Magnificent customer service!!!!My husband stopped by yesterday as a walk-in customer, he was given a cut by a barber there. Honestly he came home and I was dissatisfied, the blending was bad and the lines.I made the call to the shop, long story short I spoke with Izzy and he let me know he would get it corrected. Izzy called me back and asked us to go back to the shop and let me tell you he fixed it and lined everything right up.First one is the before and the other 2 are the after.Highly recommend y’all book with them!!! We will definitely be back!!!

My son is 8 yrs old and loves going to his barber @IzzyTheBarber. He’s always on time, gives my son a fresh cut, takes his time to make sure each cut is what my son asks for. Took my son in here as a walk in, Matthew took him in and did a fantastic job! He really paid attention to what my son wanted and made sure to ask questions and really engage himself throughout the whole process!!. My son was so happy with his cut, and extremely satisfied he found himself a barber ;). The place was clean and the two guys there were extremely friendly! These guys have an open and friendly atmosphere where you can relax, crack jokes and talk about life. Music is fire and every haircut Ive seen walk out the door is top-notch, well worth the amount paid for.

I was left hung to dry by Mofades at this place right before a wedding I was set to attend today. Scheduled an appointment yesterday, appointment was confirmed as well then I woke up at 7AM to a text from Booksy stating my appointment was cancelled. Not cool especially for a $30 easy fade

My expierence at this establishment was amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and felt welcomed. I didnt booked an appt. but the staff welcomed me for a walk-in haircut. My barber, Mauricio, did an amazing stylish haircut. I do recommend this place to friends and family. The price is very decent.

I was on the market to find a new barbershop and after being with my old barber for 4 years, I switched to Barber Palace and I’ve never regretted it since! Izzy the owner was very hospitable and professional in a welcoming manner. When you arrive, the shop gives you a lounge around ambiance, but what really made my deciding factor was the genuine service Izzy gives you. While he makes a masterpiece with your hair, he makes conversation with you in a non pressuring manner. I am an introvert by heart and usually keep it to myself but Izzy makes you feel as if you were talking to a friend you’ve known since childhood. Please take my humble consideration and give my new favorite barber a shot. You will not regret it!

Izzy is by far the best barber I have had. Well worth the drive from Sam Marcos for me. He takes walk-ins or you can use the app Booksy to make an appointment.
