1 star only because I had to put 1. We were given a car with a check engine light on and told not to worry. Mind you to go to Daytona from Lafayette. We get to Covington and start having problems. Car shakes hard, only wants to go in reverse when put in drive. This continued but we made it to the destination thankfully. Finally we were able to get in touch with the Kevin who never returned calls b/c we used a different friends phone. He did not really want to help us and was rude. Eventually he gets us a van but expects us to drive 1 1/2 hours to get it. As well as expected us to bring his rental to a Buick dealership. The other cheap rental place brought us the van. Big confusion next b/c the other rental place said they were taking the Buick rental. Kevin starts calling getting ugly over the Buick rental. Finally he has it towed. A wasted whole day of our trip b/c of a broken down vehicle being given to us to drive that far and Bruce’s was aware of the trip. Never never rent from these people. Our friend learned a lesson about renting from “franchise” “cheap” rental agencies. Please do yourself a favor and go to the national companies. Bruce’s is a ridiculous joke.

If I could put a zero stars I would. They ripped my wife out of 5000. Our car was totalled out. He went and put the same car out for resell. He acts like he cares about the person. So only go here if you have too. In bed with Go auto insurance as well. ...only have us 6k for book car of 12k. Pitiful
