I absolutely loved my stay at Sunshine at Solara. I rented with Florida Premier Rentals for our annual family vacation. I actually booked my trip during the pandemic and everyone was very accommodating, responsive and extremely pleasant. The home was actually one of the cleanest Ive rented from, roomy and great location to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I will be renting from Florida Premier Rentals again.

This was one hundred percent a better choice for our family than staying in a hotel or Disney resorts. The value was outstanding, the home was clean, they were very responsive, and the one issue we had (cable was out) they had a technician come out and take of everything without us having to lift a finger. Highly recommend and will utilize them again!

We stayed at The Blue Pearl (listed with Florida Premier Rentals) located just inside the Kissimmee line. The house was a great size and was perfect for our family gathering! Everyone enjoyed it. Great location and easy access to everything Disney. We had a need for maintenance and they were very prompt, even going above and beyond to accommodate us. The property management was also very responsive to our questions and suggestions. We would stay again.

We stayed at Wishing on a Star by Florida Premier Rentals.Amazing WeekJust as advertised!!!! The home was perfect and then some. Very clean and had all the amenities. The property is amazing. The pool in the home and the community pool are top notch. We will definitely be back.

Let’s talk about the good, bad and ugly. I’m really writing in this much detail hoping the owner sees this and can inquire where her money is going if she is paying a property management company for their services. My family 9160 Scramble Drive in Davenport, FL (Championsgate Resort). When we arrived, we sat in a pretty lengthy line to check in just to be told that our names were not on the list to be able to check in. We had to get out of line and pull over to the side as I got that issue resolved. We arrived to the house and I went in first to observe everything. The house looked pretty much just like the pictures online but it was still dirty in areas that matter. Let’s start with the carpet, at a minimum it should be professionally shampooed but overall, it needs to be replaced. The tile floors downstairs need to be professionally cleaned, no one wants to see dirty grout. The kitchen table needs to be disassembled and cleaned. There is no reason I should be looking at food crumbs stuck between the glass. Someone previously must have stuck something on the table as it left a sticky residue on each end of the table. The couch needs to be cleaned and thoroughly wiped down as well as the walls. No one wants to looks at dirt stains. The good was that this home had so much space, all the adults had their own room and bathroom, the kids had their own rooms, and the pool. My kids probably spent half of each day at the pool in the backyard or at the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse was cool, they had a restaurant with very friendly staff (Michelle) was my favorite and the drinks were good! My family was really able to get the vibe of being on vacation and away from our day to day. We will definitely come back, I just have to figure out a way to get a house that meets my needs of being clean.

Great Property!!! Florida Premier Rentals was a fantastic property for our 10 day stay in Orlando. It felt like a home away from home. It was very clean and provided pretty much everything we needed. Only issue was the lack of privacy from the front door, but nothing a good sheet cant handle. We will definitely book here again!!

House was clean and the community (water park) was fun.We loved that each of the five bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The house was clean. The pool was clean. Hot tub was great. Stocked with all the amenities we needed. We plan to visit again!

Awesome stayWe have stayed in many of Florida’s vacation homes, but this one at Florida Premier Rentals was by far the best. Our kids enjoyed everything (the pool of course was number one). I will most definitely be back on our next Florida trip next year.

My family and I stayed in the Wishing On A Star condo in October 2020. I cant say enough good things about this property! They were so helpful and everything was SO CLEAN. They made our experience awesome.

Florida Premier Rentals was the right choice for us. House was a great place to stay. It was the perfect spot to launch our Disney day trips. Lots of space and kid friendly.

Florida Premier Rentals was a great experience. Floor plan was perfect for multiple families. Very close to Disney parks which was great to have a very quick ride home at the end of a long day!! The resort pool and bar is awesome and the pool there is warm even in February. The pool at the house is a little smaller than it appears on the listing but you can heat it for extra cost and it’s very enjoyable! The kids loved it! It was a great time and we would definitely stay here again! Communication with property management was excellent and very nice staff!

We have rented from Florida Premier Rentals for the last two years. This year we returned to the same property we had been at last year. Everything was so nice. Everyone at Florida Premier Rentals are the best. They are helpful and of their way to make sure your vacation is the best. We are planning to be back in Florida again next year and will be renting from them again. We trust the properties that we rent from them are all perfect in every way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Conch Cottage, managed by Florida Premier Rentals! We were so impressed with the quick communication with the management company, the cleanliness of the property, and the amazing amenities. The house was beautiful, well taken care of, and in a very nice location. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub, drove to Disney a few days (a short drive) and spent some time at the water park within the community. We couldnt have had a more fantastic time. We wouldnt hesitate to book another property with this management company.

