They’re very speedy and nice here! If your car ever needs anything else done on top of whatever you’re going in for, they’ll let you know and won’t do anything more unless you give them the green light. They keep you updated if things are taking longer than anticipated too! I utilize the lounge while I’m waiting and usually do school work or have a snack at the snack bar. I love taking my RAV4 here ☺️
Some of the best customer service and honesty I have ever seen was with Toyota of Knoxvilles Service department. Shannon was one of the best service reps I have worked with owning multiple brands and by far he went over and above to be honest and transparent about service needs. Customer service was easily transparent with him and for that I am grateful and will keep my business with them. I cannot complain one bit. Thank you Shannon!
I orginally had a review with negative feedback however the service manager contacted me and we were able to resolve the issue under warranty. I feel like you should give credit where it is due and they did reach out to correct the problems.
My fiancé bought a truck from here, awesome experience with his sales man, but he bought the truck before it was able to get serviced and detailed so he had to make a later appointment if he wanted to drive it off the lot that day. So he made an appointment, dropped it off, gets a call a few hours later saying he’s not scheduled even though he’s had this appointment for a week at that point I guess whoever took his information never wrote him down for it and then was told that it already had been serviced even though he and a mechanic friend looked at it and knew it hadn’t been, I believe they were able to squeeze him in for a detailing that day so he made another appointment for a servicing. When that appointment happened, they found mold so they said they had to get servpro out there to clean it but they wouldn’t be there till Wednesday and they wouldn’t have a rental for him till Wednesday so he picked up his truck to be able to drive it till Wednesday. Come Wednesday they said it could take up to 2 weeks, then half a week in he called for an update and they said Servpro would be there that coming Wednesday, come 2 weeks into it, they said Servpro just started working on it.. so what was the point in holding his truck for 2 weeks for them to just have started working on it 2 weeks in? Also the service guy he was trying to get ahold of, John Fox, was hardly helpful and never answered the phone and he had to go through his salesman more than half the time to get an answer about updates on his truck. I will have to see what his name was I believe it was Brian something but he was of great help with actually getting updates on something that isn’t even something that he’s supposed to be dealing with. There were many times the service department told him that they would contact him first thing the next morning and then never did at all. Very poor service, expected more professionalism from a company representing Toyota.

Engine light came on, took the beast Tundra 1794 series in and they went through the diagnostic and said it was possible a fuel pump, they did a few more test and said everything was checking out and sent me on my way at no charge! Nice, very of Toyota Service Department.
Recently had the airbags replaced due to a manufacturers recall and the service was incredibly fast and well done. Chloe R. and the other staff were fantastic to work with and are highly recommended.
I have a had the best experience every single time I’ve came in. MICHELLE, the service manager has been so incredibly helpful every time and remembers me which is huge for a customer. She has overseen an issue with a fuel level sensor that was faulty, which had me stranded on the side of the interstate with my son, and she personally worked with the tow truck service and made me and my son feel at home while I waited. Also a factory recall and even offered to install something as simple as a lock for the armrest Consol storage box which I broke by leaning too hard on (I’m big boned didn’t judge me). I will keep coming back and TOK has her to thank for that. Michelle, you’re great. Keep up the great customer service.

Very nice place the car i rented was clean but you can tell where they just sprayed cleaning on everything and didnt wipe it off. I was sticky everywhere. But over all very nice.
The latest visit provided great service. Service representative Cody went out of his way to satisfy. The waiting room area was spread out at least 6ft. They were extremely busy, but still cared for how I was doing. They offered food and drink for free. Great experience on this visit.

I purchased new wheels and tires through the dealer when I purchased the vehicle. They gave me a time estimation of 5 hours which is already far too long for mounting and balancing new wheels. They ended up taking 7 hours. I spoke with the service director, Michael Haun, and got the response that COVID was to blame, he boasted about how Knoxville Toyota is so big for a reason, and Im the only one that this has happened to. The service department here was absolutely terrible.
I own a 2012 Tundra and have been taking my vehicle there for over four years for regular maintenance. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable on all Toyota models. If you are looking to get out quick for any maintenance or service I recommend going early in the morning when they first open up. Ive never waited longer than an hour.
Toyota Service department excels in many ways. They text and call you to keep you notified of the status of your service, one gets timely updates, and the service is courteous.However, the work performed was having ties replaced and interior bulbs replaced. While I recognize that there was some troubleshooting involved in this process as there was concern with voltages, this being an all day event. I cant fault Toyota for the amount of time. However, it was stated that there was an included car wash and that did not occur. Im not disappointed about this enough to have it addressed, but I feel that these sort of things cause problems in service shops; what happens when you expect specific service to be completed but everything but that service is completed? Hopefully nothing, but in my experience, I can say Ive almost been stranded because of issues like these at other shops. I dont want to set the stage as if this shop is a bad one; Ill be returning until Im given a reason not to, but I felt like I should explain why at this time it received a 4 out of 5 stars. (It is still a good rating).

Waited for 2 days for more than 3 hours each time to get a tire replaced that was under a tire warranty. Worst customer service ever. Try to find an alternative to this Toyota dealership. Contacted Toyota corporate to see why this dealership is so awful.
My appointment was early and they got me out in record time. The parts were replaced without cost due to the recall of my car parts. The customer service representative phillip was extremely helpful doing his job and very courteous.

Did a inspection and repair charged for price and upon driving less than 5 mi and looking atthe vehicle obviously there were mechanical issues and fluids that were low so to do a 32-point inspection Ive not heard of before but supposedly they didnt really do much of a inspection on any points when I called and advised of the issues they supplemented I come in and pay again to have another inspection as well as for additional repairs are ready paid for when I stated that they basically this is a generalization they basically said well deal with it then either come back and pay or fix it somewhere else so I wasted a lot of money and Im not happy about that one bit
