I needed Pretreatment for Termites on a new construction site. This company was an absolute pleasure to work with even with having to reschedule several times due to excavation delays. But also, I forgot to cancel an appointment and the tech showed up on time, mind you, they still were so kind and understanding of the situation. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Southeast, I will only be using them for any additional future services! David was an absolute professional and excellent with communication. Southeast is based in Knoxville, but didn’t mind the drive all the way to Jamestown! We had a fantastic experience with David, Wes, and Jeremy, who were all very friendly and fast throughout inspection with us. Kevin was very nice, as always. For several years I have good deal with this company.

I bought a new construction house and the builder used them to do termite treatment for all of the homes. 8 months after moving in I get a BILL for a service I never agreed to. It states I have to pay $100. Over and over it states that its past due and I must make a payment as soon as possible, 2nd notice, etc.. NO WHERE does it say that its optional in order to continue coverage. I called and was very nice (thinking it was just an error) and as soon as the lady realized the letter Id received she was rude. She said theyd sent me tons of letters and emails and made phone calls about it but that is not at all true. I checked my emails, phone records, and UPS informed delivery history. She was very unprofessional, but the letter lying saying I owed money when I didnt is just insane. The lady told me they do that to get your attention. I would never use a company that does something that shady. The invoice even had a service date.EDIT: I checked not only my email but my husbands email, and not only my phone history but his. He also claims hes never spoken to any termite or pest control company since we moved in in February. It is not my responsibility to hunt down every company and cancel a service that neither me or my husband ever consented to, to avoid a FAKE BILL. It doesnt matter if it was optional. It never said optional. It implied repeatedly that it was required. It gave the impression that it would soon go to collections if left unpaid. My entire neighborhood got one, apparently, and they general consensus of us 40 houses is that its a scam. I would highly reconsider your business tactics.

Richard is outstanding, he has sprayed our house for years. We never see ants, rodents, etc. Our adult children, have used Southeast for termite inspection for purchasing or selling a home. All great service.The mosquitoes service is a different story. The service manager does not hold his commitment to the contract. The agreement is to contact us before spraying so our elderly dog can be put in the house during this mosquito spraying process. David has no sincerity to the health of our pets. Very disappointed in him and the tech that sprayed our yard.

Awesome service. I had to reschedule 2 times and both times I was treated respectfully and they worked around my erratic schedule. My only complaint is im too far away to have pest control done by them only my termite.

Very helpful and worked to get us an inspection last minute! Really easy to communicate with and get ahold of if any questions. They made it all so easy and I appreciated it so much !

I called to schedule an appointment to have my home inspected and get a quote for treatment, I left my name & phone number and was told someone would call. Two weeks later no call! So I called again and as I was speaking to the female that answered the phone, her other line was ringing and she said that I needed to hold. Well, I finally hung up. I figured I would contact another company that would be interested in my business.
