Friday, I took my daughter to a walk-in appointment, so we could get manicures. I cant even begin to express the disappointment at not only what I was charged for the service (I should have looked at their pricing menu, so that was my fault and I own that), but at the actual service was shotty. I was charged $40 per person and this is what the manicure looks like. She didnt even remove the cuticles. So unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place! Tony fixed my nails after another messed them up...I continue to go back! I am very particular on how my nails look and they are always perfectly done!

Very lovely people. Made a mistake and not only fixed it but gave me a whole new set free of charge. Always really professional and kind.

Didn’t take their time with my nails and I feel that they are half done. Atmosphere is dark and not the cleanest but no wait time!

I love them so much. They are my favorite nail salon of all time. Fun friendly staff, and always do an amazing job. I have gone here for years and never had a bad experience. Any bad reviews are lies so disregard them. They probably just asked Karen to put on a mask and she got offended.

My nails and my friends nails started coming off the very next day that we got them done. They just popped off and didnt even look like they were acrylic. They looked like they were press ons. We got our nails done for my friends gender reveal party and she had to have her party without her nails done. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

The staff here is extremely good at what they do, and very friendly. Plus, they take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously, and they take every precaution to keep their customers safeTheir shop is decorated nicely and has a low light, relaxed ambiance.Amber, Rachel & Tony are the staff members I am familiar with.Ive used them regularly for 3+ years. Amber is the person who regularly services me; manicure and pedicure. But you cant go wrong with any of the staff members.They are quiet, and concentrate on doing a great job. Their primary language is not English. It is Vietnamese.Please dont mistake quietness, concentration on doing a great job and English being a secondary language, and their culture as being unfriendly. They will engage with you if you are willing to put forth the effort.Otherwise, they will work to ensure your hands and feet look and feel great when you leave.

Totally love this place!! Clean and nice, my nails stay on for weeks! Beautiful work! I recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants a long lasting beautiful pedicure or manicure. The staff are always very nice and friendly! I love Tony and Amber! They do a wonderful job. ❤️

Nice staff and they do a good job. The place is clean. And my favorite thing besides being sanitary is the fact theyre open on Sundays.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Not clean, cut my fingers and didn’t even care! Told her multiple times she was hurting my nails and she didn’t even care.

Tony was great. He was nice and we talked a little I was falling asleep cauw3 I was very tired, and he didnt even notice cause he was focus on my nails. They looked really bad and he fixed them up and they look great now.

Great experience! The lady who did my nails messed up a bit but was more than happy to start over on the polish, the end result was gorgeous.

Don’t waste your time and money!!!! I used to come here all the time and Tony used to be the best but after the terrible pedicures and service my daughter and I received today, I will NEVER be back. I basically paid $30 for what was a $5 polish change at best! Crappy nail salons are a dime a dozen around here and they have now joined that club!

I went for the first time here for a fill with gel polish. Very bad experience. The person I was assigned to cut my finger with the dromel, then put alcohol on it! Burned!He then had all my nails different lengths, then put the polish on without getting it to the edge, painted my cuticles..a disaster ! Another technician took over to try to fix it.What should have taken 30 to 45 minutes took an hour and a half, and after all that, I was charged $40 dollars!!! Will never go back

Le is absolutely amazing. He takes his time and pays close attention to every detail. Already booked my next appt with him. Looking forward to going back.

I called and made an appointment for my daughter and I to get a dip manicure and specifically asked if we could sit side by side to get our nails done. They says yes and gave me a 5:15 appointment. We arrived at 5:15 and no one even spoke to us until 5:25. They rudely asked what we were there for. When I told her about our appointment and what we wanted. She said sit there and gave us seats apart from each other. She then left and didnt come back. We finally walked out after no other help at 5:40. I have never been treated so rudely by any salon or spa. I should not have been given an appointment if they werent able to help us. I would have come at another time if that time was unavailable. It was really upseting to disappoint my daughter too. I guess well just find another nail salon from now on.
