We came in at 4:30 and we were worried they would rush since they were closing soon... the man that did my nails was FANTASTIC and super nice. The lady that did my pedicure was super professional and didn’t hurt me at all (which is new for me). She did great with removing my calluses, and made my legs SUPER soft. They both took their time and were super meticulous which I really appreciated. The man went over my cuticles several times to do touch ups and he removed all my hangnails (I always have some on each finger). They spent 2 hours taking care of my nails and this is my new favorite go-to nail place! Highly recommend!

I would have to say this was the best manicure and pedicure I had in Knoxville. The place was clean,, massage chair was comfortable. They also provide refreshment. Venus pedicure was amazing. They were running behind the schedule but nothing was rushed and took their time to make sure to provide the best service. My girl Vy was very pleasant and her skill was ggggreat. I liked it so much I added manicure service right on the spot. I would definitely return again and would try their other services.

I absolutely love this salon. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Vy does my nails and she is wonderful at nail art. I had another stylist give me a pedicure and she also was wonderful. I’m so happy I found this place!

My friend and I tried this salon because the one I normally go to is closed on Monday. The tech puts my fingernails in foils and a hand warmer to get the dip off. A few minutes later she asks what color I chose, but this was my first time and I told her I didn’t know where the colors were. This clearly made her mad and she pulled my hands out of the warmers, which pulled some of the foils off. My friend noticed this and spoke up to remind them that this was our first time there because the tech was being rude. I picked the first decent color I saw because my nails were still in foils and it wasn’t easy to sort through the nail color sticks. The tech remained annoyed for the rest of the service for some reason. She finishes my dip and tells me to dry for 5 minutes. Another girl comes over after 2 and tells me I’m good after touching a couple nails. I get up to pay and one of them is still wet and smudges everywhere. This makes the original tech I had even more annoyed. Eventually I got out of there after she literally did the same thing with trying to rush my nails drying one more time. I wouldn’t recommend this place because they make you feel like a burden and really just don’t care about the quality of service.

This was my first visit and I will be coming back! The nail technicians were very warm and friendly and the salon was very clean and professional in appearance. I had a pedicure and manicure and both were efficient without being rushed. I look forward to my next visit.

I recently moved to Knoxville and was hoping to find a nice nail salon. I chose to try Venus Nails & Spa because they had wonderful reviews. I couldn’t agree more with the reviews I read. I had a great first time visit. They were very clean, professional and quick! The staff was very friendly as well. I am so glad I went. I did the dip powder and they did a great job.

Jasmine does the best powder nails. They are natural, not thick. I usually get the volcanic pedicure from a lady and brainfog i cant remember her name...she is great too. Her massage is wonderful and i love how she cleans up my toenail bed!! Ill get her name next visit!!

The most unprofessional establishment I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. I am in Tennessee for my son’s graduation. I booked an appointment for this morning (the morning of his graduation) at 9:30 am. The appointment was confirmed. I arrive at 9:30 am and the place is dark and locked. It’s dark and locked at 9:45. Finally I leave. It’s a shame that the discourteous behavior of this place put a damper on the morning. I booked an appointment here because of the great reviews. I’m not sure where those came from. I think we have different standards of service in NJ...like actually being open when you confirm an appointment. Never again.

By far the best nail salon in Farragut! The salon is always very clean, all the ladies who work here are very professional and do a wonderful job. They don’t rush through pedicures like some places often do, and they are the best salon I’ve ever been to for a pink and white full set. They also always go above in beyond in making the customer happy. I recently visited and was in a bit of a time crunch, my nail tech had another lady come and work on my other hand to speed up the process so I made it out on time. Never had a bad experience here and nails always are done to perfection!

I got Dip nails for the first time last weekend. It’s been 8 days, and I woke up with a nail missing. They honestly didn’t look great to begin with, they weren’t glued on very well. And it was super rushed. I love the pedicures here, but probably won’t ever try a manicure here again.

