Over the past weekend, my upstairs A/C unit stopped cooling. I called and asked them to fix the unit on the following Monday. They called me promptly on Monday am to assure me that they would put me on the repair list. The technician was swamped on a Monday but still came to my home at 6:30 PM to fix the unit. He educated me as to what exactly went wrong and had the unit up and running in 15 minutes. I really wont ever use anyone else and thank you to Dustin for being so dedicated and polite. I wish all service technicians were as professional and kind as you!

Great and efficient service for over 15 years

You know what impresses me about Menards? The technician who replaced my AC/Heating unit today is the same technician who installed the old one almost 21 years ago. Some Menard employees have been there for their entire career. That says it all!

Great company! Have used Menards for years.

Initially called them out when my AC was not cooling. They showed up on time, fixed the problem within an hour and overall communication was excellent. Fast forward to two weeks later, the AC was not working again tonight. Placed a call around 8 Pm after hours but got a return phone call the same night and the technician came out to check around 9:30 Pm. It was only a loosened wire. Fixed free of charge in a few minutes and working fine! Cannot recommend this company more highly overall.

Honest friendly people and competitive prices along with fast service

My house is a little over a year old but we started having problems with our ac. I called the original company that installed the unit only to be surprised they wanted to charge me $700 just for labor. I was very upset and called Menards not realizing it was after hours. They returned my call immediately and told me they would find the part I needed the next morning. My ac was fixed by 11:00 the next day for only $225. I highly recommend Menards. Everybody was so friendly!
