Poorly Renovated. Our deck by the pool was a complete safety hazard. House wasn’t cleaned upon arrival! No way they had time to make all those beds up being a clean family we washed sheets and blankets and brought additional being on the safe side especially during these times. Roaches liked to have carried us back out of the house praying nobody brought any back home in our luggage ! Trash people would not pick up trash we had to pile up our trash in bags and keep them outside by the pool ! 1 to keep the raccoons from scattering it and 2 because asked the garbage people to pick up the trash and they refuse accusing it to be ours keep in mind it was there when we arrived. Air conditioning upstairs was nonexistent! Coming back from those hot parks having to burn up upstairs at night after already being exhausted! Supposedly projection screen wouldn’t work kids had to depend on down stairs tv. Falsely charged for taking a lamp that was never there ! 10/10 would not recommend this place for your family and kids, definitely a place for people looking to party And leave the place in a mess for clean up crew that’s going to half a** clean up. When we left that house it was cleaned way better than it was when we arrived and definitely sanitized after our departure your welcome to the family after us ! Sink was messed up garbage disposal didn’t work dish water and scum just bagged up into the sink. Other than that no comment. Definitely owed some kind of compensation or something behind this stay ! Had to wait 3 days on the “complimentary” heat in the hot tub, taking away factors we looked forward to on our vacation. THIS RESORT HAS TO DO BETTER ! Clubhouse doesn’t even provide floats for the lazy River ! Choose your vacation wisely !

Ww-8809 the property was as advertised and the host was exceptionally receptive and helpful. The safety gate around the pool was completely unsafe and was unable to be secured- my 3 year old was able to get into the pool area on his own [thankfully under a watchful eye] but had we not been vigilant in a house of 23 people, the outcome come have been horrific. There was a domestic dispute in a nearby property where 2 men got into a physical altercation and police were called. Another night there was what no one on this planet would call very loud music and more altercations from 7pm-7am. The clubhouse and pool area are nice but they do not provide floats which was pretty disappointing. A+ for the host, but will absolutely not be returning in light of the type of guests they attract with no use of their security or consideration of others.

The community is clean, quiet and in a great location. I will definitely stay again.

House #8804 was simi clean. Walls could of used washing and painting. In a house that could accommodate 20 people there was 8 washcloths and 1 roll of tissue per 5 bathrooms 🙄😶. The furniture was modern design, yet very worn down!! Poolside un house the furniture was so beat down the lounge benches was unraveling. They owe us..we shouldnt owe them.

Fix your ridesharing delay line. Quite honestly, it’s ridiculous and has caused us to take the hot walk with a toddler and senior to meet at the gate due to this very issue. There are better ways to be efficient without sacrificing safety. Respond that you’ve updated the process and I’ll update to 5.

PARTY NEIGHBORHOOD. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. I’ve stayed in 12 different rental units throughout Kissimmee in the last 6 years and never before have I seen the things that I’ve seen at Westside. Apparently many of these units are being rented out to many “locals” for long party weekends…This was told to us by a long term renter that lived next door to our unit. We stayed here (same subdivision different unit) February ‘19 right before COVID. No problems on that trip. But the whole subdivision is different now. Complete 180. It’s honestly turned into a very ROUGH and ROWDY subdivision. FULL ON BLOCK PARTIES…people partying from one garage to the next. Stumbling in the streets. Trash everywhere. There’s a bench to put trash in that is picked up almost everyday…apparently no one got that memo…cause there are trash bags everywhere (on the street, in people’s yards, under trees, etc). Lots of Street/yard car parking…I think that encourages partying by not limiting the amount of people in the subdivision. I’ve never stayed anywhere else that allows (encourages actually) street and yard parking. Security is non existent. Most people just follow behind another car entering into the facility….so no real “verification” is being done. LOUD vulgar music and fireworks all night long. Well into dawn the next day. Will NEVER EVER even consider staying here again. And I will be sure to pass the word to others I know that travel to the area frequently. I truly wonder if the homeowners know how bad the neighborhood has gotten. It’s sad really. We put in 5 solid nights and now we are moving to the Hilton for the remaining 2 nights. Terrible.

