I got in contact with Rothchilds for a consultation for my sons wedding! I made all the phone calls, set up the appointments and brought the mother of the bride, the bride and groom and confirmed the order and the mother of the bride made payment! On pick up day since we were out of delivery range, the workers were very quick to load up the tables and chairs and we left! The following day as we unloaded the tables they were in terrible condition with the edges busted and several holes in them! The dark stained chairs still had mud from prior use and they were in terrible shape scratched and several cracked! Being an hour away we had no choice but to use them! When returned on Monday by a friend, I then called and voiced my concerns and was told they would get back with me! She emailed me and said she could not talk to me about it, have the bride give them a call! Mind you I made all the calls etc . Now there’s a problem and she can’t talk to me! We were told something should have been said during pick up and gave a bounce house discount for future use! Moral of the story...check your order in detail before you pull off and make sure you pick through every chair and every table then go to the office with any complaints! There prices might be better but there product is in terrible condition! There prices should be lower for the quality they are offering!

I could not be happier with my experience with Rothchild. They were super attentive to my needs, being very quick to answer the phone (no hold times!) and send emails when needed. We rented all purpose goblets, wine glasses, flatware, a table & linen and two chairs for our wedding and all the products were as described and delivered in the correct quantities. The delivery guy (Fernando) was super fast and he had the table and chairs with the linen set out on top before I could blink an eye! I must have had wedding brain because I forgot to tip him until after the wedding but the staff was very accommodating and made sure that he got his tip :)Also, their prices are much cheaper than their local competitor (just sayin) Thank you Rothchild!

Arrived at 8:30 pm after their delivery window from 2 - 5 pm. There was NO communication or notification from Rothchilds AND we had NO after hours contact information, leaving us helpless, stressed and trapped. The bride/groom-to-be, family and friends MISSED their rehearsal dinner! We were ALL scrambling until 10:30 pm setting up the venue. Rothchilds offered us $49 in compensation, blaming the botched delivery on COVID. After reminding them the event was booked several months ago, during COVID, they offered us a pathetic $70.

I have had such wonderful dealings with this wonderful rental company in Knoxville. Our company has worked without event rentals in so many different capacities. Everyone from the hands on Owner, knowledgeable sales people, and friendly delivery team cares about the customers experience! On a personal level, we rented the Frog inflatable for my sons birthday and the kids cried when they had to leave the party! The inflatable was great for all ages, including his uncles age group!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ive had other companies around town set up tents and bounce houses for our corporate and family gatherings at work and this place is by far the best. I will never use another company again. Tents and bounce houses were very clean. They looked brand new. More clean than other places we have used around town for our gatherings. Showed up early and had everything set up fast. We have had problems with other companies damaging our lawn area and our pavement. This company was very polite and careful not to damage anything on our property. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. By far the best place in town.

We rented a tent for our wedding at a marina at Norris Lake. They took the time to scout out the location ahead of time to make sure what we wanted would work with the space. I wasnt there for the set-up/removal, but was told there were no issues for either.

I ordered a simple Bounce house for my sons birthday. When they showed up (over an hour late) at my neighbors across the street I had to go over and direct them the right house. They started getting out the bounce house and I noticed it was wet and dirty! The smell was horrifying! I told the lady on the phone repeatedly that they could not drive stakes in my front yard, but when they showed up thats all they had. At this point i was so frustrated i just said go ahead and put the stakes in. I brought my concerns to the attention of the owner. He seemed like he couldnt care less. He had no idea what i was talking about. Honestly he sounded high and confused. The WORST customer service Ive ever experienced! The young man that was setting it up for me was polite and kept apologizing. I know it wasnt his fault, I told him i wasnt mad at him. I was mad at the Manager! Completely crazy that this place is still in business.