Perfect Home for our Disney Family VacationWow! We were excited to have our 13 family members stay at this home for our Disney Vacation and it was even better than the photos! Florida Premier Rentals had everything you would need to entertain children and adults alike. The movie theater was amazing and the private pool was perfect after long days at Disney. We were worried about the travel cost with a Lyft to and from the parks but the ride was around $20-30 each way with a car for 6, so it was manageable. We saved a lot of money renting a bunch of rooms to be on Disney property and got so much more private room to hang out with family, not to mention the private hot tub and pool. They don’t give you many amenities such as trash bags and toilet paper, so make sure to stock up when you get your groceries (Publix delivers). The price is incredibly reasonable for what you get and we would highly recommend this place for a large family who wants to do Disney AND get family hangout time in!

We rented a vacation home from Florida Premier Rentals for Christmas vacation. The home was beautiful and clean and although there was construction in the area with new properties being built we had no issues navigating in and out the area. This house is in an ideal area as well close to everything and only about 17 minutes from Disney. Only issue we had was with the hot tub not operating correctly so we couldn’t use it because it never warmed up. Other than that property manager was easy to get in touch with and maintenance was prompt and attentive. Great stay would definitely come again!!

232 Auburn Ave - Encore Resort at Reunion We booked a vacation with Florida Premier Rentals starting 7/10 and checking out 7/17. From the moment we entered the home we experienced the following issues.Air Condition was not working on the first floor (61 degrees second floor / 80 degrees first floor)7 interior lights not working.2 exterior lights not working (unable to use patio and pool at night)First floor master toilet not working and backing up.First floor master shower backing up.3 of the 10 kitchen chairs were broken.Pots and pans were so cheap that most of the pans were deformed and bent we need to purchase our own.Wi-Fi system in the home was very slow and spotty. IT company had to come and replace the router.During the week some of these items were addressed with a call each day and us waiting around for a repair person to show up. We would call each morning and talk to Yvonne at Florida Premier Properties to report the issues repeatedly only to be told she was doing her best to have someone swing over. The air condition was never repaired, and we were told due to the fact there was only one air conditioner in the home the first floor will always be much warmer then the second floor where the unit is located. (Florida heat 95+ degrees) Yvonne told us that she would have fans brought over many times but that never happened. The toilet and shower issue was never resolved as the repair company told us they would need to order parts. I found a local repair company and paid them $100 to snake the drain to fix the issue as we could no longer deal with a non functioning first floor bathroom. In total we missed out on many planed events due to all these issues and would never stay or deal with Florida Premier Rentals again. My feeling is that they thought we would stop calling and wear us down. In total we spend over 20hrs on the phone with them and waiting for repair people to arrive.

I shopped around for a while to find the perfect rental for our vacation, and I came across this company as the prices were competitive. However, my family’s dream was quickly crushed when less than 24 hours after I booked, Yvonne sent me an urgent message requesting I give them more money or cancel. I did not allow these scam artists to con me, so I canceled immediately. I had to do twice the work to find a new rental, because of what Florida Premier Rentals did to me. I do not wish this experience on anyone and do not recommend this fraudulent company. Don’t waste your time.

Great StayThe Condo was laid out very well and close to Disney. The main pool was just a short walk from the Condo and has a full service bar with a wait staff. The flow rider was as good as the one you will find on a cruise ship, there is a daily fee to ride it. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will probably be returning.

I just had a sneaking suspicion. I had very little correspondence before we took this vacation. About an hour before check-in I just happened to notice an email that said if I didn’t give them my drivers license and a list of names I couldn’t get the code to get in. Fine time to tell me. Well they finally send me the code for the door. We arrive at 10 o’clock at night and guess what. The code doesn’t work. I called her office number numerous times and was told to leave a message but the phone just hangs up on you and you can’t. So then I called the service number and it said press 1 for urgent. I did this 12 times and got some girls answering machine. Of course she never called me back. The burglar alarm in the house was going off for over an hour. No one came. The guard at the gate knew nothing. We were just getting ready to head for a hotel two hours later when the smart mouth security guy came. I said we’ve been here two hours and he wanted to argue with me that he was there at 10o’clock and I wasn’t there. Oh I’m sorry I got here at 10:07 jerk face! Rude. Hateful. After two hours of laying in someone’s driveway that’s not what you want to hear. Never again with this company. It’s mid day the next day and they still haven’t bothered to call me to even apologize.

