The women are very nice folks. She rushed on my nails. After 3 days my gel polish started chipping. As the days go by they are chipping on other nails. After I left there I showed a friend. A nail or 2 was sloppy. I probably won’t be back. Their prices are reasonable

My wife is handicapped and in a wheel chair. She really enjoys her visits. The staff is so friendly and they do a great job on her nails. Highly recommend this place to the ladies.

Very pretty salon, Clean, nice staff insisted on free wine and soda. . But wow the price of a pedicure with Gel polish was $60 which is extremely expensive . I won’t return for that reason I gave a 2 star....lesson learned ask the price before you get the work!

Great customer service! Paul the manager was very friendly and the best host! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a pedi and she was treated like a princess! Would highly recommend!

I come here all the time for mani/pedis. Nancy, Paul & Tracie are wonderful! They are meticulous (maybe because I’m super picky) about the services they provide. They’re very polite and courteous.

If I could give no stars, I would. They basically stole from me. Double charged me for an over priced manicure ($28 and it was regular paint). I showed them my bank transactions after I was told to “prove it” and they still argued with me and never gave me my money back. Real cool of them to write down my debit card information and charge me the second time 2 minutes after I walked out the door. This place is a bunch of rude thieves. So pleased with my $56 manicure.... NOT.

The salon itself is decorated to sparkle but... I was left wanting more or at least the basics. The massage chair was very nice and relaxing, I was offered a beverage, but the technician didnt really even talk to me. When all was done and she tried to place my sandals on right after polishing them, well you guessed it, she smudged my big toe polish. She tried to fix it, but did a poor job of it. She was apparently too much in a rush to get to the next costumer who recently arrived. I had to wait a bit to be brought back when I arrived so the new costumer can wait a bit too. To be fair I would try it again to make sure my first impression wasnt to harsh.

Ladies BEWARE!!!! I was there the other day and got a pedi with gel. It cost me $65.00. I was told that to put gel nail polish on my toes was $30.00 more. You can go anywhere around Knoxville for so much cheaper and better cause there is no gold in the gel polish!!!! Also it cost my child $30.00 just to get a nail polish changed on her toes. They are a ripoff!!! So disappointed that they took advantage of us!!

Have been to glamour nails twice. was impressed the first time with the hospitality however very disappointed with the quality of my manicure and pedicure. The second time, the staff was extremely rude and told me to go run errands and come back but I said i would wait. I got a gel manicure and I am not happy with it at all.

Went there today and my pink & whites are perfect. Tracy was very sweet and did a quality job. Im a picky person when it comes to my nails and how they look.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a service before. My sister and I came here for SNS nails. We’ve had SNS nails for well over a year. The nail tech who did her nails was so rude. We were shocked when told the price was $50 just for SNS (no manicure), as everyone else is about $35. When we left, we noticed several flaws in both of our nails. The dip powder wasn’t completely over my nails. I had several rough nails and flaws, as did she. Then, within 3 days, both of our nails started peeling. Hers weren’t attached to the SNS nail, so there was a big gap between her real nail and the SNS nail. Major risk for fungal growth due to trapped water. We returned to salon and asked for refund. The manager was nice but said they couldn’t do refund. At which point my sister’s nail tech (the rude man) jumped up and rudely/aggressively said, “Let me see your nails”. She showed him, he rolled his eyes and said he’d fix two nails??? I told him it wasn’t 2, it was 10. He aggressively told me he has eyes, he can see. I told them I’d have my lawyer contact them and he said he’d look forward to it. He was beyond disgusting and disrespectful, especially speaking to two ladies. We had our nails fixed at Venus Nails (they are wonderful) and they couldn’t believe how badly our nails looked after just getting them done. It took SO long to remove them. They weren’t done correctly! Please don’t support such a disrespectful business. They overcharge and you will leave very frustrated and having to spend a lot of $$ to have it removed and done correctly.

We called and asked to have an owner call us back but was told we could just stop by later. We did but owner wasn’t there. So we spoke to the manager. Showed him our nails. We asked for a refund. He told us they could fix them. At that point, the rude nail tech who did my nails jumped up and rudely asked to see my nails. He then said he could fix the 2 nails?? My sister told him it wasn’t 2, it was 10. He then aggressively and rudely yelled that he has eyes and can see??? Wow! Can’t believe he was allowed to speak to us this way, especially considering we had the damaged nails and were the customers. Neither of us felt safe and definitely didn’t trust him doing our nails (he was very angry). So we just told him we’d contact an attorney. He yelled back he was looking forward to it and bye bye. Very rude! They don’t stand behind their work and this man was allowed to yell aggressively at us.

I have been to this place several times for mani/pedis and eyebrow waxing. They are always so sweet. The first time I went, I was planning a girls day out with a total of 5 women, and it ended up being very last minute. I called on a Thursday for Saturday Appts and they got us all in with no problems at all. The salon is always neat and clean and the work is very well done. I would recommend them to anyone!!

As soon as I walked in I was asked what I wanted ? I replied with a fill in ! I was told well we have 3 other people waiting. And that was it ! I didnt get a would you like to wait or anything I felt I was turned away because of my skin color.

I went there yesterday, because unfortunately my regular nail salon was too busy. This play was extremely slow in the beginning. I waited 20 mins in the pedi chair cuz the woman needed to eat lunch. (I know ppl need to eat) but it was 2 pm. And 4 other ppl working but they were hanging out talking amd watching tv. Anyways after that my pedi was not sufficient it was 8 mins. I paid $50 for that? Then I got a gel mani that was so fast it was ridiculous. Paid $40 for what and my nails are already chipping .

Extremely disappointed with messy gel manicure that chipped within a week. Returned to have them fixed (was told originally a 14 day guarantee) only to be charged to have them fixed. Will not be going back.

Should have read the reviews before I tried this place. The service is lacking, the staff is rude, I cant imagine they will continue to operate in this manner. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