This place was awesome. It was clean and relaxing. My spouse and I received excellent and professional deluxe pedicures with a great leg massage.

I have never been treated better! Today was the first time I’ve had my nails done in a salon/spa. I can tell you that these ladies are the sweetest and knowledgeable about the services they provide! I also had a pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. This is a very clean salon/spa! I will be making this my “home” salon/spa! Very satisfied!

I tried this place two times. The first time I got a pedicure. The water was cold but the staff was friendly and did a good job. I decided to return a couple weeks later for dip service. When I arrived at the salon, it was not busy. I waited about 20 mins before my nails were put in foil to soak off my old dip. They forgot about me. I literally sat for OVER an hour. They serviced 9 other people who came in AFTER me while I sat. I finally spoke up and asked if someone was going to help me. They had a tech stop working on another client, Sanitize her gloves and started working on mine. The smell of sanitizer mixed with rubber gloves was gross. Why not just change your gloves!? She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted. She didn’t ask me what service I wanted. She just rushed and did what she assumed I wanted. When I was leaving they made back handed comments to me like that’s for your time today. Additionally, they allow clients to not wear mask. There are tons of nail shops in Knoxville, don’t go to this one.

Wasnt at all worth 40 bucks let alone the 10 buck tip, she must of got upset when I interrupted her dying her eye brows. Didnt even dry them this is within a couple of days

Best nail salon Ive ever used!

It had been 2 years since I last got a pedicure since Im a backpacker. The organic pedicure made my feet look and feel great again, it was absolutely relaxing, especially the towel wrap. I definitely wont be waiting two years to experience this again. Going doing the pandemic masks all around obviously, and they were very clean, making sure everyone sanitized and washed their hands before going around the salon touching things. Right now They are appointment only so make sure to book online or call over the phone!

It got super busy and they handled it very well. Crystal is great with perfection!!

WOW. WOW. WOW! This place is amazing. Does everything, the way its supposed to be done. I got a simple manicure, and a woman next to me was getting a new set of nails. Now to the ladies that cringe at the thought of getting your acrylics removed, fear not. This place took dipped cotton in acetone, wrapped in foil and places her hands in a heated pouch. This place did not smell at ALL like nail polish remover or acrylic. Very neutral and fresh. Such a calm and relaxing place. Techs werent talking back and forth to each other, they were solely dedicated to taking care of their client. Soft instrumental pop music placed, and trickling water from a fountain is all that I heard for the majority of my visit. Someone came by to get everyone something to drink. Very very nice. This place is well worth checking out and cheap. CHEAP!! Quality, Affordability and Friendliness is what made this such a wonderful experience.

This was my first pedicure in a very long time and I am so pleased with the results! My technician (didnt catch his name) was very gentle and caring and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The environment was clean and bright. Will be back!

The experience was well worth the price of the service, and the color selection for nails, if you choose to do so is vast. I brought my mother and kid sister here for a late mothers day gift and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. My technician did a beautiful job on my fill in and my mothers gel manicure. My only issue was we felt overcharged for my little sisters cutie manicure. Shes 10 years old and requested gel polish which we were happy to pay the extra $10 for. We were under the assumption her total would be $25, but it came out to $35. Not upset because they did an amazing job, just curious why her price was the same as my mothers but shes only 10 and a cutie manicure is $15 and the gel addition on my nails was only $10 not $20. We would love to know the set price for the future! Thankyou!

This was my first trip here and I can say I will definitely be going back. They did an amazing job. I went with a coffin nail shaped and i have not been able to find a place that could do a consistent shape with them. Venus knocked it out of the park. Perfect shape and the exact polish and design that I wanted. Also everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!

I moved from a larger city and was worried I wouldnt find anyone to meet the standard of my previous salon. I tried a few other places in Knoxville and they seemed hit or miss. Not Venus! I have been several times now and every time they do a wonderful job. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. I drive by lots of salons on the way to Venus but they are worth it!

