David did an AMAZING JOB ON MY NAILS!! 🤩 I love them! He did them exactly as I asked and the length was perfect. They are very kind and they make people feel like family here. This place is good to people and you can tell. I was shocked at the price!!!! Very affordable. I’m definitely going back and telling my friends.

I always get my nails done at different places to find the right place. but I like I do like a lot of them so I looked at Western nails and I seen a lot of reviews that were very positive with Kim. So I had Kim do my nails today. all I had to do was show her a picture and this is her work. I am so satisfied with my nails. I love them you do awesome work Kim and I will be back God bless you. you have a talent. ❤️❤️❤️

THEY WERE SO SWEET!!!! a lot of people started coming in for services but they handled it pretty well for just having three workers. they also had a couple returning customers while i was there who had been going there for years. i loved the atmosphere and the techs just knew how to connect with their clients.

Ms. Kim and her mom are the sweetest! They did a great job, made sure I was comfortable and made sure that I didnt need anything. They also feed a homeless man every night to make sure he is fed. He just stops by for a brief moment to say hi and gets his food to go. When Ms. Kim was telling me, it made my heart explode. We need more generous people like Ms. Kim and her mom. Special women. I will continue to go and will recommend them to anyone.

I came here as a last decision for me to get my nails done, didn’t expect much but oh was i wrong. Kim is the sweetest person to be around i can’t believe she has pictures of her clients children and watches her clients grow up and put pictures up all over the salon. I love it there i went with a friend and i think they just got them selves 2 new regulars. If you ever go, call and make an appointment with Kim, you won’t regret it! she really cares about how your nails look and the presentation she put in extra work without over charging you. They have great prices and very clean environment.

I refuse to go to any place other than Western nails. Ms. Kim has been doing my mothers nails since I was in elementary school and I’m an adult now. She is the best. I go to her before every vacation and just on a casual day. All my acrylic sets done by her always last. I rarely get chips and they almost never break unless when im doing my job (working with children) constantly cleaning and supplying things to do yet my nails survive. Her sets are also easy to remove at home ( I do it every time ). She’s very comfortable to be around and have a conversation with. She listens to all your needs and wants for your nails. I don’t see how anyone has had a bad experience with her or her business.

The owner Kim does an amazing job. She makes sure to cater to every detail. I love my nails. They look better than I what i paid $95 for at Manhattan Nail. I will def be back.

This is the spot I choose over all. Dont care what anyone has negative to say, Kims my choice over all of the places Ive been in Knoxville TN. Anyone who knows me knows I hate for my feet to be touched, but Kim and her mom have been very gentle and considerate of my feelings. I definitely would recommend her place. Love Kim! Shes the owner...some people have complained of there being only one person working when they came in just before closing...well, thats because its a one person shop. BUT - shes quick, considerate, willing to work with you on what ever you need and competitively priced. She does awesome work and I never leave there feeling like I just wasted my money. She takes walk-ins but (as is true in every shop) its better to make an appointment. Ive been a customer for 12 years and Ive never been disappointed!

Kim is the best nail tech ever.

I was sitting there & I asked her to not get them as short as the last 3 times & she couldnt understand me so I asked my sister to talk, she got mad. She burned my finger with drill 2 times, & when she put the acrlic on my hand it burned. I had to jerk my hand away. She started screaming at me fr 10 minutes saying that i was the ONLY person that ever upset her. Her poor Dad tried to call her down & she told him go on. Her poor mom just stared along with EVERYONE in the place at her. I have a special needs sister who did not need to hear this uncontrolled RAGE. I DID NOT ARGUE BACK & couldnt leave cause she wasnt done. She has a sign that says we have the right to turn Anyone away & she said see that sign thats for you. I apologized cause I got scared of her.... this is the truth. She scared my special needs sister really bad, plus her mom & dad & everyone just watched her continue telling me how bad of a person I am. I date a preacher & he was on the phone on my headphones praying for me. I called him so I would have another witness. I had to wait 1 hour 1/2 & we had appointment so be careful cause this women Kim had a horrible temper.

I absolutely love Western Nails and I have been going to this same salon for years.

The atmosphere is wonderful and service dosent get any better than Ms. Kim!!

Im writing here because I dont know how else to get through, but they have used one of my nail art pictures as false advertisement. In fact. most of the pictures of nails youll see on this review page has been taken from instagram or pinterest from various people not affiliated with this salon. Just letting you all know.

Very friendly and fast.

Came in a hour before close and they only had one nail tech available and told me it would be a hour (when it would be closed obviously) and were rude .I suggest divine nails up the street highly over this place
