I thought my manicure and pedicures were fabulous by Shelby! She always does a wonderful job. My facials are also always great with Kim! They are both the best at what they do! The location I go to is the Arapahoe locationThe front desk and manager are what Im struggling with. My appointment was changed without even asking me. Then I called to voice that I was unable to make that appointment. I was told that I was to come when I can. I was then called on the day and asked where I was and informed them I had called. When I arrived it was insinuated I had lied about calling for they had no record of my calling anywhere. I then asked for the manager and she did not help much but say I was fine. I do not think it is fine to accuse me of lying when on the Ella Bliss app it says my appointment was at the time I thought. In addition, I do have a calling log on my phone that says I did call on the date I indicated. Im very disappointed with this situation. Im not sure if I should cancel my membership or try it again. :( Super frustrated and sad about this situation

I went there for a massage and pedicure and manicure because I got a gift card for $58.00, pretty cheap. What I didnt like is they need your credit card information to hold your reservation. Massage was excellent and nail tech was excellent! On my way out I was billed for the entire thing. I asked for the receipt, thats how I knew. I asked them to correct that and so they voided the transaction and refilled. Will I go back? I dont know, I am just not comfortable giving credit card info before purchase.

I have been a member at Ella Bliss for almost four years. I have always had top-quality service at all three locations (but I usually go to the HR location). I just started going back since the reopening and I am so impressed with how they are approaching the safety of both their clients and staff. Their protocols and procedures make a great deal of sense and allow clients to return for the services they enjoy without concern. I appreciate that they are taking the correct precautions so that they can remain open and keep everyone healthy - including their wonderful staff.

I can always count on Marissa at Ella Bliss Highlands Ranch. She listened to my goals and helped me come up with some color combos to try for my stepdaughters upcoming wedding. Even better, she convinced me to skip getting my usual tips with my dip manicure. Not only will my nails grow faster and stay healthier this way, my bill was reduced by $20! So I spent less than expected, my nails are beautiful (as always) and strong, and I had another great experience at Ella Bliss. Thanks again, Marissa! Youre a star!

My first time at Ella Bliss and I had a great experience. The front desk staff was super friendly. I had a shellac manicure with Marissa and she did great! She was very personable and easy to talk to. The salon was beautiful, I’ll definitely be back to try other services.

I really like this location. And the products they use are high quality. Patty, my manicurist, did a great job and the color lasted about 12 days😊. Pretty good for regular Mani. Havent tried the other options here yet but will do that eventually and report back. Seems a bit pricey even with a membership so not sure yet whether Ill stay with it. And fair warning, I read the fine print of the membership and if you DO decide to cancel you have to fill out a form AT the salon and still pay 2 more months before auto-charge stops. Excessive IMO which is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. Patty deserves 5 stars!

Their technicians are AMAZING, but the people working the front are lacking big time. The last FOUR times I let it slide but good grief I can’t anymore! When I signed up for their membership, they lost my paperwork. Second time, still didn’t have me “in their system” and had to fill out paperwork again. Raised prices claiming they sent emails none of which my friend or I received. Third time, charged incorrect tip amount on my card. FINALLY I cancelled my membership because enough is enough. Fourth time, wrong tip charged again. Today, incorrect scheduling of my appointment. When I called to make the appointment I was told MORE incorrect information about my membership. It’s almost laughable this time. Prior to going in for my appointment i could not stop thinking about what was possibly going to go wrong. Relaxing? HA! Ya right! Please look at how your front is trained. They are nice but cannot even correctly schedule appointments let alone charge the correct amount.

They also sell many wonderful products including my favorite haircare line. Ella Bliss - Highlands Ranch is the perfect place for a busy mom to get some much needed me time!

Member for quite awhile. Services are ok, everyone is very nice. Probably best if you can plan way ahead, I needed more flexibility and could rarely get services on shorter notice (within 3-5 days). Forgot had to pay two months once canceling, but had six months to use remaking credits. Had an issue with booking a service at the end of it all, and got a great response from management. Really appreciated quick action.

This was only the second time Ive been to the Highlands Ranch location, and I have to say the staff members were exceptionally cordial and friendly. I enjoyed my massage therapist, but Im always up for experiencing new therapist. Even though the Highlands Ranch location is the farthest location from our home, I am seriously thinking about always booking my appointments at Highlands Ranch from now on! This is the best spa! It’s in a great location with a view of the mountains! When you walk in, you are in true bliss! All the staff is awesome and friendly. You can relax with a drink and a chocolate and they offer any service you would like! Every service has been amazing and I look forward to going once a month for my me time!

I went in on Sunday (three hours and 10 minutes before closing) for a gel manicure. The person at the front desk said they didn’t have time for a manicure due to a lack of techs. They had one tech working on a Sunday afternoon. I think it’s crazy to have one tech working on a weekend afternoon. They may prefer no walk-ins and if so they need to make it clear they don’t accept walk-ins.

Ashley K. has been doing my lashes for the past 6 months. She is very sweet and pampers me every time I have to refill my lashes. Ashley works very carefully on my eyes and makes sure I have a nice comfortable experience. I love the look on my eyes! I get great compliments. At Ella Bliss I know I am getting the best safe products and the best quality of eyelash extensions.