We had the best time in this LOVELY home!!! We were within 10-20 minutes drive to all the parks, it had an awesome pool, bathroom for every bedroom, the most comfortable beds and pillows, and a bunch of games and activities!!!!! We would come back here in a heartbeat. The children were in heaven. Thanks so much for the perfect place for our family:)

We truly enjoyed our stay in Florida Premier Rentals The Lily Pad home in Orlando over Labor Day weekend 2020. The screening room was amazing. The adults sat on the back row and the kids on the front shouting at the screen and reacting to every scene. It was like our own little Mystery Science Theater! The house was big and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, but it also had great congregating areas, too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the children had a blast in the backyard. Overall, we had a smashing good time!

Florida Premier Rentals was perfect. Perfect Disney Spot!Everything about the property was incredible. Loved the house, location, amenities, pool, beds, etc. My kids loved the Mario Room and the Candy Land Room. They actually begged to leave Disney World so we could go back to the house and play.

We stayed at 8193 Valhalla Terrace in February for 8 days. We booked the house because it was big enough to house 2 families and it had a large theater room in which we planned nightly movie nights with the kids. Upon arrival, we had no hot water and we could not only get the theater room TV to work, we also could not get the family room TV to work either. There were no TV instructions, just multiple remotes. We were pretty upset about the hot water since a day of travel, a warm shower is definitely needed. When I called the office, it was after 5 pm and the message said they would return my call. Nobody called the next day, being Sunday, so I called again. They sent someone out for the hot water Sunday afternoon and that was fixed. They also sent someone out to fix the TVs. They were able to get the family room TV working, but not the theater room. The woman said the person that usually does this was off for a couple of days. I told her how we booked the house because of the theater room and really hoped to get it working. Credit to her, she was there for at least an hour and made calls, but could not get it to work. She said she would reach out to the person who usually takes care of it and try again Monday. They didnt get it to work until Wednesday. On Wednesday, the freezer went out. I called again and they sent someone out and he lowered the temp on the freezer. I said it was working fine in the days prior and lowering the temperature would be unlikely to work. He said call back if it does not. I told him we are having guests on Thursday evening for dinner and needed a freezer for ice, food, etc. As expected, the freezer did not work after he left. I called again on Thursday after all of the food had to be thrown away and they said they would take care of it. They brought us a portable freezer around 5 pm Thursday evening. No ice for drinks. On our last day, we woke up early to make our way back home and again the hot water was not working. So gross to have another full day of travel and nobody can shower. I reached out to Florida Premier to ask for a partial refund for all of the inconveniences we experienced and they refused. Their response below. I will NEVER rent from these guys again and I strongly warn anyone as well. They are non responsive and we paid over $7000 for the week on a house with multiple problems.Hi Scott,My apologies for the delay,I did pass this back on to the resolutions department, however they did come back with the same reply Scott, while they can understand that the minor issue may have caused an inconvenience during your stay. They don’t feel that this warrants a any type of refund as the issues were dealt with.Kindest RegardsYvonne

We stayed at a Florida Premier Rentals property for the fourth of July holiday. The home was absolutely beautiful! I loved the decor. It was very spacious, clean and well kept! I wiped the home down with Clorox wipes and surprisingly found no dirt/dust. I was very impressed. My family had a ball! I will definitely rent again!

The house is great, the property management company not so much...After the first night in some of the bed rooms we had dirty sheets (foul smelling and clumps of hair) as well as a handful of roaches we killed. We suggested that housekeeping was not thorough during turn over and asked for this to be addressed. We thought they would address the entire house but only the 2 rooms that were sighted as examples got addressed. This was after another day went by and they had to be contacted again. After discovering that there were more rooms improperly cleaned with regard to bedding (bloody sheets) and that housekeeping or pest control had dirtied the kitchen, we asked if they would in fact address the whole house, the answer was no. They dropped off some bedding and instructed us to do it ourselves. This was unacceptable to us. The house was a great size and could accommodate our party but its the last time we use a property managed by Florida Premier Rentals.

Awesome property with LOTS of entertainment! This property is unbelievable...the pictures does it no justice! The gated community, water park, basketball court, private pool in the backyard, spacious 5 bd/ba house is EVERYTHING! My son truly enjoyed his 15th birthday celebration with his friends, dad, and myself. More than enough room for 2 adults and 4 teenagers! Less than 20 mins away from Universal Studios (shuttle provided on Saturday’s only if you don’t want to drive). Book with them...you WON’T be disappointed.

