Ive never had a problem with this location and Ive visited here for shopping and rentals dozens of times in the past few years. The staff is usually super friendly and willing to help solve problems and offer advice. I find that prices here are always comparable and sometimes better than the competitors nearby, but with the price match guarantee, I know Im always getting the best deal by shopping here!

Dont let this store destroy any good shopping experience you have with Home Depot. I go to other locations in Knoxville and get a way better shopping experience. Their rental department does not have the experience to provide adequate support. I have to go to the west Knoxville location off Kingston Pike in order to get my rental equipment. I was able to get a refund at this store with the help of the corporate office.I still rent my equipment at the Home Depot and I never had a bad experience beyond this location. This location has horrible follow up and poor communication skills. The management is the worse and if you ask to speak to a manager; all they know how to do is say not our problem

Have done quite a few rentals here... blower, paint sprayer, truck, etc.... great customer service every time!
