Had equipment reserved an got call last minute to tell me I could only use 2 days instead of a week I had it reserved for.

Terrible Equipment & Service!I rented a brush cutter for over the holiday weekend. They called me when it was ready to pick up, but when I got there it didnt have gas and they had to fix the throttle to make it run correctly. After using it 20 minutes it stopped moving either forward or reverse and became unusable. My wife had to drive 40 minutes to bring me tools to even help get it loaded on a trailer again. When brining it back Monday morning and asking for a refund the man working the counter was extremely rude to deal with. When they finally got it off my trailer, they did do a refund but their customer service was some of the worst Ive ever seen. I will not rent from here ever again!!

Fair price on rental and service getting loaded/unloaded was exceptional. Didnt catch the name of either gentleman assisting but they were working hard out in the heat. Really appreciate the pricing provided. Keep offering fair pricing and Ill keep recommending Sunbelt as the equipment rental place to go.

Rented a stump cutter over a long holiday weekend. It wasnt working very well, so I called customer service. A mechanic came in about an hour on a Labor Day evening at about 6:00pm and determined that the machine was, in fact, not working properly. I took it back Monday morning and they reserved me another machine for the next weekend at no cost so that I could finish up the job. I have rented from these guys three times now and this was the only time the equipment didnt work properly, but they made it right very courteously. I will continue use them for my equipment rental needs.

Sunbelt delivered one lift that was not charged. They delivered another lift it was also not charged Sunbelt has cost me a lot of money on this job. Service was great by the Australian guy but there equipment sucks

They had what I needed and the staff at pickup and drop off top notch. Most of the counter folks friendly and helpful.

The guys in here have really been helpful for me this weekend. They took extra time to locate exactly what I needed. Seriously, got me out of a bind. Will always call Sunbelt first

Very nice, accommodating, professional, didnt treat my like an idiot for asking basic questions, all and all it was a smooth and hassle free process.

Called 30 mins prior to picking equipment up and was told it was ready. Between the 3 gentlemen at the counter none seemed interested in offering assistance or even acknowledging that I was at the counter. Needless to say piece of equipment was not available. Thanks for the wasted trip and great customer service!

Rented numerous equipment always got RPP on all equipment because you never know what can happen. They were understanding and got me serviced asap whenever something broke. Thank you.✌

Brought me an equipment key on a saturday when they where supposed to be closed. Will always use these guys very nice.

Great place to rent Equipment.

Machine went down 2 weeks in a row. Then called me mid day on a Wednesday asking if I can go back out to the jobsite to pick up their broke down equipment when they were supposed to pick it up while they were out fixing it per their customer care line. Prices are a little better than NES or United but not worth the hassel of not being able to meet a deadline due to equipment issues. When the machine went down the closest service tech was over an hour away.