Nancy did an amazing job! It was the end of the day and as a dental hygienist, I came in with lots of tension in my neck and back. I get a lot of massages due to my profession and it was one of the most relaxing sessions I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her and the Himalayan salt stone Massage!

Today was my first time at the Highlands Ranch Ella bliss beauty bar and from the moment I walked in I was blown away. Complete wow-factor! I was greeted with smiles and welcomed by the two concierges behind the counter. I told them my name and was offered a beverage to enjoy while I was being checked in. I was quickly greeted by my manicurist and enjoyed every minute with her. She was personable and let me take my time asking questions about services and picking a color for my nails. My experience was so amazing that I asked about their membership and joined before leaving. I am sooo excited I found this amazing beauty bar.

I never write negative reviews but I was highly disappointed with today’s service. There were two women working behind the counter and neither greeted me when I walked in. I was with a group of girls for a birthday event and I felt like asking for a glass of water was a big deal. My pedicure was fine but didn’t feel it was anything special or out of the norm. When I went to pay the lady was going to charge me $60!!! I said I just booked a regular pedicure, why is it so much? I told her it was my first time to Ella Bliss so was this the normal price? She said it was put in the system as a upgraded spa pedicure?? I asked my friend who was standing there what she booked me as and she said a regular pedicure. The girl (manager) was so rude and said “well it’s her word against our staff who booked her so I don’t know what to tell you). I didn’t get anything extra in my pedicure! She would not adjust the price and was going to charge me $10 for sparkles until I questioned it! I really can’t beileve how rude the manager was about something so simple and she should have adjusted it. I’ll never go back and I was really excited about trying this place out.

What a wonderful store & concept! So many great choices and the membership you cant beat the price. We had a lovely kids party in the party lounge and the manager Cameron was top notch taking care of our needs!

The prices here are like any other comparable high end beauty salon. The decor is chic and stylish. They have a wide variety of services available and the staff is always friendly.

The atmosphere is welcoming and spa-like, the front desk staff is kind, and the extra services are a great perk (drinks, discounts for members, easy scheduling on their app). Despite these wonderful perks, Ive had multiple sub-par mani/pedi experiences in my four month membership experience. The nail techs Ive seen are very nice and I can tell that they care, but I had a sloppy shellac manicure that resulted in really thick polish, polish on my hands and fingers, and half painted nails that were graciously and perfectly redone later that week. The next month and with another nail tech, I had almost exactly the same experience (and this time with more stabbing and resulting hangnails), which led me to decide to cancel my membership. Ultimately, they may need to focus on establishing consistent nail services in order to fulfill the wonderful atmosphere they otherwise provide.

I love going to EB to get my nails done. My mom and I go together, which is a great way to spend time with each other. Madyson has been doing my nails for over year-she is amazing and my nails look so wonderful every time!

Moreover, where else can you sit and enjoy a beer before your massage?On second thought, continue thinking that going into a place called Ella Bliss Beauty Bar is horrifyingly unmanly, and leave more appointment slots (and beer) for me.

I would have to say the business practices at this company are horrible. I cancelled my service two months ago and they continue to charge me. They said I need to go in to cancel my membership and pay for an additional two months even though I havent been there for months. Because they want to make sure they get their money rather than keep people happy they keep authorizing my debit card and creating NSF fees. So now I have to pay for additional time and incur NSF fees. THESE FOLKS JUST WANT YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP HERE! To bad the poor technicians have to work for such a horrible place because they are wonderful.

Management sucks, can’t keep good therapists. When you do finally get one that does a good job they’re not around long and move on to a better work environment. My suggestion is go somewhere you’re not tied to a membership when management scares off the good massage therapist.

Terrible customer service at the Highlands Ranch location. Their online booking service is not reliable. Appointments made online disappear and text reminders are inaccurate. The nail services have consistently declined since they opened. The membership is a good concept but not worth it in the long run.

Facials at Ella Bliss are my very favorite indulgence! The estheticians do a fabulous job on nails and hair, too, but I would schedule a facial every week if I could! It is the most soothing spa service for me, combining beneficial skin treatment with massage for an hour of pure, well ... BLISS! I feel refreshed from head to toe when I leave. Thank you all!

Loved the idea of this salon... its genius! it was my first time yesterday, got a gel manicure and spa pedi. the technician who helped me was new and had a horrable BO smell the whole time, which ruined part of it for me...(hence the 4 star not 5 star)...otherwise the front dest girl with dark hair was super helpful explaining the membership, she wasnt pushy, I ended up joining! The website wasnt clear about what it actually was! its so much more up my alley than it I expected!!!

Usually nice, calm and clean. Not your typical fast food nail place. It is tough to get and keep a favorite associate, so since staff turnover I havent gone as often. A bit pricey. Difficult to navigate website,especially when booking an appt. There is no detail about what each upgrade entails. I have gone for nails and massage. Love the vinulux line, it really lasts a long time on both nails and toes.

DO NOT GO HERE. I never leave reviews, but I felt that this needed to be shared. I bought a membership here and it was a huge waste of money. I got a dip manicure with tips, they did not use an electric buffer so I was semi unhappy with how they looked from the beginning, but ALL my nails fell off within 5 days. I tried calling the manager multiple times, but she never returned my call so I was never reimbursed for this. Also had a horrible facial here, they charge 50% for cancellations within 24 hours and even if you cancel your membership within the first 30 days, they still charge you for the next two months. I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