We stayed in the house by Florida Premier Rentals in February. The house was great and we loved having the pool. We travel to Orlando each year for Cheer Nationals and this was a perfect house for all the moms to stay. We all got out own room and the beds were so comfortable! There was plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen was large enough for us all to be in it. We will for sure rent this home again! High recommend this property! Also, loved the big TV. Perfect for us to watch the cheer competition together!

This stay was perfect. The area was quiet, the house clean and beautiful. Disney was a short trip down the road, and navigating to get there was simple. Universal was a little farther away, but easy to get to as well. You definitely need to drive to the home or rent a car while you’re down there. We have a large family, and the six rooms was a perfect size. The kitchen was great, and the pool and /air hockey in the garage was a nice perk. From character rooms to calming serenity, each room offered its own kind of magic. It was too cold out to swim (we didn’t get the pool heated), but the lanai was beautiful just to sit and relax. We really enjoyed our stay. It was an awesome way to see the parks, with the comforts of being home. Thank you Florida Premier Rentals!!!!

My stay at the Blue Pearl through Florida Premier Rentals was nothing short of exceptional. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The 9 bedroom home held my family comfortably which consisted of 6 littles ages 5-12, 5 young adults ages 18-25 and 6 adults ages 32-40. Will definitely be booking my Florida stay through Florida Premier Properties from here on out.

We rented this house through Florida Premier Rentals and it was the BEST thing I have ever done! The staff was extremely accommodating and very responsive to all of my questions. The house was PERFECT in every way and ended up being the highlight of our vacation with our grandchildren. The resort was very centrally located to all the parks, was clean, well-equipped and the staff members at the resort were fantastic! Comfortable Home Away From Home!We booked our vacation stay through Florida Premier Rentals and were well looked after! We had a great time in Orlando and the house was very comfortable for us. We had two families staying and we all had plenty of space. It is in a gated community and quite central to all the parks and restaurants. We felt safe and it was very quiet at night! Communication with Katie and Yvonne was awesome, they answered all of our questions very quickly throughout the whole process and when we had a little issue with the pool not being heated, they were on it and it was resolved quickly. :) I would definitely book another stay through Florida Premier Rentals. Great place we rented from Florida Premier Rentals, super spacious for the family. Who wouldnt love 8 bedrooms upstairs? Loved the kitchen setup. A tad further away than I thought from Universal, but overall still great.

We loved the home we rented from Florida Premier Rentals.This property was everything that I read online and more. It really looked, smelled and felt like we were the very first people to occupy the home. We had a party of 9 (7 adults and 2 children) and the house was more than comfortable .... there was even room enough to accommodate more - if needed. Everything was clean and ready to use. There was adequate dishes, pots and pans, and utensils to use. The check in process was easy breezy, and getting in and out of the property was not a hassle at all.I would highly recommend this property, to anyone whos looking for a great location for a family trip to Disney OR just to hangout in the Kissimee / Orlando area.

A great, spacious place for large groups; plenty of space to eat and hang out together. Large bedrooms with many private baths so space for private time as well. Convenient location with only 10 minute drive to the Disney parks. Owners need to better communicate main gate entrance vs house location especially for check-in. A grill would also be a positive change.

Florida Premier Rentals was AMAZING to rent from! We had our entire family in a beautiful, clean home. Great location in Orlando, not too far from the park, but far enough that it wasnt too busy. Great access to stores, great amenities, great services available for us to use. We will definitely book with them again!

We recently rented a condo in Orlando and were thrilled with our choice. Florida Premier Rentals was excellent to work with. The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything you could possibly need!

Over $4,500 lost on this rental. I am sure the property is amazing. Unfortunately, due to COVID, my business travel group was unable to utilize the rental property and Florida Premier Rentals would not refund or credit us the $4,500. Not one dollar of it. Horrible business policy and failure to do the right thing during a pandemic.Update, with my response to Florida Premier reply:Please get your facts straight. On May 28th I asked you if the July booking could be moved to a future date. Your reply, No, everything is back to normal and cancellation policy applies. I understand the policy but any business that fails to do the right thing during COVID is a business that consumers should be warned about. I would also add that your statement that things are back to normal is very inaccurate. Bottom line, you kept 100% of the $4,500 for a rental that went unused. You clearly run your business on policies. Some type of flexibility (future booking or partial credit) would have been the right thing to do.

