I’m giving a two star only because they gave me a chance when no other dealer would, I was just starting out my credit so in 2017 it was low. I financed a 2007 Jeep Patriot for 13,000 and change, miles around 89,000, my apr was 24, understandable due to my credit. That being said that car was worth half that but I ended up paying three times the amount. That’s not my issue. My issue is they claim to sell their cars at high prices because they’re good quality, WRONG! They sold me a car that the check engine light came on a week later, not a big issue. My tires were sitting outward due to the rocker arms, luckily it was still under warranty or I would’ve had to pay up to 2,000 to fix it. Even after that was fixed I had problem after problem. I put up to at least 5,000 of my own money into that car that wasn’t even worth it. I only had 3000 remaining on my loan and needed a new car bad because once again something was messed up on it, I didn’t even care to take it in to get diagnostics ran in it. I went to Bob Rhorman Subaru and they were able to pay off that remaining amount and get me a 2018 Subaru Impreza for 15,000 and 35,000 miles, 7 apr. I do appreciate them giving me a chance to get a loan because it helped my credit, due to me never missing a payment. But I would never in my life if they were the last dealership on earth finance or buy another car from them.

I suggest looking elsewhere. All the vehicles are way over priced and have over 100,000 miles on them. We went right across the street from them and received such excellent service by Joe Atkinson. He worked hard to get us into a new vehicle with super low mileage and paying less than half of what jD Byrider makes you pay. Gap insurance and everything included

Byrider will not honor there contract they promise to keep your vehicle on the road I have 2012 captiva and it needs a new engine jerima will not honor the warranty and fix it even when I brought proof to them from 4 different car shops that have all shared the same paperwork with me the motor is shot I did have the vehicle property tested and inspected byrider is responsible for the cars they sell . I have taken to contract to a contract lawery all I can say is byrider is selling bad cars not one of them can show proof of the cars history and cant provide proof of the men who work on them its a scam. I have also sent my story to the news and in hopes that byrider will make things rigjt. They want you to have full coverage of a car thats not worth its value my captive is only worth 2500 on black book and Kelly blue book I am being charged 16,000 on a car that wont be covered in a accident . Since I cant get byrider to do whats right by there contract agreement it means byrider broke the contract and I am legally free.i hope byrider reads this and makes it right or we can go to court on the grounds of contract being broke and selling bad cars over priced saying low monthly payments but why I am being charged 196.00 every two weeks. Talk to there fiance company for over a hour and they agreed with me and said they would make make it right still waiting.

I bought a vehical from this place and its been a nightmare they refuse to honor the contract of service after i reptily showed them the problem that it needed anew engine but still they wont do anything i took my vechiel to 4 diffrent dealerships and got prof of the problem still they wont do anything.There contract clearly staets they will keep your vehicel on the road, so there for they broke the contract, and they want you to have full covrage of the cars they sell but the insurecn wont cover there prices of the car so your stuck paying the diffrents, So now i have gotton ahold of a lawery that mite help me, so byrider look at your cars before you sell them and not just reset the check engin light! Stay clear of byrider iam paying for a car i dont have they wont pay the bill under there worranty policie and getting ready for a court fight because they wont honor the contract they put in place! Littel note take your contract to a contract lawery before signing i had to. So byrider you going to honor your service contract or do we need to go to court!!!

The service department is A++ they are amazing! Jeremiah being back is the best. They go to great lengths to keep your vehicle safe, on the roads as quick as possible and keep the cost down. The sales side of JD Byrider no not at all. They will tell you whatever you want to hear with a smile on your face to get that contract signed. And their “referral program” don’t bother. You will get screwed out of it. I myself have and a couple people I know. I know some people, like myself, have no other option and certain salesman (like Jeff) know that and play on it. Just be very careful and double check numbers and paperwork! But service A++++

