My mom and I recently moved to the area and were looking for a new nail place that wasnt 20min away and we found this absolute gem. Both of us felt like they took their time with us and we didnt feel like we were being rushed out because we were new to the salon like other salons can be. We were both insanely happy with our gel fill ins and pedis, we will definitely be back!

I highly recommend Snappy Nails and particularly Jack. The pink nails in the picture I have had a MONTH and they are still looking beautiful and still holding on my nails very well. I am disabled so can only afford to get my nails done once a month. This is the first time Ive been happy with my nails since moving to Knoxville. So Ive found my nail artist here in Knoxville and he is an artist, can do anything you can think up.The acrylic is on top of my natural nails, no tips. The color on my nails is gel polish, not colored acrylic powder. Ive fallen in love with gel polish at Snappy Nails done by Jack.

Hidden Gem! I couldn’t get into my regular nail place so Snappy took me in last minute. They do fantastic work! Also their prices are way less than everyone else. I will be coming here and also having my daughter switch her salon also

This was my second visit to this salon since moving to Knoxville . The gentleman that did my nails today did a great job! I have acrylic nails and needed a fill-in. The length and thickness are perfect. I will be going back to have him do them again next time. I also had a pedicure which was very nice ( though a bit expensive ). I had wanted the basic for $25 but the woman doing it just told me I had to choose from the ones in the book. $35. She did a good job and the massage chair made it worth it.

The only shop around that does quality design. They are extremely accommodating. They will do anything you ask them to. They are very knowledgeable about new nail techniques, mediums and care.

This was my 1st visit to Snappy Nails. Id been going to a salon very close and each time the service was worse. I read all the positive reviews and decided to give it a chance. Im sooo glad I did. Jack did my nails. He was so attentive and friendly. A lot of times you feel like you shouldnt make conversation or if you do you cant really understand. Jack was great. He did a wonderful job on my nails while we kept up a great conversation as well. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.

I absolutely love this place! By far the most friendly owners you can get. They take the time to make sure you are satisfied and I have been most impressed with my gel nails. I have never been able to grow my nails out without chipping or breaking them. Sonny has worked miracles and I am now on week 6 with no breaks! The gel has been perfect. If I didnt have to worry with the growth of my nails, theres no telling how long it would last. He is meticulous and cares about his work.Go here for some amazing service, have a beverage, and also be highly entertained as the owners are hilarious! Would give more stars if I could!

Couldn’t ask for a better staff and environment. I started with being a nail biter with nubby nails and terrible cuticles. They’ve brought my nails back and they’re stunning along with just beautiful. I do the dip nails and hands down the best. I look forward to coming in because we all laugh and have a enjoyable time. Went here for the first time yesterday and I got a full set gel acrylics. the people are so friendly. The guy who did my nails went quickly but neatly and so professionally and I loved the service. They do the most meticulous job at this nail salon. I have had so many people do my nails over the years Ive been getting my nails done for the past 14 and they are truly some of the best that Ive ever had do my nails. Other salons dont know how to do certain shapes or styles of nails or designs correctly. I stopped by Snappy Nails for a gel manicure while I was in town for a week on business. The owners are very nice and the salon has a relaxed atmosphere. But here I sit nails fully dry (how many times have you messed up a nail within minutes of service bc their never fully dry) and looking like a million bucks in no pain at all!! I went to snappy nails today for the first time, they were very friendly, especially considering the fact that I showed up 40 minutes before close. I looked at some of their pictures and decided to let them do what they wanted af long as it was elegant with some bling and they hit it out of the park. I love the shape and colors, not to mention the rhinestones gave my nails the perfect amount of sass. I will definitely recommend snappy nails to friends.

This is the only place I will go to get my nails done. Every time I’ve ever gone anywhere else I leave so disappointed! They pay very close attention to detail here and that is so important to me. It’s just a small place in Halls but I recommend them to everyone! And everyone asks me where I get them done too. They never break, the gel polish never chips, and I really don’t have enough good things to say about this place! Give it a try if you’re looking for a new place to get your nails done.

I heard a lot of great things about this salon. So I went to get my nails done here.I felt so unwelcome there.The guy hurried through my nails to get to the next person who walked in and I had an appointment. I wont be going back.

Called prior & made an appt for myself & two others. Total of 3 people (reason why we called prior because we knew 3 is a lot at once) We were told we could be seen at 3:45. When we showed for our appt time the entire staff seemed surprised & unaware of our appt. After about a 15 minute wait, two of us were taken for our soak offs. One of us was able to get her nails done as I was stuck “soaking” for over an hour. The third of our party was unable to receive any services after waiting for an hour after we made an appt. The receptionist explained that they only had 2 nails techs today & that the walk in that was taken before us was taking a long time bc she was getting designs, which is fine but why did I make an appt or need to know what the person before me is getting, that is irrelevant. Im honestly astonished at your customer reviews but it isn’t surprising given the area of town. I’ll be sure to stick to my salon in west Knox. Thanks for the free soak off though.

The Place was very clean, Staff was SPECTACULAR, Chairs are a luxury....& they all work! Only Place that I know that has the new exclusive holographic nail coating that looks soooooooo chic!!!!