Great rental. Advertising is as described and more. Florida Premier Rentals had ample space for large families and close to Disney. Private and public pool are excellent. Management is very responsive.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The property manager refuses to give me the owners contact information to discuss a possible refund due to not being able to travel due to Covid-19. My family lives all around the US and we don’t want to risk infection. When I asked for a refund for a stay they told us they are unable to refund. And offered us to change the dates to any date within a year. Which normally wouldn’t be a problem but our family has different plans next summer and won’t be able to make it back to Florida next year. Now they refuse to offer us a refund even though it’s completely out of our hands. Of course we would love to still be able to go but we have adults over 50, immune compromised, and babies attending our stay that can’t risk getting the disease. So now we are out $6,500 and no family vacation to show for it. We had a vacation booked in April in California through a different company and they were more than reasonable to refund us since the situation was out of anyone’s control. We only wish this company would be more understanding as we were really looking forward to staying at their property.

I had the pleasure last year of staying at one of Florida Premier Rentals houses, this house was located in the Paradise Palms resort. I cannot say enough good things, not only about the house but also the customer service provided by Florida Premier Rentals. The house was immaculate, it was clean and comfortable and made my family vacation feel like we were at home. The customer service team was responsive and able to help me secure a high chair and pack and play for our stay (and they were set up and ready to use in the property upon our arrival).The private pool at the house was a huge plus, seeing as we had little ones who wanted to be swimming the second they woke up. You can tell Florida Premier Rentals take great pride in their homes, as you can tell it was well maintained, clean and in working order.My family also landed into Florida a little earlier than expected and again the staff were amazing and accommodating. They allowed us to use the resort facilities (pool and playground) while the house was being checked to make sure it was perfect.I cannot wait for my families next vacation to Florida, because I am sure that they next home we choose with them will be just as amazing.

...Tinkerbells was the perfect place to spend a family vacation. When we arrived we were amazed at how beautifully furnished and well maintained the house was. It really is as beautiful as the pictures. The location of the home is very convenient to the Disney parks and other local attractions. Most days we spent the morning at Disney, the afternoon at home in the pool, and then returned to Disney in the evenings. Having small children, this worked really well. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

I explained what I was looking for and my price point and this is the response I received.We can’t help I’m sorry, our homes are not ‘cost effective’ they are value for moneySo if you are looking for some friendly people that are willing to help you find one of their properties that might fit in your budget.. I would recommend going elsewhere. I have full copy of my interaction with this Company if anyone would like more information on why to go elsewhere. There are literally thousands of houses in Orlando so do yourself a favor and go with another Company.

The Reminiscence was AWESOME.. It was very clean and close to everything. It was so nice to come home from the parks and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. Wow! From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we had an absolutely fabulous stay. The Etiquette was beautifully furnished and way more than enough space for our family of 6. This was our first experience using a rental home rather than a hotel and Im not sure well ever do anything different. The proximity to Disney was great. It allowed us to make trips back and forth for naps and pool time without it being an inconvenience. We were able to grill and eat out by the pool as well which was such a great change from dining out the whole week. Karen and her staff made it easy for us get everything set up and our children loved the game room! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to spread out after some long days at the parks. Next time we come to Orlando well be sure to check the dates on this home first.

Our girls marathon weekend in Orlando was fabulous! We stayed at a Florida Premier Rental property listed on VRBO at the gorgeous Encore Resort in Kissimmee. Hi Seems as if every week since I rented the property I have asked something of you and you responded immediately. Well this time I just want to say thank you for making our Disney experience a vacation that will live in my memory for years to come. The house you recommended Moanas was great and was everything you said it would be. We enjoyed the privacy in the pool area and hearing the tree frogs in the evening while sitting on the lanai was very calming to the nerves. From the time we walked in the house, we all felt relaxed, comfortable and at home. My son bill was so excited to see the PlayStation in the game room and yes, it does have games. We knew where he was when he was not in bed or in the pool. Our other children were just as excited about the pool, hot tub, a TV in all the bedrooms and a space to call their own. The kitchen was so well equipped with all the appliances you could possibly need. I appreciated the books on how to use the appliances and the directions to various stores etc. You and your staff left nothing to wonder about. If any question arose, we went to our bibles and found the answers. The idea of no key entry worked great, we did not have to worry about who had the key.... or where someone put it. The Olive Tree Amazing Vacation Home!!!We rented this house 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, for 2 families while attending a Volleyball tournament at Orange County Convention Center for several days. This house has a great location 30-45 minutes to the Convention Center depending on traffic and 15-20 minutes to Disney.The house was spotless and very nicely decorated and came with everything you could want. It offered plenty of space for everyone.It was much better than the pictures on the website, sometimes you can’t quite trust what you are seeing on websites, we were all very astounded when we saw the house and had such a great experience.The new community center in Storey Lake opened in June 2017, and it was such an added bonus, with its lazy river, water slides, mini golf, the biggest Jacuzzi I have ever seen, Restaurant and Tiki bar were very affordable, we all had a great time here, our teenagers loved it.I highly recommend Florida Premier Rentals for any rentals needs you have. I can honestly say that my family and I truly enjoyed staying at property Calabay Villa.This was my first time vacationing at a house because I was so afraid of scams and I live 17 hours away in New York.To whom Ever is looking to rent a property by all means do so! Everything you need is there and my kids loved the pool so much that they wanted to leave Universal Studios n get in the pool cause they were tired of walking lol! All the stores are so close by n Disney seemed only 20 mins away for me.Thanks a bunch and I will be back!

