smile Process is Fast an Prices always reasonable regardless of the time of year. Vehicles are always up to date, clean, and ready.. GO ALAMO...

IVE RENTED FROM SEVERAL PLACES IN LAFAYETTE. This by far is the worse customer service ever. I reserved and prepaid online for a pickup truck. When I arrived the rep was holding a conversation on her phone while speaking to me in between. After charging my card the additional 200 deposit then she decides to check for the truck availability and then I was told we only have a minivan. I couldnt even rent elsewhere because the funds on my credit would take several days to refund. NEVER again IM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBBB

I rented a mini-van for a road trip with 6 people from here through Costco travel. The van was nice and clean and drove well. Pickup was easy and they brought it right to the terminal for me. Dropoff was even easier. I would rent from them again.

Disappointed I drive campers and I get down here to Louisiana I reserved a vehicle go to pick it up they wouldn’t take my discount code wouldn’t take my company card won’t take cash so I was stranded here with no way home, the employees did nothing to try and help to see if there’s anything they could do for me to get back I had another load to pick up in Indiana. Worse car rental I’ve ever delt with! Go with enterprise way better service way better atmosphere and way nicer staff that actually do there jobs and like there job will never use Alamo again and will let everyone I know that do this not to waste there time with this place!!!!!

The team at the airport is outstanding..Kenny, Philip and the new assistant manager, and one of the other ladies, sorry to forget her name..always accommodate me. They always go above and beyond. get me in and out so quickly without any challenges...Thanks to Kenny and his team!!!!

I had a horrible experience with renting from Alamo in Lafayette. Their customer service is deplorable. There is a complete absence of professionalism and common courtesy. The air conditioner in the car they provided went completely out 30 minutes into my trip down the interstate. I left messages and wrote emails and did not receive any response from their manager.

First time renting a car with this place and Im very satisfied. I will definitely be coming back. Most of all, I love the hours of operation of this place. Its really difficult finding a place that opens as early and as late as they do.

Was very quick pickup and drop off... I rented through Alamo but pick up the car with National. Car was clean. Was please with the whole process. I will use Alamo again the the future.

Had a very horrible experience. got there to pick up my rental and there was no one at the counter for at least 15 minutes. finally a female came from the back stating that she and only one other person was there and they didnt have any cars upfront and none of the managers were answering the phone. what should have taken 10 minutes turned out be 40 minutes. the young ladies were very pleasant and i know that they were just doing their job. but it was very unorganized. and i rent from there all the time

We rented a vehicle out of Aurora Colorado last week. We had issues getting the vehicle we requested then once we got it they did not do a visual inspection and we got it soaking wet. Upon our returning the vehicle they scanned the sticker and immediately advised me there was hail damage to the vehicle before we were able to exit it. It didnt even rain the few days we were there. The manager showed me a little ding on the hood then when I had him go back and show my son in law the manager climed up and showed my son in law a ding on the roof. It was clear we had declined their I insurance so this was a scam to try to claim it on our personal insurance. Not gonna happen. Never again!

Awesome staff at the LFT location. Had issues with the closure of the lift trunk on initial rental SUV. It was miserable out raining; after traveling almost 2000 miles, all I wanted to do was decompress! The Manager literally came to my rescue. She personally handled the problem, offering an upgrade for a vehicle that was just returned and took it upon herself to clean and bring the vehicle to me. Who does that. I definitely will rent from Alamo again.

The car was not cleaned. The carpet was vacuumed and that was it. I brought car to carwash to clean.

While I was in town visiting a friend of mine to help her move, she called to reserve a specific vehicle to help us move more efficiently. She was told over the phone that the vehicle was available. So she preceded to walk (in this Louisiana heat) to pick up this vehicle. When she arrived she asked once again was the specific vehicle she wanted available and again she was told yes. So in the process of payment, she was offered a free upgrade aka we actually dont have this vehicle on the late. This disregard for what the customer actually wants to make a sale is a major turn off. As I have a wedding coming up Ill be sure to tell my guest they may need to find a different car rental company, one who will give them what they ask for and not having something pushed on them to make a sale.

So easy to rent a car here. They even brought the van around to meet us at the luggage area. Returning it was even easier. Highly recommend.

Very reliable and fast service. Also nice fleet of cars and free upgrades when current customer car size is unavailable. Strongly recommend Alamo to everyone.

I reconfirmed my reservation before my flight. At 9 PM when I arrived, they informed me they were out of cars. It was no ones fault, just happens. Nice. I would recommend one of the other agencies, these guys are unreliable.

Receptionist was very helpful and steered me in the right direction. Very pleasant experience!!

I have rented a vehicle from Alamo on several occasions and have been very pleased every time. The cars are new, clean and always full of gas. The associates are always curteous and professional and will continue to get my business.

Everything was fine except the car was not clean. There were stains on the upholstery (which probably could not be removed) and whenever I got out of the car, I felt like I needed to wash my hands!

I asked for a specific car model when I reserved my car over the phone, and was told one was available. So I walked 2.6 miles to pick it up, asked the idiot lady at the register if she was sure one was available (twice) and was asured there was. However, when it was time to give me the keys, I suddenly qualified for a free upgrade, because THE CAR MODEL I SPECIFICALLY ASKED ABOUT 3 TIMES WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I then asked for the cheapest car price and was lied to... (I know it was a lie, because it was cheaper online). Dont go here if you want an honest business transaction. Theyre so busy trying to make a sale they either dont listen or dont care about what the renter wants, and lie to you. I then proceeded to walk the 2.6 miles home, since they were so shady.

I recommend Alamo, its cheap rental prices. I enjoy driving their car

Alamo is my #1 car rental company...great staff...great service...great prices. Recently I had to suffer through an experience with another car rental company and endure their constant pressure of trying to up-sell me to a higher-priced rental...yuk!

Horrible made reservations inbound and during flight they sold out of cars leaving a business traveler stranded.Will never recommend or use LAF airport location Alamo in the future.

This Lafayette airport in Louisiana have a lot of racist people and like to like so they dont have to work... Smh go else where..
