They came out the same day I called and fixed what was going on and Mr Wayne was so nice and helpful. Its a refreshing change to see a company that obviously cares about their customers 👍👍

I have never talked to someone who is as rude as someone can get.Expensive as hell over the phone, dont know how much he wouldve charge if hed do the job.

Simply the best at what they do! I have been doing business with them for over a decade. I have learned the hard way that if you have to wait, wait patiently for them to get to you. All air conditioning companies are not created equal.

For over a decade we have only ever let the folks at Himels take care of our air-conditioning. From nursing an older system to get the most life out of it, to giving us an honest appraisal of our needs, to coming out in all kinds of weather ... they always do good work and at a reasonable price.

Came out to our house today, on a Saturday morning, charged 360 dollars saying that we might have a leak in the freon. Its the SAME day and 8:40 pm and the unit is still not cooling the house. 😢