I had a similar experience. The property I wanted was listed as available for my dates but she emailed that it was not and offered another property. That property did not have the common area improvements completed. Then she said they would be. The price was different on each of about six emails that I received. The deposit amounts were wrong. This all made me suspicious enough to forgo making a reservation.

Literally just left. The customer service was fantastic. There was a delay in receiving the address & codes to enter the property (ensure you call ahead of time to confirm they have all they need to receive the address and gate code). When we arrived the code for the gate was inaccurate. I called, received the new code within 2 mins. The property is beautiful! I was disappointed with housekeeping. There was hair in majority of the bathrooms, hair on bedding, and sofa (to be expected due to blow drying). Some remotes needed batteries, a shower rod had come down, and a few blinds were not up. I spoke with Yvonne, maintenance immediately came out and addressed the issues. Housekeeping never came, so we just washed our own sheets, and cleaned up the hair. I feel like there should be an Audit on cleaning services, they could have Vaccum the hair up. I also think the carpet should be shampooed between each tenant, the living room carpet wasnt that clean. We could not find the Club House, I called and I was told its big I cant miss it. On the last day we discovered there was a Map we found it in the kitchen draw. It would have been more helpful to have us reference the Map for directions. The kids had a Blast the pool and game room was fantastic, the vicinity of stores is awesome. There was a grill, pool tables, bikes, just awesome. They have EVERYTHING you need. Expect to replinish your own paper towels and toilet tissue. Secure your own food and laundry detergent. I also notice the covers over the mattress to protect from bed bugs. Ms. Karen and Yvonne was awesome. Well definitely be returning!

We stayed at Tinkerbells and booked through Florida Premier Rentals and I have to saythis house was AWESOME.. It was very clean and close to everything. It was so nice to come home from the parks and enjoy the pool/Jacuzzi. This house is very kid friendly and has the perfect layout for two families. My family and I would definitely stay here again in the future, and the girls at FPR were so easy to deal with. They will be our go to agent when we return in the future.

Hurricane Irma preventing us from getting into Florida for our stay in Orlando with Florida Premier Rentals. We asked for a refund since we can even fly in... they said no can do, you agreed with the terms... no refund. They offered an alternate date to rent, but they were all terrible dates, when nobody rents. Even prepaid hotels and airline tickets were refunded on this trip, but not these money grubbers. They did not even refund the cleaning fees even though we never stayed there. STAY AWAY!

We just spent one of our best family vacations at a Florida Premier Rentals villas. I must say from the moment we walked through the front door we felt instantly at home! The layout of the house provided us a great opportunity to relax together in the family room, play pool or table football in the game room or just relax by the pool! The kitchen was well stock with all items needed and we loved the fact with 4 bathrooms no one ever needed to wait for a shower! As the driver for the week the location of your Villa is perfect for short drives to restaurants, grocery store and ALL amusement parks: (20 minutes to Animal Kingdom-25 minutes to Hollywood-Epcot or Magic Kingdom and about 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal). We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others!!! FPR were great to deal with, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an upmarket villa in the orlando area

If you are looking for an ideal accommodation for a large family visiting Orlando’s theme parks you should consider “The Address” in the Championsgate resort development. The house was everything we hoped for… it was well located, clean and new, well furnished with quality comfortable furnishings in all rooms, a fantastic game room sure to please all ages, a great theatre room, a nice washer and dryer, a heated pool / hot tub and a well furnished kitchen, should you feel the need to cook. Our multi generational family of 9 felt comfortable with plenty of private space as well as space to accommodate the whole family. Grocery store and restaurants are located nearby, as well as a clubhouse with food and large waterpark type pool just blocks away. Check in and Check out was easy and stress free. Karen at Florida Premier Rentals was easy to work with and delivered what was promised. The Doerr Family greatly enjoyed our Orlando vacation and the house was a large part of it!

