Different atmosphere, but barbers are exceptionally qualified. Price is reasonable based on the level of service provided.

I got my beard completely shaven off. I woke up the next day COVERED in razor burn from him shaving the same areas over and over and never reapplying the shaving oil. They offered to give me a free haircut(didn’t want it) but couldn’t refund the $30 I spent to be in itchy pain for a week. This is not how you run a business. This picture is 3 days after the fact.

I was recently in the Knoxville area and in desperate need of a haircut. While scheduling an appointment is usually my preference, travel has not allowed me to do so as of late.That being said, after contacting/visiting a few shops in the area, Roc Shop was by far the most professional accommodating in the area. Ella, the receptionist was very friendly. She asked what preferences I had from both a hairstyle and grooming standpoint. She then confirmed an appointment for me that day with Kattie. Let me say that I am quite particular about how my hair is both cut and styled and Kattie exceeded those expectations by a mile. Beyond her skill, she was welcoming and. professional offering her expertise to ensure I got the best experience at Roc Shop. If you are in the area or new to town, I would definitely recommend this barber shop and Kattie for your next cut. I personally will be booking again on my next Knoxville visit!

A nice alternative to some of the other gentlemen’s barber shops around town. The staff is friendly, the towels are hot, and the beer is cold. Hard to find because there’s no sign outside, just a sticker on the window. I will be excited when they finish decorating the inside and place a sign outside.

Awesome experience with Jason ! Not only was this my first visit to a barber shop since shaving all my hair off but the first time I had someone teach me about my hair, head shape, and explain how to actually style my new cut. If you want something that a traditional barber shop might not do for you (at a great price) this is a great place to start! :D

Jason there has always cut mine and my daughters hair and given us good advise. They observed all CDC recommendations and we felt comfortable going in.

Great place to get a haircut. I came from Miami where it is much simpler to find a good place to get your haircut and have gone to many different places around town. Roc Shop has been a great place for me! I will recommend this place to anyone. Greta has done a fantastic job cutting my hair the times I have gone.

Very professional staff, do amazing work, I was very impressed.

I called ahead and came at my appointment time. I unfortunately had to wait until someone else was done getting their haircut because the other barber had and Emergency and left the shop . Although there were a lot of people waiting and Ivan took no breaks in between haircuts, he provided great service and a phenomenal haircut. It seemed as he paid attention to all the details on each and every person, even with all the stress.

Gretchen did a great cut that my 13-yr-old son loved -- and hes usually picky or indifferent. I was impressed! And everyone commented on how great his hair looked.

Ask for Kattie! She takes the time to make sure you look fresh!

It was my first time at Roc Shop Barbering and after one cut I am a fan. I got seated with Greta who is absolutely amazing, she gave me the cleanest clean cut and reshaped my bread. I would recommend anyone to stop in and see her.

Husband asked to cut his hair short, but the hairdresser refused. Husband’s hair is a mess. He has to go get another cut somewhere else.
