The staff seemed nice however the lady who cut my hair not only had the worst attitude but totally rushed through the cut without even thinking about what she was doing. Absolutely disgusted with her and the outcome of my haircut. Will never come here again. Be VERY CAREFUL when choosing this place for a haircut!

We went to Premier Cuts for my 18month old son’s first hair cut. Stella was absolutely fantastic. She took such good care of us and was very patient and kind and gentle. She listened and did exactly what I asked for (kept the length and curls in tact but trimmed it and got the “bangs” out of his eyes). I am so happy. We will definitely go back to have her do his haircut again.

Estella cut my sons hair and did a really poor job of even blending it. Its choppy and uneven.She then argued to my husband that its because my son has a cowlick. Sorry, but other salons have managed to do just fine. $15. You get what you pay for, though.

I got the WORST haircut EVER from this place!! I’ll never be coming back. I’d rather have it fixed at another place than go back. The stylist was really rough on my head. Almost to the point where I wanted to stop. Take your business elsewhere.

I have two sons who have been going to get their hair cut by Melissa for about 3 years now. My 12 year old enjoys it and shares his laughs with Melissa. My youngest has adhd and would always put up a fight when it came time for a haircut but with Melissa, it’s a completely different situation. He carries a conversation with her and they share their giggles too. He really does enjoy her company while she’s at work with him. We don’t have to worry about approaching hair cut time anymore.I want to give a big thank you to Melissa. She does a heck of a job but to this momma, her kindness to my kids means more than she will ever know.Thank you!!

So I’ve been coming to premier cuts at the Kyle location for over 5yrs and I particularly see Melissa who is the best stylist there. She very polite with great customer service skills, she makes you comfortable and is attentive to detail when it comes to your hair. I feel like she goes above and beyond to give you the perfect cut. Place was extremely busy; and due to social distancing had to wait on call before coming into waiting area. Even though wait was more than 45 minutes, Staff communicated throughout waiting period and were respectful of my time. The service was fantastic! Definitely worth the wait!!

The people there were very rude! It was my first time there we went in and sat down since we booked an appt. One stylist yelled across the room what are you here for we responded a haircut she said well you have to get up and check in at the desk (yelling across the room in front of everyone and not in a pleasant tone). We went in to check in and the receptionist couldnt say anything to us because the stylist kept asking questions like where we booked our appointment, what do we need done (it was 3 of us). She just seemed so annoyed that we were there so we left. Would not recommend.

Walked in to get grandson a cut the place was totally empty but was told a 3 hr wait apparently 23 people were signed up but we were the only actual customers in the place. RIDICULOUS

I wouldnt go in for a cut after just making a call to ask about prices. I wanted an edgy look and all she said was everyone can cut hair here. Not my question my question was is someome skilled and has done this cut a few times. Kept cutting me off while trying to ask questions, had an attitude from the moment she answered and couldnt even speak up. Mumbling. Was referred by my mom but wont being and mother will now not be returning

Great haircuts for both the guys - this location even has the airplane seat for our son (according to him, this is a MUST), and of course, lollipops for both. Location is following state COVID-19 rules, easy to find (on the Left side of the middle HEB entrance), easy access from I-35, plenty of parking.

We love to go there, because Melissa is so kind, nice, very professional. She knows how to do her job...shes awesome.

If they tell you a 20 minute wait, plan for 1 hour. Fast cut and did not care what it looked like. Bad attention to detail. Rude attitudes and couldn’t wait to get to lunch....Sportclips is worlds better.

New to the Kyle area. Sorry to say my first time may be the last at this place. Rather pay more elsewhere. I came in for a simple haircut, scissors only and my stylist didnt really know what she was doing. It was a 45 minute wait. I couldve done a better haircut on myself. They have plenty of chairs and a nice waiting area but I came in for the cut. It was also a very awkward interaction since my stylist never said anything to me other than ask me what I wanted. Haircut is the most important thing but the connection with the customer should not be disregarded.

Premier Cuts is great! Being a student with a limited budget, I could actually give a decent tip and receive a great haircut :) Amanda was super nice, and she explained what measurements I was actually getting. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and didn’t instantly give me a bob. Thanks so much Amanda! I’ll definitely come back!

Have been needing to find a new place to get my hair cut, I have been driving over 3 hours to go to my hairdresser I’ve had for over 7 years (moved to Buda 2years ago) Decided to try somewhere local. After reading the reviews I tried Amanda and she was amazing!! I have curly hair so I’m always hesitant to try someone new. She listened to my concerns and was super sweet I will definitely be going back to her!!!!!!

My husband took himself and his 2 sons to get their haircut. First of all, it was nearly $50 for an adult haircut and 2 kids haircuts, which is ridiculous. And even worse, they did a shoddy job. I didn’t even know my husband got a hair cut, I thought he just got the kids cuts because it was basically nothing. And my stepsons’ hair were both SO UNEVEN, the back was patchy, longer in the middle where it was an obvious darker patch and the front was SO SHORT and uneven, I had to fix it up a little at home but it’ll have to grow out to look better. Definitely would take your business elsewhere.

