Great service they really take care of you here I don’t know what the other reviews are about but I would definitely recommend

Fair price, fast service, and great customer service.

This was a good place at one time...and Im not sure what happened. My husband and I went today to get some work done on our car and as we were walking up to the building, an older man asked us what we were there for and we explained it all and he said: ok, go inside and tell the manager and he will get it taken care of. So, we go inside and the manager is slumped down in his chair and it honestly looked like we were bothering him and like he didnt want to do his job. We let him know what we needed and he asked us to fill out a form while he goes check out the car. He comes back inside and tells us that we have something else wrong with the car other than what they told us just 2 months ago and then he answered his phone and was talking to what seemed like his wife or something and he was literally just sitting on the phone having a full blown conversation while we were just sitting there waiting. The lady that was working was standing there waiting for him to get off the phone and finally she said: Tell her that you have customers! Still, he talked on the phone. I waited like 2 minutes more and I asked the lady if we could have our keys back because we were leaving. I was not going to give my money for this kind of service. Im not sure what happened to the old manager...but I wont ever be going back.

Should be called Breaks for A LOT MORE. Go elsewhere, they try to charge you an arm and leg while advertising cheap prices

I dont know what everybody else is dealing with them is but my dealing was 100% clarity and honesty with them they didnt hide anything and they actually work past the allotted time to make sure that I got it done a thank you grizzly

I needed brake pads for the front of my truck. I pulled in at 4:30 pm and was home by 5:15 with new brakes on the front end. Quick and honest staff.

The guys here are AMAZING! My daughter and I had a flat tire outside of Lake Charles on our way to Destin, Fl. 5 hrs. and 4 stops at different tire shops we finally found our way here. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Thanks guys! 😎

I waited for an hour for them to try to use a computer to bleed the ABS on my vehicle. They then had no luck...but they didnt charge me.

It was the worst Springhill Avenue the manager has a Confederate flag on his arm with the Iron Cross going through it they were very rude I think everybody that works there is from Louisiana

I highly recommend Brakes for Less! Competitive pricing and awesome service! Had to get new rotors because my last ones weren’t put on correctly elsewhere! Think it may be the cause of what tore it up! Did my rotors, brakes and got an oil changed! Also caught an egg in my tire! Nathan and Eric really took care of me!

Front caliper was sticking and Malcom diagnosed and changed front brakes in less than 45 min. As soon as I got home I had to call for another uber :) They really did an efficient job. Lifetime warranty on calipers and pads. Will recommend.

Went for a brake pad change. Ended up changing rotors. Terrible place Lied to me to change my rotors and i told them after it was pulled out i couldnt see a difference between the new ones and old ones. Also lied about the price. What chalatans dont understand is you loose business in the long run being shady. My brakes never squealed. It was just kind of flat when stepped on. I could have just changed the brake fluid but i didnt know any better.

Horrible. Tried to charge my son over $600 for complete brake job. Got the same work done here for $400. Lost my sons rim key and would not return because he chose to get the work done elsewhere. Very rude. Yelling on the phone. The worst business ever!

Best auto shop to get your brakes done. I went to Lafayette for a weekend event, googled brake repair shops in the city and wasnt let down. Great prices, great workers, and best repair shop down south! Will be returning soon!

Went in to have work done and get a tune up. 2 months later, found out from another shop that allowed me to see what was going on, the tune up never happened. I still have the factory plugs with rust and oil on them. Which now has me wondering if the work they did on my stablizer bar was fixed. Money given away because they took advantage of a female.

Quick, Professional, and friendly. These guys had me out of there in no time and my vehicle running in top shape. I highly recommend anyone in need to stop by and at the very least let them look at your vehicle.

Fast and friendly service!

These poeple will do anything to get you in the door. The published posts on facebook showing a desocunted price for an oil change if you go in early, between 7:30-11:00. I go in at 8 and they say it will cost me $35.00 because the post was from the previous day, even though the post doesnt mention the specific day the discount applies. They said it was mistake. I let it go, but they then piost the same post the next day at 12:46. In other wrofs, they want you to think you can get a discount, but the only day it applies, they make that post after the applicable time.This is super shady and dishonest

When I lived in Lafayette I bought a discount service card for this location and these guys cannot seem to get it together. Im told by one employee to make an appt for service, the other employee says I dont need an appt but when I show up for a service that I have already scheduled, they are all looking at the clock debating if there is enough time to start and finish the job before their quitting time. They do good work but OMG, no longer worth the drive from Gonzales. #beware

New brake pads they added lasted less than a year. Brakes constantly squeaked from the moment we get the car back from them. Brake dust all over the wheels that never stopped. And finally, their brakes dug grooves into my rotors which had to be machined.