We rented a large home in Kissimmee, FL. The house was very nice and spacious. There were a few things I was not satisfied with. There were very few towels and bedding in the house. Most of the beds had a fitted sheet on them, but no top sheet? We were constantly washing towels due to a shortage of towels. There were no rugs next to the showers (to prevent slipping when stepping out of the shower). The bathroom shower upstairs, in between one of the master bedrooms and the Mickey Mouse room, would not drain. The tub would fill up with water when the shower was being used. Therefore we had to clean the tub each time we used it. I also wasnt aware until we were there and I had called the office, that they only supply one roll of toilet paper per bathroom? Absurd. I have never rented a home through VRBO or Airbnb where this has been the case. I understand furnishing our own food and other bathroom supplies, but toilet paper? We had to spend extra money to buy toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags to go in the garbage cans. There also were not enough garbage cans in the house.I always leave a fair review for places I rent, and restaurants. Sadly my review would be a 2 star on this property and the rental company.

In addition to requesting another $350 over the agreed upon deposit, the owner also overcharged me $550. She booked my reservations for the previous year. She recorded the final payment due date inaccurately. Once I questioned her about a refund, she canceled my reservations and THEN emailed me, after she canceled, stating that she canceled my reservation and my money was non-refundable. Karen stopped replying to my messages. I am glad I purchased trip protection.

I use Home Away about two times a year and have never encountered such a disgusting experience before. First I booked the property and all was well, then the owner contacts me that they forgot to add a fee and i’d have to pay the fee or cancel the reservation. I decided to cancel the reservation so I cound check on other properties. Then the next day I rebooked because it was still the least expensive place for the ammenities that it offered. All seemed well until I arrived in florida and DROVE TO THE INCORRECT ADDRESS THAT WAS PROVIDED FOR ME. I ended up at a random location where a hotel was. I tried to call the office number so many times I lost count. They have an emergency number, but no one answered that one either. After spending three hours in my car calling with no success, I decided to just book a room at another hotel for the night. In the morning the office called me and apologized for the incorrect address and said that they forgot to send me the introduction email that had the correct address and checkin information. They were nice enough to refund my hotel stay. All again seemed well for the moment. The actual place was nice, but ill never get this experience out of my head. Once we checked out and arrived home I noticed that they had never given me back my refund for my first booking. I called them and they said no problem we will go ahead and correct the mistake. So I waited again for them to refund me my money. They never did so then I filed a dispute with my credit card. They called me after the dispute to ask me what the problem was. I told them again that they had not refunded my initial booking and they said yes we see that and we will go ahead and correct it. Although what they actually did was pull a documentation switch and show the documentation of my second booking and stay to my credit card company proving that I had stayed there. In the end they never refunded me my $679 and didn’t care at all that they made mistake after mistake. I would never rent from Premier Rentals!!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We booked a stay with this company and our plans changed. They would not consider refunding our deposit or even issuing a credit for a different stay. Poor business ethics.

I was searching for a rental home for the Thanksgiving holidays. I found the perfect property. I sent an email to indicate my interest in the home. I received an email from Karen Collison, Senior Partner, who informed me that unfortunately the home was not available for the dates that I had requested. But, there was a comparable unit that was available, for twice the amount of money! If the property was not available for the dates that I requested, why didnt I receive an error message when indicating my interest? I emailed her that this was false advertising. She replied that I didnt read the email properly...excuse me? Why bother to advertise a unit that you have no intention of renting. Extremely unacceptable. The company and/or Ms. Collison as a representative did not deserve any stars. But I had to give the review at least one in order to post the review.

Four of us from our company were attending Microsoft Ignite at the OCCC. We werent thrilled about the hotel options that lacked the option of having a large common area for collaboration before and after the event each day. This Florida Premier Rentals home has a huge dining room/table, and lots of bar stools at the kitchen counter. Liked having a pool to soak our feet after a long day of walking around the massive OCCC.This home is newly built, luxury accommodations. The only downside of it being so new is that its not even on the Lyft/Uber GPS/maps yet so you have to call the drivers to explain how to get here.Also, absolutely LOVE how quiet it is in that neighborhood. A huge plus for me for sleeping well. The beds were also comfortable, though mine oddly had only sheets with no blanket in the room. Turned out to not be an issue as I didnt end up needing one.Minor quibble is the 10am checkout time. However, I believe you may be able to arrange ahead for slightly later time (11am perhaps).Highly recommend this home.

