Tracy cleaned her area between each client and was wearing a mask. The other stylist was also wearing a mask. The place was pretty clean and I felt more protection from getting covid here. Tracy did a beautiful job in cutting my hair. I asked her to use her skills since itd been over a year since my last cut. Absolutely recommend this place for taking precautions to protect both stylists and clients. Thank you very much! We will be back soon....

After nine prior visits, I finally was able to use my free haircut coupon. Had stylist Monica who did a great job with what I have left.

Monica is amazing! She ran the whole place all morning by herself and did so like a boss. She cut my sons hair and didn’t rush through it, she took her time and was able to wrangle my sons stubborn hair!

Monica cut my hair just like I requested. She was the only stylist at the time and took time with every customer but didn’t make the wait unbearable. She was very pleasant and helpful.

I’m not impressed. I came in as a walk-in, & was not greeted nor helped. This was my first time here, & I have to say... I waited for 10 minutes then left.Two others walked in yet they were greeted and helped right away. I went to another barber nearby, to my surprise they checked me in as soon as I arrived, despite how busy they were.I’m going to be staying in Texas for a while, and needed a barber to go to frequently. Customer care is a must, or at least let the customer know you’re going to be with them in a bit

Sierra gave me an awesome haircut after I was reluctant in the first place....because I was cutting off 12 inches of hair. I am not good with hair or describing what I want but I told Sierra and she did exactly what I had pictured. Love my new hair and Sierra. So sad to report I called to see when she would be working again because I need a trim and was told she no longer works there, soooooo :(

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUPERCUTS!!Went to go get a haircut with my best friend.. you did a hack job on both of us.. now I have to go find a hairdresser to fix the mess you made of my hair today.. and my best friend can only grow out her hair since you cut it so damn short.. what a horrible experience!!

I got my haircut on 4/7/18 And had my hair done by Karina and she left me with a bald spots......really and I had to use cover up until it grew out. I know she had to see what she did and said nothing and was ok with having me leave looking that way and I gave her a $5.00 tip. I have been getting my haircut for years and this happens come on!!! No reason for this happening.I spoke to mgr. And got a refund but still does not help my bald spots..... Uggghhhhh so not happy!!! I should get a years worth of haircuts by a more experienced stylist. Uggggghh!!!

On Veterans Day, Supercuts posted online that they were giving free haircuts to veterans. I went inside in asked...They were very defensive.I showed them my ID and they accepted in a disgusted way. While 2nd in line, 4 other customers showed up and they cut the 4 customers hair and ignored me.I was very respectful and kept quiet.I was very sad after 45 minutes I left.
