Again love this result very clean cold protective has sanitation centers at the front also very quiet very peaceful the residents that I was staying at was very clean organized they had a dishwasher washer and dry it also had a movie room we had a problem with the remote the first day with the lady made sure that somebody came over to give us a new remote to enjoy the movie theater I would definitely definitely definitely recommend this place to anyone especially the residents that I was staying at I really enjoyed myself for the seven days and even thought about trying to move down I had a very good time.

Other than a few issues with housekeeping the trip was good. Manny was very responsive and courteous. Warning for those unable to get a rental car, uber/lyft is VERY expensive and you do not receive a gate card without a car so you have to constantly get access from security. Other than that you should be good. Thanks for everything Manny.: )

I would highly not recommend “Emerald Resorts Vacation townhomes “ worst quality EVER!!! Tv’s didn’t work, furniture and carpet dirty an not up to part. Also they charged me a lot and it was not worth it but wouldn’t give me a refund at all.

Nice. However, it could benefit greatly from food on-site. Having to dive into the traffic fray that is 192 is a nightmare.

Very lovely property.Nice and quiet.Only thing missing is a dog park area.Nature trail is groomed nicely, but fairly short.Security people are friendly as can be.

Well maintained, beautiful villas, great pools, professional employees, laid back peaceful atmosphere. PERFECT

The price was reasonable, the location was close to animal kingdom. Perfect for us. Our condo could have used some updating of the decor and a new rug, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Im not sure if some of the condos may have been more updated? I would look into that a little more if I was going to stay there again. ..Which I would.

It was very spacious and comfortable. It has a outside pool with a Jacuzzi. It gas 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I just loved it!! I recommend it yo all. This is the way to vacation!!

Very good vacation rentals with excellent clubhouse

Close to main highways, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and major recreations.It does need better upkeep of the rental townhouses. Found moldy bathrooms, and water stains on living & master room ceilings

Grounds are immaculate. Homes and townhouses appear very well kept. Stayed in 6 bedroom 4 1/2 bath house with heated pool and hot tub. So nice. Could see Magic Kingdom fireworks from upstairs bedroom! Close to all theme parks, malls, restaurants and Walmart. Very pleased with Emerald Island Resort. Would stay again.

The house was a great size for the family. Issues with it not being clean was a huge disappointment. Pool was not clean. Called property manager about items that needed to be looked after-screens breaking away from the frame around the pool-not repaired and dis not respond to our calls. Lack of service was the major issue. Will not go back.

House we stayed was large, but not kept up well. Dirty stained carpets. Bird droppings were very thick on the screen enclosure. Tennis courts were good.

I didnt find much wrong with this place besides the over pricing which is kind of a big one for me. $1000 for 3 1/2 days at a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom full size kitchen town home doesnt initially sound too bad, but when the place doesnt even have clean floors and one of those bedrooms have 2 twin sized beds instead of beds that can actually fit people in it anger ensues😐

We stayed at 8515 Crystal Loop for 5 days. The location is great, minutes to Disney and to the main road with many options to eat, but green and relatively quiet. Several pools, small playgrounds, gym at the club house as well an atm. The unit was clean with a well stocked kitchen (utensils, cups, plates, tea kettle, coffee maker, etc.), full size appliances, grill, decent furniture, lots of towels and spare linens. Small things could be improved like the mattress in the second bedroom was like cardboard, pillows were all different and many of them flat and uncomfortable. Also lots of DVDs from the kids room were missing-boxes were there but not the disks. I think it would be better to have a roku or similar box(es) and offer a subscription access to it for like $5.00 a week, but we werent there to watch TV. Similarly, it would have been nice to at least have bars of soap available, but I understand why there werent any. Overall, pleasant and affordable option conveniently located. I definitely recommend.

Our family decided to rent one of these vacation homes and we were happy to have done so! Security was impressive in this gated community

So we all stayed at Stitchs Magic house at the end of May and I have to say it was the most horrible experience of my entire life. There was mice and cockroaches in the garage! Dead bugs in every area of the house. There was also mold in the bathrooms and window sills. Ants all over the counters in the kitchen. Also note that we had babies with us one being 9 months old and the other a 1 year old. I was to scared to let my babies play on the floor cuz how dirty this place was!!! Plus there was black hair on everything when we first got there!!! I would not recommend this house at all!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would!!!!! Also I have pictures if anyone would like to see!!!!

This place Is super secure, its like Fort Knox tryna get in and out of this place.. if you are a person worried about safety when vacationing you will like this beautiful version of a prison. 😂

This is our 3rd year here. The grounds are kept clean the staff are friendly and easy to deal with.

This was my first time ever doing Home Away and it was a very nice place/area, although the people upstairs made my experience bad because they were very noisy at night and in the early mornings. The room was nice, but no mini stove, it was a microwave and we dont use microwaves. Oooh and the Tv, maybe try to get one a little bigger because it was very small. Everything else was fine, although, I would try it again.

Very nice resort, well organized, secured by good security, has a nice club house, swimming pools, gym and very close to everything including Disney world

Check-in and security process is unnecessarily complicated, especially if youre going to have visitors. The place itself is clean and comfy, with a nice pool area. Convenient to Disney.

Neat clean setting. We rented through AirBnb and the apartment was perfect. We had place for kids and adults and enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place to stay through AirBnB very secure and safe. 2 secure gates to pass through before you get to the houses.

The community was beautiful, however the ability for first to access the property ead horrible... You paid for a guest pass after your names sre taken and ID scanned... However you had to come to the main gate each time you reentered the property... If it wasnt for that it would have gotten a much higher rating from me...

I was celebrating my 25th birthday in Orlando, so I felt like this would be a good pick to stay at. I stayed in a four bedroom 3.5 bath townhome. Everything was perfect until......I Woke up in the middle of the night to a pillow with bed begs that bit me while i was sleeping. One of my friends got bit in his room as well. My chin was swollen that night from the bed bug bites. Me and my friends had to sleep on the couch and had to wait until the morning to have something done about it. I will never stay here again; the amount of bed bugs I saw was absolutely disgusting!!

Still beautiful, security top notch, but as beautiful and well maintained, needs more than once a week pure garbage pickup. Recycled materials pickup ok at once a week.

Hit or miss. Last year exquisite townhouse, this year townhouse from 1988 which had the 13 inch Orion bubble tvs to match. Decor was seriously dated, no curtains, blinds were all broken, dirty walls, broken dining room chairs, no wifi, broken beds in two rooms. Just awful. Resort management called me after first day saying I could move to another home, but being at disney with a schedule it was just too inconvenient to do so. Last year would have given the place a 5 star rating this year a 1

We rented a small town house for the weekend; its a bit hard to navigate and the house was in less then great status for the price (the A/C didnt reach the second level, half the kitchen sink didnt have drain, the bathroom had some old splatters of something...etc etc)

Pools are small and crowded. TH needs towels and cooking pans. Place is pretty though
