We stayed at 8962 California Palm Rd in Kissimmee, FL for a week and if Im being honest it was one of the worst homes we have ever stayed in while visiting Disney. We vacation in the Disney area every 2 years for the past 10 years and have never had a bad experience with any home until now. It all began when we attempted to check in with security, only to be told that they had no record of anyone staying at the address we provided. After about 20 minutes and a few phone calls to Master Vacation Homes we were able to check in. Our home had several issues...The ice machine did not work (so we went and bought a bag for the week), the refrigerator and dish washer both leaked water, the home had no wash clothes (so we went and bought some for the week), the front outside light did not work so you could not see at night, the tv in the main bedroom upstairs did not work, one of the barstools had a metal rod hanging from the bottom of it and my 8 year old son cut his foot on it, the dryer made a very loud obnoxious noise while running so you could not run it at night, there were cockroaches and other bugs throughout the house, our private pool could not be locked from the outside so any and every stranger walking around could enter anytime they wanted. This was supposed to be a gated community but at night time we did not feel safe at all. One morning at 8:45AM I went to the marketplace located in the lobby where there was a female who appeared to be on something screaming at myself, employees, and security. I recorded her for all of our protection as she got within inches of all of us at different times, saying we were going to die her and her husband were going to kill us and that she was sent by satan. Luckily I did not have my children with me and there were no other children that had to witness this. The police had to be called where she was ultimately arrested and taken away. She was not supposed to be on the property but as I said, any and every stranger could walk freely through the community. I do not recommend this home nor do I recommend Paradise Palms Resort.

I am currently here until August 2nd. When arriving I noticed the walls are dirty, wall paper was ripped & covered with a chair. The refrigerator had an error code (would not stay cold or freeze) water was leaking from ice area. I called for assistance they came fixed the Error code & said the refrigerator needs a filter & that I should call everyday to see if it’s available, today is day 4 still not filtered. The pool area is not able to be used at night for my children because the light in the pool does not work I called for service he fixed the lights around said he would be right back to fix the light inside he never returned. I called this morning about the pool light the representative told me he put in photos stating he fixed everything and the proceeded to say this is not affecting my stay & not sure if some one would be out today because the worker says at 2:15 he fixed it. I lost it by the end of the conversation the representative says someone would be out today to fix this problem. The patio furniture is old rusty & molded ants crawling all over it I had to spray it down with things I bought from Walmart also the pots where not clean just put in dish washer. I will never be staying here. I will stick to “MYSTIC DUNES” I never had an issue staying there no matter the location.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of six! We had such a great time. The kitchen is perfect! The location to Disney and universal can’t be beat and it’s close to lots of shopping as well. There’s one pool right outside our room so the kids could swim anytime they wanted. They say the pool closes at 10 but that was never enforced. The resort style pool was about a 2 minute drive from our room. Possibly walkable but there was construction in the way you would walk. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This house is everything!!!! Every room had its own private full bathroom. The house was very spacious. My kids really enjoyed the game room. The only issue we had were the 4 built in arcades were not working but I called and they had a technician come out the next morning and it was fixed right away. The theater room was awesome. It’s also has a room connected to it with a full bath with a mini fridge so we didn’t have to go downstairs. My boys lived the Star Trek room and my baby girl loved the Mickey Mouse room. The master bedroom was huge and the bed was sooooo comfortable. The pool and hot tub was just what we needed. Overall this house was perfect for us. I think we’ve found our new air bnb!!!!!

We had a great family get together. The location is great being close to the Disney theme parks and amenities were good. Five bedrooms, swimming pool and nicely kept house.I wish they could have kept the checkin times earlier than 4 pm.

We stayed in a 5 bedroom 3 bath in Sunset Villa for our boys 10th birthday. We spent 4 days there going back and forth between Disney parks and the house was so convenient and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the whole family 10 people with room to spare. We had the pool heated, it does take some time to heat up but it was totally worth it. We paid to have the pool to start being heated the day before we got there....also worth it. Lauren with Master was awesome! She rocks, responds to messages super fast and is very accommodating. The only thing was that the house is in need of a fresh coat of paint other then that a very comfortable stay. I will be using Lauren and Master Vacation Rentals again!!!!!😁😁😁👍👍👍

This place was super clean. The layout is awesome for a small or bigger family! The decor is stylish and has touches appropriate for kids (mine loved the Disney theme). The pictures are very accurate. The gated community was a big plus for us.

Avoid Master Vacation Homes at all cost. We stayed at their place in West Lucaya and were very very disappointed as soon as we walked in the door. Bed sheets were all dirty, so we had to wash them ourselves. The main bedroom and bathroom smelled heavily of marijuana and the smell was so strong that we could not use that room. Pictures on Airbnb are old and do not reflect the current poor condition of the home. It was very dirty and had stains all over the walls. Any reasonable person would have refunded a portion of the $1,600 we spent for 4 nights in this terrible place, but not Master. They will not refund a single dime. Stay away from them to avoid a potential nightmare vacation like we had.

