The wait time at the gate was aweful.

Very close to Disney World. The house we rented is maintained well. They provide only minimal items. The grounds are well maintained. Overall felt like it was well worth the money.

Its nice and quiet place and its cean and not a dirty place and its a shady place too

I was very unpleased with the quality of our rental home (8532 Palm Harbour Dr.). The bedrooms were not clean nor the stained and odor linen. It was so bad that the first thing we did was wash all the linen on the first day. The pool had so much dirt on the walls of it that it was uncomfortable to swim in. I was told that the owner lives overseas and hired a company to keep the house up. I do want the owner to know that the hired crew are doing a terrible job with their home. They had no good batteries in the remote controls so we had to get up to turn the TV in the main room. The air condition in the movie room stayed on the whole time and it never got cool. We only had internet for 2 days out of the week of staying. We had to call the maintenance service to give us those two days. I do understand safety, but I thought it was ridiculous how you had to mash a button every time you go in and come out of the pool. I think its a great thing to at least keep a box of trash bags, tissue and paper towels for your customers. We had to go and purchase them all. What really got me upset is when they called us after we left to tell us about makeup being found in the towel that they made no effort to wash. The makeup was a BareMinerals brand that comes out very easily. We then had to turn around and purchase new towels to replace and thats when we found out that they didnt attempt to clean them first and they only requested them was because of having another family come in a few hours after us. My family has been coming there for the last 4 years, using different homes and this was by far the worst.

Good price for a whole house and if something broking or not working they will send someone to quickly

A bit pricey, but overall decent experience.

Its OK... During this time of the year, December, its over crowded... Staff is friendly, amenities small for the size of the complex