The clubhouse is really fun. The individual homes vary so see what you find. A lot of the furniture is very cheap because its more of a business then a curated stay. So if you like a more high end or evena more unique experience this is not for you. But if you want a chill family friendly place with nice weather thats reasonable price, why not?

Ive stayed in this resort with my family twice, and its a fabulous place for all ages. Once it was an extended family reunion with grandparents, adult children, and grandkids which ranged in age from babies to high school. And all had a great time. the houses range in size, but we booked a place in one of the larger homes, and it gave everyone the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy for those of us who are introverted. The Orlando area is great because it has amusement for all ages. The next time was just our nuclear family and our kids insisted that we stay here. I highly recommend the resort!

Gotta experience this resort for yourself....will not regret it !

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and had the worst service at the bar. Ashley was the bartender and she was very rude and cared more about being in her phone then helping paying customers. And when I tried to get her attention she walk away and went to the back. Very unprofessional and do not recommend!

This is not a place to relax! Parties every night. 50 or so people coming in and out of house next to us. Loud music every night. Worst experience ever. House was not cleaned when we arrived. Do not stay here unless you want to party.

We are staying in WW_718 and if you are renting this property, please make sure you keep your little ones away from the glass tables in the living area. One is the process of breaking tabs there are VERY sharp metal edges. The same the metal stripping in the theater room.The property management isn’t very concerned with issues going on in the home or property. The sliding glass door handle broke off an hour after we checked in and a week later, it’s not fixed. As for the “strict” 10pm noise ordinance, I wouldn’t worry too much about that or only having 4 vehicles per house. There were parties, loud music and fireworks at all hours and so many cars everywhere, it was hard to drive down the street.As for me and my family, we will not be staying here again.

RENTERS BEWARE. We have a party of 15 staying at the resort. Just had to go get our Van out of impound with MAGIC TOWING. They towed our Van at 1:00 am . They have a contract with the resort to patrol the property to see if anyone is in violation of parking rules. We were parked on the street legally but two tires were barely on the grass so they towed our vehicle. Looking for a quick $125 dollars !!! Also their business is 30 miles away from the resort. The resort has no control over who they tow it is all up to the towing company driver!!!! We will never stay here again!!!!

We were traveling with grandparents and kids. Upon arrival, driving down the street it was spring break party central. There were cars on the grass, people drunk in the road, loud music blasting and more… not only that our house was incredibly outdated & in bad shape. The AC would not cool below 75. The beds had torn blankets and pillows. The mattresses were horrible & sunken in. The sofa in the living room was broken in half. The Wi-Fi did not work except for one TV. The walls were in SERIOUS need of a paint job. Finger nail polish, black marks, scuff marks everywhere! We called before we booked to check Covid protocols, we were informed that the resort was open and the pool area and Gym were fully open and accessible. However upon arrival nothing was open!! Every single time we came back to the neighborhood, we sat at the gate for 15 minutes or more and were unable to get in the neighborhood with the code.Our neighbors partied every night well into late hours making it almost impossible to sleep. I would highly recommend against ever booking at this resort, what an incredible misrepresentation of condition. Never never again! I will do better research next time before booking.

Amazing resort. Lazy River! Great for families. 10 minutes from Disney World, yet great place to relax and get away from it all.

I’m currently vacationing here and the Clubhouse and Water Park is closed. They closed it without informing their guests. And when I call for refund info and some type of compensation, they can’t do anything about it. I have a lot of kids and it disappointed them they can’t attend the amenities. They claim they closed it down on Thursday morning and my reservation was for Thursday evening, so why didn’t they notify me on this. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND MAD! They literally took my money! I can’t wait until Monday to leave. Worst vacation ever!

Amazing. I went there in Dec 2019 and loved the villas.