This Byrider used to be JD Byrider. Yes the company with millions of dollars awarded to people who have made purchases from. Make sure you check the scam out very closely. Do not take their advice on anything. Speak with anyone else. 20+ percent finance charges. Even with bad credit there is a far better option. Get advice from a reputable bank that can better advise you before you make the biggest mistake in your life that with follow your credit for years to come. Even if you buy and pay here and make all payments down the road a bank will look and see that you financed through CNAC who Byrider uses. This is a flag that you’ve had an incident or you’re hiding something. Do not do business here. They are an unaccredited business with the Better Business Bureau. Check it out. JD Byrider vs Byrider. This dealer like other JD or simply Byrider scam so called dealers are misrepresenting vehicles and the advantage they supposedly are assisting to achieve for you or a loved one. They are not your friend. One in three vehicles result in a repossession or bankruptcy. It’s a fact. Never ever buy the service contract. It is the most ridiculous thing ever. Duct tape and bailing wire is a better option.

Im not a huge fan of Byrider however they were there when we needed help. The cars seem to break down a lot however the ONLY Byrider service department we trust is the one in Lafayette. Jeremiah is awesome he knows his stuff and he has great technicians that work for him. We drive from Indianapolis to take our vehicles to him.

And Byrider Service did it again! Got my cat fixed 3 days early and as always service with a smile!! Jeremiah is beyond helpful. He makes the car service experience bearable.

Id give it more stars if only they had a vehicle to borrow if yours was in the shop but other than that Ive been dealing with JD for years & havent had any major issues.

Jeff and all the guys there were outstanding and wine above and beyond to get me in a great car. Cannot recommend them enough. Definitely take care of there customers and make you feel like an individual and not a number.

Was looking to get second car but was denied cause of my job. Never said it would be used for work but was told cause of my job they couldnt help. They say they help any credit but apparently not any job. Not likely to recommend then even to an enemy. Jeff was pleasant to work with though.

I got my first car from Jeff four years ago, after that I went back & got my second car in August 2019 again with Jeff.I’ve recently had transmission problems & have had to communicate with David B. & Damon. Each time I’ve had to call they’ve gone the extra mile to try to help me out. David especially. His customer service & sense of urgency is much appreciated. Got a car here few years ago. Used car that was 8 years old. Had it ten years. Never a serious problem Sold to friend whos had it 5 years and still no major problems. Definately recomend this place. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. In fact be going there shortly for another car.

They repaired my vehicle in a timely fashion, my only problem was the length of time that I had to wait in order to get an appointment. I know that they were busy but as my grandson uses this car and sometimes he has a very limited window of time when he is in town and there isnt a Byrider location close to him that every thing needs to be done when he happens to come home and sometimes I dont have a lot of advanced notice, but they do try to work me in. I also appreciate having the warranty on the car as that cuts down on the cost.

They were very nice, funny, and helpful. They did get us in a car when others couldnt. They also worked with the small down payment we had. They didnt tell us we had to come up with a way bigger deposit, like other places did. One of the salesman shared his lunch. Thanks it was good. Love my new car.

The guy was amazing. He stayed way past closing to help me and was great about it. The only disappointing thing was the fire was low on a jeep I really wanted and it was pulling towards that size when driving, so he went to fill up the tire and couldnt because the techs had locked it up and he couldnt get in to do it. I ended up going with a car but man I would have loved to have that jeep!!

I had one more payment left on it, and they took over the payment and allowed me to use the car towards a down payment. The car wasnt moving at all, so they even arranged to have it towed! I was able to get approved for a $0 down payment due at signing and walked away that day in my new car! I would highly recommend them.

They have the best prices on repairs. The service manager went out if his way to help us, when repairs were taking longer then we thought.

Do not ruin your life here these people are RIP off con artist that sell broken cars and charge 3 times the amount. Ruin your credit by setting up high payments on a car thats not worth it and then once you miss them they tow the vehicle after you just spent well over the worth of the vehicle. Also the automotive department is trash and cant fix anything in a timely matter even if they do fix it. They also set you up to take your tax check and basically every dollar you got screw this place go anywhere else

I started my day thinking I was getting into one vehicle, then after my finance came back and I had a limit I was unable to get what I thought at that time the vehicle for me. I walked in there needing a newer car not really knowing if I could afford it and I walked out with a newer car, cheap payments and a weight off my shoulders.