Estella is the best! My husband has been using Premier cuts for over 12 years. His stylist that worked at the San Marcos location unfortunately left and Estella knew how picky my husband can be She said she was up to the challenge! When she moved to Kyle we followed her. She is the BEST! She always gives us the best tips and advice for his hair and beard that now my whole family goes to her!

Melissa is great! She has cut my teenagers hair a few times now and they are always happy; not an easy task when it comes to teens. She is personable and patient. We will definitely be back.

I would NOT recommend anyone get their haircut here. They will NOT cut your hair the way you want. My mother was too nervous to speak up. So after walking outside the store for a few minutes, we went back in to ask for an adjustment. Rude girl at the front told the stylist ugh, shes gonna have to wait. Even tho we have already been there for an hour. Very bad customer service. I ended up doing a better job cutting my moms hair than RACHEL at Premier Cuts, Kyle. Sad to say (because price point is good), we will never go back. I guess you get what you pay for.

Quick and easy

Love this place for many reasons, but mainly because of the wonderful staff they have available. My son is a little chatter box and Stella does a wonderful job keeping him occupied and entertained. She also cuts hair really well and in a timely fashion. I love going with Mel for my haircuts because she is super fast which is what I like most. Definitely recommend!

I had just moved to the area and was looking for a new hair cutting place. My apartment complex gave me a free voucher to this location so I came by to check it out.As soon as the hair cutter knew I had a free voucher, her attitude became very dry. Mind you, I had been waiting for about 45min which gave me plenty of time to watch her interactions with everyone else, but with me it was very different. I was going to tip normally like if I would’ve paid for the haircut anyway, but I guess she thought I wasn’t.Anyway, I came in to just get a fade on the sides. I know it’s a simple cut, but I was in and out of that chair in like 3min. There was no attention to detail, no precision, nothing. It was over and done with in a blink of an eye and not in an efficient way.It was very unprofessional, AND she had her boyfriend visiting her while she was working. Overall, a bad first experience moving to Kyle but now I know not to revisit.

Been to Premier Cuts in Kyle years back and it definitely was not that great of an experience... however after chopping off about 10 inches about 4 weeks ago, going from long hair to an angled bob, and NOT getting what I asked for (at a different business), I took to google... AGAIN, to see where/who I could go to to fix this cut and give me what I had originally wanted. I read one review about Stella at Premier Cuts in Kyle doing a bob on this particular client and she always did a great job ... so much so that the client had been going to her for years. So I decided to try Premier Cuts again and go with Stella. And I have to say ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ .... yes I give Stella FIVE STARS (and that says a lot coming from me). Not only did she give me EXACTLY what I wanted, she was extremely polite, asked me what I wanted and then she explained what she was going to do. I totally appreciated her personality and professionalism! Looks like I found me a place to cut my hair ... and better yet, someone trustworthy enough to deliver on what I ask for 🙌! I was there not knowing what I was going to do with my hair. What cut I wanted. I started talking with who ended up being an employee named Michelle. She helped me decide on what I wanted and we laughed because she doesnt even do that job. It made me feel special that even people that are in administration are knowledgeable and really care about the customer too!! Tell Michelle the lady with the cool layers says Hi! She was great!

Lizette Rodriguez is the best I’ve been going to her for years!! She really knows what she is doing I get highlights every time and they always look amazing I always get compliments! If you want color or anything go see her. She is always booked up so make sure you call in advance!

Stella is the best! She cuts both of our kids hair. Our son has tricky hair to cut, and she always gets it right. Weve been going to to Stella for over a year. We usually call ahead and get on the waiting list, because shes a popular stylists and many people request her.

Got a haircut after four months and it looks and feels great.

I went for a walk-in hair cut and hardly had to wait. Stella was the one who took care of me and she was great! She listened to what I wanted and kept making sure I was happy with my haircut while she was working on me. It didnt take that long for her to cut my hair. I just wanted a trim to get all the dead ends off and I decided to get bangs. It didnt take her long and my hair looks, feels, and smells great! Thank you, Stella! Ill be back!

I was referred to this location by a family member. She referred me to a young lady named Shay. Its been years since I stepped foot into a salon since my hair is really curly and I dont let a lot of people touch my hair. I went in for a trim and layers. She was able to keep my length without cutting 3 inches off like most other stylist trims and she gave me beautiful layers that made my bell shaped hair look full with a natural shape. I will be coming back to this salon for sure! She also cut my friends hair, she gives a mean fade. :)

I was looking for a barber in the Kyle or Buda area since we moved here from Austin. I asked around and a family member told me they take their 4 boys to Premiere Cuts. for took my boys for a haircut about 2 weeks ago and they estimated a wait time of 45 minutes. My boys were in need of a haircut so we waited. 20 minutes later my kids were called to get their haircut. We recommend Shay, she is a fast and did an amazing job. I’ll be going here regularly.

Ive been here a few times and have had great experiences over all times. Weve had the husbands hair cut, weve had the daughters hair cut, and recently we had our sons first hair cut here. That experience was precious. The stylist was very quick and did a great job with a wiggly toddler!!
