The gentleman was so patient with me and didnt speak to me like I was incompetent I really love that. the lady at the desk was so kind and sweet.What I love most about this place is that its affordable and he explains everything. I Own a 08 BMW and I didn’t know anyone that could do service work for me. Than I found Mr. Rick a awesome person and a awesome mechanic. When I called the person on the phone did not seem to want to be bothered. I needed some service for my Benz. I needed service A done and Headlights realigned. After being on hold for about 7 minutes, someone picked up and said call me back in 25 minutes. I called Wedge and got an appointment. I am not saying Ricks is a bad shop but if my first interaction with them is like this, I am not sure I want to take a chance on such questionable service just over the phone.