STAY AWAY - DO NOT STAY HERE - DO NOT GIVE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FARCE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!We recently stayed at 8979 Bismarck Palm Road, Kissimmee, FL 34747. We had a package delivered to this address, and the HOA indicated it costs $10 to retrieve the package.The policy book from Master Vacation Homes indicates the policy is that the package can be picked up at no cost for up to ten days.However, the HOA stated that this is not accurate, nor has that ever been the policy here. They stated that ANY package delivered to the clubhouse costs $10 to retrieve, regardless of when it arrived.The property management representative would not concede that their documentation was incorrect. They would not concede that they are responsible for the documentation in their unit. They would not entertain refunding/crediting the $10.When we asked to speak with a supervisor for an alternate recourse, we were lied to about manager not present, on vacation, and otherwise discounted our request to seek an alternate representative to further our dialogue. The representative was rude and confrontational, and obviously didnt want us to speak to anyone further about how she had dealt with our situation thus far.Separately, and we werent even going to go down this road, but:1. There are 5 towels in the entire property - for 9 people2. Two of the bar chairs are falling apart and unsafe to sit on.3. The kitchen faucet stem is almost falling off the sink.4. First floor shower door doesnt open/close.Im certain well find more, just like every other review I have since read about Master Vacation Homes property management after dealing with this issue. I will be interested to see where this goes, if anywhere. Some companies do the right thing when they find they, or one of their representatives are in the wrong. Others do not, because that is just how they operate their business.Ultimately, it seems this is just another poorly run, half-hearted property management organization that is poorly managed, in it to make a quick dollar, and with absolutely no clue what customer service, honesty, or integrity even mean.

Great property. Pool was wonderful and kids had a great time at the water park area on days off from Disney. Beautifully furnished, very clean and close to all things Disney. The water park was amazing and we spent an entire day there alone. Would definitely book there again.

I thought I would enjoy my stay here at this home, but I did not. I paid for early check in, and I thought that meant the home was ready. Well after my children had already been in the pool a random man walks up and says he has to put chlorine in the pool. I texted the company and asked if this is normal and they said yes. I already did not like this because this should’ve already been done if I paid for early check in !We let him in and he pour two containers of something in the pool. He tells my husband that the children can get back in after an hour. The hour passed and the children were allowed back in. My daughter got out with chemical burns on her face! Other children had irritated skin, and my husband and nieces swim suit changed colors as if they sat in bleach! I am infuriated! I ended up communicating this with this company and all it got was sorry but...1. There should never be a BUT!2. My daughters face is possibly PERMANENTLY DAMANGED. (Confirmed by a doctor)3. They did not seem to care.I refuse to believe that this is ok and I am working on further handling this, since this company choose to decline a refund through air bnb. That was the LEAST you all could have done! This turned my trip upside down as well as my child’s!You all should do better!

The house was nice and clean and comfortable. Convenient to everything. The clubhouse was within walking distance and 2 really nice and clean pools.

WOW. Reading the other reviews, I can see I’m not the only Airbnb guest who had their reservation canceled with short notice. My family’s trip to Disney is NEXT MONTH. Imagine the extra cost of finding a new place within such a short time frame. The explanation this company gave for canceling was that the home sold and the new owner would be living in it.Now if this were actually true, cool. No issue. But here’s what I found:- According to Osceola County property records, the home we booked last sold Dec 2020- This company RELISTED THE SAME HOME under a NEW listing and the week we initially booked was marked as AVAILABLE.- In order for me to rebook the new listing on the same dates, I’d have to pay $600+ per night, up about $400/night from our original booking- There were FUTURE bookings on the new listing as wellI called Airbnb and they confirmed that this company had created a new listing for the same address.I really wish people would just be honest in business. It’s exhausting.Master Vacation Homes, PLEASE reply to my review and tell me you handled this ethically.

Not sure how this company even has 3.x stars. Absolutely awful! They ruined our familys trip last minute, said it was AirBNBs fault because someone else booked the house first. If you know Air BNB, you know the listing would not have allowed my sister to book if the house was already booked. They will cancel your reservation for personal gain/greed! They will have another party message them and offer more $ or a longer stay. They will cancel your 4 night stay if someone else offers to book for 6 nights. (Basically- if you do decide to book, just know that your reservation will be hanging on by a thread, and hope no one comes along & offers more, MASTER does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY!!!) There are NO OTHER OPTIONS available for our family to book at this short notice. These people are very rude as well, very condescending, and have no remorse for the children whose vacation they just ruined.

My family and I had an awesome time. Masters property was able to help fulfill our Christmas vacation 2020. Everything was like the pictures and more. Another property owner through VRBO cancelled on my family and I a day before we were set to leave. Checked out Air Bnb and masters offered their place. I will be booking through them again

This place is trash. Not at all what they advertise. Dirty, different furniture than in the pictures, found a cigar in a childs bedroo, Found a bedbug there, who knows what I did see . . STAY AWAY. Booked through airbnb and their customer service was trash!

