This is the 2nd time that AirServ has been to our home. Both times have been in response to a service request through our home warranty company. Both visits were handled very professionally. The latest visit (5-4-2021) was to conduct a service call through our home warranty company and because were were signing up for a routine service contract, whereby AirServe would visit 2 x per year to conduct routine maintenance.The service technician (AL) was great, very polite very thorough. High praise to Kenly for solving a problem. He found a leak that was in a spot not where you would normally look. And on top of that, he informed the insurance that I should not be charged for the second refill of freon to which they agreed! Further, he came out at a dangerous time with the virus going around. They arrived on time and even a little early, I was very impressed with Ladon as he was very polite and paid attention to cleaning up after the job... by hand picking small insulation debris off our carpet. He could have ignored this non preventable problem but took the time to make it right. He cared and that is rare today.

Our heater stopped working on one of the coldest nights and then it happened late so I figured wed have to wait til the next day to get it fixed, but a technician with Aire Serv was available to come out. Our AC went out on Sunday and we called on the same day to make an appointment for Monday. Sunday was a really nice day, so there wasnt a need for them to come right away. Upon returning from a trip, we came home to our air conditioner not working. We called Aire Serv on a Sunday to arrange service on Monday. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly and scheduled us for early Monday afternoon. The technician called and and was able to come in the late morning. He immediately assessed the problem and fixed it quickly . He has been to our home for a previous repair. We were very confident that he had all our problems fixed and the price seemed very reasonable. We will always use Aire Serv for our air conditioning needs.

Ken & Hunter did a great job. Very friendly & professional. The team did run into issues but it was the actually AC unit not them. They stayed with it and ended up having to replace with a different new unit to fix the problem. It was a long day for them but they did not give up until my system was up and running. I recently had my units serviced by Aire Serv of Lafayette. Tracy Davidson, the Service Pro, was polite and professional. He was very proficient and offered a way to help save on my electric bill. I have older Trane units, which Im perfectly happy with, and I appreciate Aire Servs willingness to service them as opposed to pushing new units.

I called Kim at Aire Serv on wednesday afternoon at about 215 about my ac not working. She had Mike out there about 430, he figured out the problem and had to order a part but put us enough freon to keep us comfortable until the part came in on friday. Mike was there friday morning at 930 and fixed it all up and even had to fix a mess up from the ac company that installed the ac. Mike was very professional and friendly. We would recommend Aire Serv 10 times again. Thank you so much for great service.

Horrible experience with communication. The techs that came out were very nice and professional, so I added a star up from 1 to 2.Our AC has not been cooling properly, so our home warranty company sent out the only option in our area: Aire Serv. Below is the summary of visits.First visit: Tech established outside unit was bad, inside could use replacement but was functional. We were presented with options for either replacing only the outside unit, or inside and outside. The cost difference wasnt much, so we agreed to both. I asked several times that this would cover THE ENTIRE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE UNITS and was told yes by home warranty folks and the tech. Both were to be ordered. The only form presented to me was one that basically said the tech showed up and looked at it. It was emailed to me, but apparently the form didnt populate correctly, so nothing shows up on it.Second visit: I was not here for this one, a family member was. The inside unit was changed, but not the outside. Im not even sure if anything was done to it at all. She didnt know the situation, so she gave them the check and they left. It seemed to cool a tiny bit better, but still not good enough. Decided to give it a week and see. Aire Serv cashed the check.(Supposed to be Third visit) We scheduled for an afternoon, which I very specifically scheduled since I have a long commute. I made certain it was to be after 1pm so we could have someone home. Ratissa agreed. When the day came, the tech showed up at 8:30am and was wondering why nobody was home! We spoke to Ratissa and she matter-of-factly said he couldnt come back and we would have to schedule another day. No apology, no nothin. She made it seem like it was our fault.Third visit: A different tech comes and discovers the outside unit needs replacement. Home warranty expects us to foot the difference. I explained the situation to him and he checked it out in his ticketing system. All documentation shows the inside unit being the problem, not the outside at all!It seems to me that incorrect information was documented somewhere. Had I been provided an assessment or written agreement, I would have noticed it. When the first technician came out and explained everything to me, I made sure I understood 100% of what he said, and asked every possible question I could think of. He was very understanding through it all, and I appreciate that.Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

I was having A/C issues that put my house under negative pressure and poor indoor air quality caused by leaking ducts and air drafts. I called AirServe after multiple unscessful attempts by HVC contractors and air drafting companies. Mr. Brian and Anthony from AirServe completed the job with the outmost professional and knowledgable manner.
