Super sanitary spa with the best color selection I’ve seen, one thing I really appreciate is that there is no chemical smell inside. Paul did a fantastic job shaping and you can tell there is great attention to detail.

The service an quality of gel polish is fair. The gel polish is not on the full nail. Must redo sooner. Had dust underneath so nails were not finished. The service is fast.

Nice, clean, comfortable environment, my nail technicians are pleasant and know their craft Very Well. Many great choice of colors for your nails and toes are offered.

The manager that did brow wax was so rude, rough and un friendly. My girls and I have been going there years — she knows me— left wax on my brows-will not be back.

The technicians are quite nice at this establishment, however, there are a few things that would make me go back again: do not allow idle technicians to lounge around on the pillows and benches; do not RE-USE files--give the file used to the customer so she knows it has and only will be used on HER nails (re-using files is just gross); and finally, keep the nail lights cleaner. Other than those things, they are great. I hope someone will post if they take any of these suggestions.

My daughter and I visited on Sunday. I went back to fix at least the thumb, even though my manicure, done by the owner Steven, was terrible. I was very polite about it, but he immediately said it was my fault because I moved. He was so quick to jump on me that I think this is his usual position. Anyway, there werent any other customers when I first went in, but Steven waited until there were some and then proceeded to admonish me in front of them. He gouged my cuticles even more than he originally did, scraped off some of the polish from one of my other nails and polished the new nail with the WRONG POLISH! I should get my money back, but Id have to walk back into their place and I will NEVER grace their doorway again. YOU ARE WARNED.

Have been treating granddaughters and me to holiday manicures for 4 years. First time we went here, they were wonderful. This time, the woman, the owner, was rough and rude to my granddaughters. She didnt clip their cuticles and did a shoddy job of painting tips on one. The man who did mine was good. She was awful.

Peter is absolutely spectacular. I have finally found a place that I can get a pedicure and feel amazing during the process. No overt smells and great friendly people. Peter is moving and opening a new store called Happy nails salon in Cookeville best wishes Peter and no I will come see you there.

This place is LOVELY. Their setup is absolutely gorgeous and the two people that helped my friend and I were very kind and patient, especially with my terribly unkempt nails. I am going on day 5 with very little chipping on just a regular manicure they gave me!! definitely will come back next time I’m in Knoxville. lovely lovely lovely place.

They make you feel pampered and treat you very well. It is so refreshing to be treated well at a nail salon!

Probably the worst (and most painful) pedicure I have ever had. Granted, it was Friday at 4:00 the day before Spring Break, but still, no excuse. The owner, Mimi, is the one who gave me the pedicure- not only was she insanely rough, but she did it so fast. I have two cuts from on my big toe and the back of my ankle is completely raw. As I was leaving, another patron (who Is a complete stranger) said that she never goes to MiMi because she is way to rough. I spent $40 on a gel pedicure and it looks as though a 4 year old did it.

Was recommended by a friend. I didnt love it. I guess it is like every nail place you have to earn their respect and not the other way around. Ha!

This place is so bad I asked for a manicure and they did not give me one,the lady that did me nails whats so mean and argumentative also for my nails I wanted penguins but they would not do it and when the lady was shining my nails It pushed my cuticle and she didnt even trim them so I was left with this rough Gunk on my nail.
