I absolutely love Andy and Sandy and all the people at Nails 1st. They are the best and are like family. Always make you feel welcome. They do such a great job with my nails and the pedis are so relaxing. I would recommend Nails 1st hands down every time..they are the best!!

Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had.. Yen Huynh was my tech and absolutely amazing... I live in SW Florida but I will be coming here everytime in at our house here which I come several times a year and stay all summer!! You wont be disappointed here at all!!!!!!

Have been going to Andy and Sandy for years and have not been disappointed yet. When I went in today they had renovated the whole salon. It was nice before but it is wow now. Sandy insists on cleanliness. I have never been concerned about getting an infection. All of the staff is very nice and do a great job. Thank you all.

SICK AND HIGHLY UNSANITARY DO NOT DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. My first time ever getting acrylic nails was here at Nails 1st. Approximately 2 weeks after my first and only visit to Nails 1st I got the nastiest growth on my finger from their use of UNSANITARY TOOLS. After almost 3 years and maybe 4 or 5 doctors visits to have it removed, it finally went away. THE ONLY REASON I’M NOT SUUING THIS SICK PLACE IS BECAUSE I HAVE NO EVIDENCE THAT THEY USED UNSANITARY TOOLS ON ME SEVERAL YEARS AGO. SICK SICK SICK!!!!

Great work! I play banjo and guitar so getting 3 nails done on my right hand really makes a difference! Always get worked in quickly and Andy is a great guy. All the employees are very good at their craft.

I took my daughter to get her nails done for the first time ever. We went here because she received a gift certificate for Christmas. After years of begging for fake nails I finally gave in to her. Id heard great things about getting your nails dipped. (I believe its called) Less harmful to your nails, safe and nourishing. Well unfortunately when I asked about getting her nails dipped I was told oh yes we can do it but its very time consuming and expensive. I said okay how much will it be? Her answer $80+ depending on how long it takes. Since when does the price of getting nails done depend on the length of time it takes? It was an hour before closing time with only two people working and about 8/10 customers. They were busy and didnt want to full with it! I was ready to just leave and take her somewhere else another day. However keep in mind this was her first time getting nails done. I looked at my 15 yr old daughter and saw the disappointment on her face thinking she wasnt getting nails. So what did I do, I let her get an acrylic set. It took 2 hours total between waiting & finally getting her nails. She was told okay you can go your nails dry. Wrong! As soon as she opened the car door half of the Polish on 2 nails were jacked up and 3 days later 2 nails fell off! They looked awful even before they got messed up. I will never go back to this nail salon. They took what was supposed to be my daughters exciting first time nail experience and made it a disaster. She still had money left on her gift certificate to use for next time. You know what she did with it, threw it in the trash!

Waited many months to get a pedicure.While the process was good the end result of French pedi was the worse. If I could load a picture, no one would go.$43.00 plus a tip for a bad paint job.I am so disappointed.

This is the best nail salon & the cleanest as well. Andy does an amazing job on my nails & so does Sandy. The salon is always clean & I watch them scrub the tubs after doin pedicures. The prices are very reasonable. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Andy always tries to accommodate you anyway he can from doing them on your lunch break to giving you an appointment. I love them at nails 1st, I have NEVER been unsatisfied after I have left the salon. Thanks Andy to you & your staff for doing such a gr8 job. I love yall

The pedicure is $27. It took about an hour. The shop was not crowded. They dont use disposable liners or sanitized tools. In fact the guy used a scrub brush to soap my legs and feet that Im sure he uses on everyone. Also, he cut my toe.

I love this place. Me and my daughter go every 3 weeks for a pedicure and it is a truly enjoyable experience that I look forward to. Kim Is so funny and all the others are so nice

I wouldnt go back if it was free. I was told 15 min wait. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes to be told 30 to 45 minutes. They took in appointments, I understood that. An unbathed crack head stumbled in and just sat down before I was told an extra 30 to 45. She didnt have appointment. All I needed was a fill and to fix what they messed up in the first place. Drive out of your way to go somewhere else please, it aint worth the headache, time or money.

Have used this place for several years. They always greet you and ask what you would like when you come in. I get the gel and it usually last 4 weeks. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. I spray my nails with alcohol and wipe them off. A lot of lotion will make the gel start coming loose.

I don’t even think they deserve one star. I went to get my nails done with my mother. For one, they weren’t super nice, and the guy on the left did my nails. They were crooked, one was lifting off after 3 days, the filing was horrible. I wanted the square oval nails. If I could attach pictures I would. So I called, they fixed my nails, a different guy did them. My nails looked a little better, but still the filing was off. Then I had another nail lift off. I just gave up and got a refund. Over the phone when I nicely told them about my nails, they were rude about it. Not going back!

Im a very critical person when it comes to my nails but let me tell you, Id give this place ten stars if it would let me. The lady who worked on my nails was Nona Sander and I would absolutely recommend her! She was constantly checking to make sure every nail was perfect and even. They came out looking flawless! The rest of the staff around was really friendly too. Ill definitely be coming back here 💖

Awful! Rude, unattentive... rushed through the work. My nails are horrid. I WASTED $100. Male was rude, huffing, puffing, rolling eyes. Women used completely different colors than what we asked for, their reply color wont show. If it wont show then take it off the shelf!!! We will absolutely NEVER go back. Paid too much money for crap work. Unsanitary, while getting a pedicure we noticed the lady sitting next to us had just gotten there as well and they used an ALREADY USED CALLOUS SHAVER ON HER!!! Disgusting!! Beware!

Ive been coming here about a year now and have always loved it. I dont know her name but the short, older lady did my nails a few days ago. She was the rudest nail tech Ive ever met. She asked if I had filed the sides of my nails and I said no, she basically called me liar and said she had eyes and could see. (The whole point of going to a nail salon is so I dont have to do them myself so there wouldnt be any reason for me to file them myself.) On top of everything else she said, I dont think she had any idea how to apply acrylic or buff them out, my nails are full of waves and grooves now. They look terrible and it was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Every one else there is fantastic, I hate to leave 1 star but it was absolutely out of line for an employee at a business providing a service to paying customers.

Last time I was here the lady was to busy looking over talking and not paying attention to my nails, she cut my finger and laughed and kept talking and did it 2 more times .I made an apt today with someone else .I say there an hour and 15 minutes after my apt and say then take someone back who had just got there . Tried to ask 2 different people who finally came to the front and was ignored .when finally asked some one about it they were ride and tried to blame me .Customer service sucks and they apparently dont care about how well their work is or if they cut you .

My appt was at 4 and its 5:15 and still havent gotten any attention//service or anything.
