Great place to find what you need and quick. The prices are pretty decent and customer service is satisfactory. Alina and Zuly were very helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. I have many places to search for parts for my Thunderbird, but this place is always my first choice, and usually, I dont have to search anywhere else.

We made an appointment for my vehicle to be picked up the day before. This place stated they would be there in the afternoon and they would call 45 minutes prior. I waited until 5pm to called (mind you they close at 6pm) and they said I am on the schedule and stated again they would call prior to coming. Never heard from them and they are closed for the weekend.... I understand businesses get busy but all they needed to do was a courtesy call to keep me updated or should have stated they couldn’t fulfill the sale/pickup.

They have newer models of cars.fair pricing.I think they also sell cars complete .You must enter through the front door and sing a waiver .Bring your own tools . I brought cash but I think they accepte debt card.I was working on a Nissan rogue and I got the parts I needed to do my repairs . I dont think there is an entrance fee. The yard is on a hill so its kind of difficult to get to the vehicles there are step you have to climb and the door is difficult to open when coming back in with your parts . It was a hard days work . But it was well worth the my effort to get the part I needed . I will be returning back to this place for my next car projects in the future.

This company sent a driver to our residence to pickup a junk vehicle.He picked up the vehicle and also helped himself to 3 parcels delivered by the USPS.When we replayed our C/C security recording it showed everything.When the company was called they claimed there were no packages taken.Law enforcement for the USPS Postal Inspector have been contacted along with local authorities about the incident.This is an unethical practice to be allowed by a company.Especially over $50 worth of merchandise.Save yourself the headache of not using Tennessee Auto Salvage and Recycling.Is this what you want on your property?

Called and asked if they had a rear bumper cover for a 2012 Ford Focus in gray and they said they did. Went there, found the car, pulled off the bumper cover and after trying to install it found out that the tabs didnt match the original so it wouldnt fit. Turns out Ford changed the tabs starting with the 2015 model. I tried to return it and they wouldnt take it back. No refunds. Period. I find this to be an extremely poor business practice as they told me that they had a bumper that fit. Now Im stuck trying to sell a bumper cover that doesnt fit my car.

They might have the parts but dont speak English or understand one dame word you say or have your parts ready when they say. And they give you the wrong part and a take there sweet time getting the right one. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I came here and asked if they had a car like mine and they told me they did and I could go on the lot and Have a look at it. So I spent about 30 minutes looking for this car that was supposed to be on their lot after a half an hour I gave up and went back into the office and ask the man is he sure that he has this car on his lot he told me to wait while he asked one of his workers to go and double check for him. After about 20 minutes his worker came back and finally said that no this car is not on the lot. So this tells me the salvage yard is not organized and not efficient in the way that they run their business. I will never return here for anything even if they are the last people who have it. It is curious how some people are able to maintain business without knowing how to manage it

We recently purchased a motor from Tennessee Auto Salvage & Recycling and had their mechanic install it in our car after our old engine blew. All of the staff members we were in contact with were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with the work that was completed and highly recommend this business to others. We will happily go back to them in the future as needed. Terrible. Had a vehicle listed online. Called and they asked ME to look it up and give them the stock number. Then they told me they had it and to come over to get the parts. I get there and they tell me the vehicle isnt there and they have no Idea where it is.

Friendly people but need someone behind the counter that can speak English better than the one that was behind there when I was there .

Horrible, awful and rude. Wish I could give zero stars. I called earlier in the day to see if they had a part I needed and was told yes not once but twice. I asked them twice just to make sure since I had a long drive to get there. Drove an hour and half just to get there and pick up my part. When I arrived I was spoken to very rudely. Then when I asked where my part was the guy pointed out into the yard at one vehicle and said out there and I had to take it off. I had almost no tools with me other then a few I keep in the glove box. I spent 10 minutes climbing over rusted wrecked cars only to find the vehicle completely stripped. When I went back to the office they were completely indifferent. Never will I go there again and I advise anyone looking for a part not to waste your time there. One more thing I willing to bet the good reviews on here are lies told by them and their friends.

Do not buy from these guys! Drove 2 hours to get the part, paid 80 bucks, went straight to mechanic to test part, no good, called them back they said they can’t refund or exchange or help in any way! They don’t care!

Bought a car from them to repair. it needed a timing chain and valves. received just a bill of sale. Now after putting me off for months they are trying to tell me they gave me a title. State refuses to title the vehicle in my name as apparently it has a lien on it.My guess is they never had complete paperwork on it to begin with.Lesson learned on this one!!At the same time I also bought an engine for another vehicle that ended up having the oil pan full of water. after an ordeal, they swapped it out for another one that smokes. Take your money somewhere else!! Dont chance these crooks!!

I had searched all over East TN, for a motor. I called TN. Auto Salvage and the lady said they had what I was looking for. After looking at 3 other junyards today, within 45 minutes they had my motor loaded up in my truck, with less miles and less money than anyone else. Thanks again Harry and crew!

As a small business its crucial to move cars, was promised multiple dates, multiple times!! Nothing was stood up and lied too. I feel very pissed. would not recommend business to business.

The people were kinda nice but stupid . There was oils all over the ground I had to climb on a half crushed jeep just to get the parts off the jeep on top of it because they didnt want to move it . They could under stand what we were trying to tell them and the guy go mad because I couldnt hear them . When I was try to remove a door the guy was dropping cars like 8 feet from me. Me and my friend was very nervous about being there and for the price if one door pull it your self was 134$ thats crazy

They are liars!!! Sold me a junk transmission. I was going to trade it out for another one..I was told the pan wasnt damaged and they had to pull it out of a car. Walked around to see and wasnt even in a car they lied and were switching out parts to make it look better. They are deceitful snakes. I wouldnt buy anything here!! Horrible!!!!

Ordered a engine 2.7 by they brought me a 4 cylinder engine then left and come back with a 2.7 by that had the timing gears broken off I was very disappointed in this place . I tried to call them and they wouldnt answer the phone.

Went to buy an Exhaust Pipe and they very much helped me. Recommend this place.
