These folks are dependable with the right equipment for the job. I have rented equipment multiple times and the equipment has always been great. The staff is very helpful and willing to help out when I was in a pinch.

Franklin Equipment has been a great resource for my business. Bob and the staff have gone above and beyond to help and always have anything I’ve needed ready to pick up. I’ve rented a various array of equipment, everything from bulldozers, stump grinders, lifts, skid steers and etc., with no problems. The equipment is well maintained and running without any problems. I called a day before I needed a skid steer and and guy at the front desk worked with trying to find a track style with joystick controls. I told him that bobcat of Knoxville couldn’t provide what I was needing. The guy said he had a machine there it was a little bigger but he said he would charge me less than bobcat and have it ready for pick up the next day. I pick it up and the guy took my card info and in about two minutes I was ready to go. Thanks to guys at Franklin equipment of Knoxville for taking care of me at last minute.

I got a 50 foot lift I got here everyone was super nice and helped me hook it up and showed me how to use it. Returned it helped guide me in and unhooked it for me. Every one in the service office helped me and answered my questions I needed. I would recommend using them I know I am going to use them again.