I moved to this area this past summer. Venus Nails was one of the first nail salons I tried they were so friendly and nice and did such a great job that I never ended up trying anyone else! My college age daughter came with me once and she even commented on how nice it was there. I never have to wait as a walk-in, and no matter who does my mani/pedi the service is top notch. It’s clean, neat and organized. I appreciate all the smiles too!

If I could give zero, I would. My bill was $36, but they charged me $40 and said my tip looked like a $10 not $6, despite the total being right under it and saying $36. I called and they explained how it would be a hassle for them to put the $4 back in my account, but that they would give me $4 off my next visit (which won’t be happening). It’s only $4, but check your bank statement after you’ve been. I highly doubt I’m the first. Also, my nails were all different lengths and shapes and the technician was in a huge rush despite the fact that I came in at 5:15 when they close at 7. Not to mention, he left for a smoke break about every ten minutes between doing mine and a friend’s nails. I will never be back in this establishment. I hope he enjoyed his $10 tip he felt he so deserved since my 20% tip wasn’t enough.

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a new nail salon. I chose to try Venus Nails & Spa based on their five star ratings and they did not disappoint. Beautiful clean salon with a friendly staff. I got the SNS which only took about an hour! The best part is my nails look amazing. I don’t think anyone could compete with this place. I’ll definitely be a regular there now.

First time coming here and Im so glad that I did! I was visiting and wanted to splurge on myself a bit, and this was the perfect nail salon to do so. The facility is very nice and they were able to work me in as I had no appointment. Johnny did a terrific job, and I appreciated that he attempted conversation rather than sitting there in awkward silence. Would highly recommend this venue if you are in the area and they are very well priced for the quality and customer care that they provide.

Probably one of the worst looking manicures Ive ever had. The shape is wrong and not at all consistent. The polish is full of air bubbles and was applied too thick at the ends of my nails. And he missed part of my nail on every nail. His hands were so rough and dry the massage at the end was more painful than relaxing. If you want to pay to have your nails look like you did them yourself than by all means this is the place for you!

My best friend and I booked appointments for pedicures. We booked for a classic but when we got their they allowed us to pick which pedicure we wanted. They had a good variety of types. We got the Organic pedicure Tangerine flavor/scent. It was wonderful!! For $53 we had out feet soak in a tangerine scent foot spa. We had the normal bottom of feet scrubbed and toe nails trimmed. We then recieved a tangerine foot scrub where they go all the way up to the knee. After that they placed a tangerine scent lotion up to knees. They massage the foot and leg for a while and the put a heated towel. After that another lotion and massage. The an oil and massage. Your legs feel soft and invigorated. Then comes the polish which was a very pretty purple I picked out. The staff was sweet and made us feel welcome. The massage chairs felt better than most of the other nail places I have been too. This is my new nail salon!! It was do well worth $53. I have been spoiled and dont think I can go back to getting a classic Pedicure!

Really attentive and good at the craft. Not cheap but worth more than prices listed. ($33-100 for a pedicure) Will definitely be back. I came in durning a late lunch hour to get a pedicure and people were leaving as I came in. Didnt have time for a manicure but will get one next time. Leann was amazing. I dont know why I havent heard of this place before.

Made my first visit to Venus Nails today. I went to that location often when it was The Nail Bar. Some fresh paint, new equipment and voila - Venus Nails. Had a great experience. The staff there was very nice, and I got a great pedi. There were several other customers there at the time, and it appeared they are regulars. Good to know customers return often enough to become familiar to the staff. Will definitely go back. I missed the spa music, but thats not a deal-breaker.

The people were nice. i wasnt impressed with nail job or eye brow waxing. itll be 2 weeks on friday since i got them done and they look like they are past 2 weeks old. im use to a certain way that nails and eye brows are done. i didnt notice the eye brows til after i left and really looked at them and the nails i didnt see til days after. anyway, ill keep looking for a shop in hopes of finding one that fits me.