We had very good luck with Florida Premier Rentals. Rented a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome and it was just as represented and very reasonable. Dont understand the negative comments.

We booked Poohs rental home online after reviewing about 100 other Orlando properties on VRBO. Our criteria for the perfect rental home were: Availability in late February, 2017; 5 bedrooms; big screen TVs; 2 kids rooms included, a large game room; a fully-equipped kitchen; a large screened pool with a large veranda; close to shopping, stores, and Kissimmee; privacy; close to Disneyworld, downtown Orlando and the international airport; and finally, easy access to I-4 East and West.This beautiful home met all of our criteria and then some. The home was fully stocked with supplies and guest amenities. The pool area was something special. There was a private nature preserve behind the pool that ensured privacy and a view of nature (I saw a beautiful hawk resting nearby). The home was clean and the kitchen was spacious & wide-open. The flat screened TVs kept the kids busy while at home. We will visit again soon and this will be our 2nd home.

My brother, sister, and I wanted to find a place where we could celebrate our Mother’s 74th birthday and our parents 50th wedding anniversary. We had 14 family members to accommodate and we wanted to be where we could enjoy each others company in one place. Hotels and suites were considered, but did not offer a good common area to get together with just family members. Besides, we would have needed 4 rooms and then would have to purchase breakfast, lunch, and dinner from restaurants. When I added up the cost of hotel room rentals and the price to eat out (maybe with the exception of a hotel continental breakfast), the cost would have been over $2,500 for 3 nights and food. And thats a low-budget hotel. Instead, I began to look for vacation home rentals. I compared all available and decided to rent from Premier Rentals. We made the right choice! We spent approximately $1600.00; rental price and all of our food included.We rented The Chevrolet. It was the perfect rental to accommodate all of us in one location. 5 of the 14 family members were children. The game room, pool and jacuzzi in the home was a major attraction. Along with the resort lazy river and arcade center, that was all we needed to keep them entertained. They never asked about going to any theme parks! We cooked our favorite foods utilizing the quality cookware provided by Premier Rentals. T.V.s in every room. And a 60 inch T.V. in the family room allowed us to have a family movie and pizza night! The atmosphere felt like home!We will be back soon. As a matter of fact, I need to make arrangements for Thanksgiving. My wife want us to go back again. Weve found our home away from home. So please continue to provide top shelf rentals reasonably priced!

My family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) recently rented Moanas 6B4751CP 44779 located at 153 Minnehaha Circle in Haines City for our Walt Disney World vacation. The house more than comfortably slept our group of 10 (in fact, we had a king bed to spare!). The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exceeded all of our expectations. Our 4 little girls adored the Moana and Frozen themed bedrooms. As a 30 year old from the Harry Potter generation, I even enjoyed the Harry Potter room! The girls loved the pool and I particularly enjoyed the safety net that surrounded it to give us peace of mind that no one would fall in without us realizing. Not to mention the hot tub . . . who would have thought that in this Florida heat we would love the hot tub so much, but we sure did! The girls loved the little movie theater upstairs and watched a couple of movies up there during post-park rest time. It was all great.All of us mentioned that we were so happy to have chosen staying at this house over the Disney resorts. We were able to spend more time relaxing and enjoying one another’s company, had a pool to ourselves, and were able to stay all in one location. We all agreed that if we were to do the trip all over again, we would undoubtedly rent the same house.Thank you again for giving us a great place to stay for a reasonable price. It was everything we’d hoped it would be, and more!

Extremely rude emails when you can actually get them to answer. Shocking for a company that is sales based. If you are renting through VRBO chances are they have already booked the property but leave the listing up so they can send you emails of their other properties they dont put on VRBO. Spend your money elsewhere.

Dirty, filthy, business owners and operators.Sold me a heated pool on site. When I arrived pool still had the hose in it from being filled. Pump was broken and the water was not treated.Karen refused to move us to a different unit. Then she lied to my bank when I reversed the transaction after she refused to refund remainder days after I exit.Owner refused to refund the broken agreement.These properties are not safe for children.

Terrible. Don’t use this company. They hire crappy management companies and then hide behind their incompetence. There is no excuse. I would not trust any property rented through this company.

THE PERFECT HOUSE FOR LARGE FAMILY COEXISTENCE, VERY PRETTY, COMFORTABLE AND WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO HAVE A VERY GOOD TIME. VERY RECOMMENDED.
