We stayed in an Orlando “Supreme” Vacation Homes property in September 2017 and had countless problems. Firstly, they refused to give us an address right up until the day we arrived. I find it very had to believe that they do not allocate properties in advance according to party size and booking requirements. This meant that we were dependent on using a satnav to find our way to the check in centre and then on to the property. The email correspondence was curt, unhelpful and rude from the office which made me uneasy about the booking which I had paid for in full prior to arrival. Although the property was clean and well kept, it was billed as ‘close to the parks’ which it most definitely was not. It took us 45 minutes+ on a good run and was in Polk County. I would never have chosen it if I had known this, which I guess is probably why the company do not share addresses prior to arrival.We did arrive a few days before Hurricane Irma was due to hit mainland Florida. Unfortunately there was no advice in our arrival pack on how to prepare the house for such a weather event that we knew nothing about, having travelled from a country which does not have such weather. We presumed this information would come to us either by phone or email, but it did not. Fortunately we used our common sense and stocked up on food, moved the patio furniture and BBQ into the house and hoped for the best. Although we did not have extensive damage to the house, we did have our power knocked out meaning that we had no house phone, no cell phone charging facilities, no A/C, no pool filter, no refrigerator, no freezer and no washing machine. This was totally understandable, but when on DAY FIVE of no power no one from Orlando Supreme Vacation Homes has made contact, we were astounded that a business could treat their customers this way. We physically travelled to their offices in person to be told that we should have phoned them (with no phone!) and that they probably would not be able to relocate us. I understand that a natural disaster had happened, but to make no contact either prior to or after the event is unbelievable.They are now disputing refunding us for the unused nights and two months on we are still fighting this. God forbid if we had young children with us, as we would not have been able to look after them acceptably in those conditions for so long.I wish I had researched this company before booking. I know it appears good value for money but I strongly suggest you do your research. There are negative reviews out there, and you should take heed. Our dream holiday was completely ruined by this shambolic business who does not value or care for its customers at all. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Worst experience ever. Nobody to contact about house rental. No communication what so ever. Booking. com sucks with rental places. Waited till last day to try and do something after I was going to report to BBB. AND THEN THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITHOUT REASONABLE EXPLANATION. ZERO STARS AND WILL NEVER GO THROUGH 2ND OR 3RD PARTES

Everything is one word... HORRIBLE! We came for a weekend, nothing we working. I needed to work, had no wifi, tried calling no one answered, not even the emergency number was working. We came i thinking that maybe since the reviews were a while ago that things might have changed. THEY HAVE NOT!

THIS PLACE AN ABSOLUTE CATASTROPHE ! The stove doesnt work, the pool is filthy, 2 out of the 3 showers hardly throw water, and i rather sleep on the couch then the pathetic excuse for a bed they gave us. When we tried to call no one would answer. We tried calling multiple times and no one was answering. When we finally someone called back the last day to tell us our check out time, and when explained to him what was happening he didnt care, told me the check out time again and hung up on me. PLACE SUCKS!

If you are up for taking out your money and throwing it out in a garbage can, please use this agency, because i asure you, they will Do exactly that! I am not a fan of writing bad reviews but this agency is just absurd. The house was not ready to be occupied. Oven, shower, stove, pool were not working properly. We tried calling, emailing and all the possible ways of communicating and no one ever answered until the last day which someone extremely rude called to tell us we had to vacate the property. We told him about the issues, guy did absolutely nothing to fix the issue, reminded us about the checkout time and hung up on us. No customer service, rude, disrestpectful, unprofessional, uneffective, derogatory.... absolutely ridiculous service. -10 stars is my rating.Regards,

If you can afford to just give your money to a company for NOTHING then sure go ahead and give these people your money. Booked a month ago and they wont return any of our calls. Wont give us check in info, property address, nothing because THEY WONT RETURN OUR CALLS. Now we get to come out of pocket to pay for another place and fight for a refund from them after our vacation

Booked a travel stay through Orlando Supreme Vacations Homes for March the 2, 2017 to March 5, 2017. Picked up the keys at Homes Welcome Center March 2,2017 at around 4pm, reported the poor conditions (TORN FUNISHINGS, STAINED CARPET THROUGHT THE UNIT, MOLD IN SHOWER, BROKEN BLINDS, ETC.) in which the property was in, to Homes Welcome Center, located at 8285 Championsgate Blvd., Davenport Florida 33896. Was giving the round a round and nothing was done. This company, the same as a lot of other businesses in the area, are parasites living off the great Disney World Industry.

To all this negative feedback you guys are big liars for about 2 weeks i was so worried about it is scams after i read the reviews and when i get there everything was perfect pool clean house is great everything works to all those people who is thinking to rent a vacation home this is strongly recommend

I stayed more than 12 hours searching for the location me and my family including a small kid, after arriving from 20 hours direct flight can any one imagine ! because they Are not answering the phone or even replying mails or SMS, so that I had to book somewhere else, while the full amount of our staying there has been already paid, for one month and its a big amount .

We are stranded. No one is picking up at the reservation phone number and Im $2g in the hole with no where to sleep tonight.