Avoid this company! They canceled my trip 2 hour before the check-in. I was already on my way with my family and they just decided to cancel. They refused to offer another house with the same pool size. My family was very worried when this happened. We didnt have a place to stay. Avoid this company. They are amateurs.

Stayed with some friends and the house we had a leak. They came and fixed it quick. Today is Sunday and now there are two leaks in the kitchen. So the potential for future mold if not taken care of can escalate to worst for other renters. #neveragain

Just recently stayed here with my family from 06/27/19-07/01/19 and I have to say that we are all very disappointed with the quality of the house that we stayed at(2853 Blooming Alamanda Loop) My family and I have stayed at vacation homes in florida many times and this one was the absolute worst. The beds were hard, one of the twin beds were broken, only one stove top worked, one of the fans in the bedroom made a horrible noise, and the pool was Disgusting! My aunt who coordinated the vacation reached out multiple times and never received a response while we were there. Upon return we requested a partial refund and we were only granted $150 of a $1400 grand total. We are extremely displeased.

Care More!I resided at 1568 Palm Circle from July 19th- July 22nd, 2020. I sent an email query of numerous issues with the rental. The main issues were the soiled comforters, soiled carpets, scuffed walls, and disgusting clogged drains. All of these are items I either washed or cleaned because these are issues I wouldnt withstand at home.Although, the rental is in pretty good shape I shouldn’t have been on vacation doing extra chores of cleaning and washing. The amount spent on an Airbnb rental is not like paying for an hotel.... way more dollars were spent. This was during the time of a deadly pandemic, and Masters Vacation Homes didnt pursue these issues as a concern to them or offer any compensation.

The houses are beautiful but u spend half the time cleaning it.So u can get your deposit back. maybe next time i will have to hired a cleaning service..

First time starting in this house but 3rd time staying in an Airbnb hosted by Masters. Let me tell you that IT MATTERS what company is hosting you. We made the mistake of staying in an Airbnb in Paradise Palms that was not hosted by Masters and it was awful. Anyway, the house is AMAZING. The Star Wars bedroom is stunning, and they had a ps4 with games and 2 VRs in there too! Even the beds headboards light up. My boys LOVED it. There was also an extra mattress in the closet. The Mickey/Minnie room is super cute too, my daughter loved it. There was a trundle under one of the beds too. The master bedroom is even decorated with kissing Mickey/minnie pillows and matching comforter. SO cute. All TVs have a roku. Whole house is decorated so nicely and very clean. Plenty of towels and extra blankets/pillows. Washer/ dryer for use, but youll need to supply your own detergent, of course. The ONLY thing we noticed was that there were not any big mixing bowls or spatulas, but not the biggest deal. Location is towards the back of paradise palms and was very quiet. 20 minutes from Disney. They also had a high chair, gates, strollers and a pack n play in the closets. LOVED this unit and would love to stay again

They are very rude, offer NO RESOLUTIONS for the RUINED FAMILY VACATIONS they destroy. Save your family frustration, heart ache, etc. and just book another AirBNB with a professional company who cares.

This is a wonderful company. We had a small issue with the AC and they fixed it in such a timely manner, in the middle of the night none the less! The home was clean, spacious and they even left a small welcome kit to help us get started on stuff! The pool was wonderful! I would recommend this company to anyone!

My sister had a get together for me in the middle so that way we could be together with our children for my birthday. Let me start off by saying the place looked beautiful. However, it ended up to be a nightmare. They charge for every additional thing. We had to pay extra to use the grill that had a battery as the ignition and you had to use a lighter to get started. The propane was empty and we had to go fill it ourselves. They advised if we supplied them with a receipt they would reimburse us, but my son-in-law did not think to get a receipt. We asked for the pool to be heated but turned off the next day. They left the heating on and the kids couldn’t even help in the next day because it was like a sauna. It took several phone calls and hours to get someone to come shut off the heat. The refrigerator also went on us not even 24 hours later. We ended up having to throw all the food away and spending more money to buy cooked food. EVERYTHING WENT BAD...The only thing they offered was to try and refund us $50 of the $200 we spent on food. If you take off the sheets and the pillowcases there is stains on the pillows. I have attached a few pics of he food that went bad, so you could see the amount of money, time and effort that was put into this weekend.

This house is amazing! No issues whatsoever. I was a little skeptical when I booked the pictures didn’t see real, but the house is even better than the pictures!!! Very modern with expensive features.

We had a wonderful stay!The house is large, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was good storage space in the bedrooms, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms worked well. Master Vacation Homes team was always ready to answer our questions. We had a great time at the place and would definitely stay there again.

We’ve called the “emergency” number several times. The sign here in the home states to leave a voicemail if there’s an emergency. The gag is, the voicemail isn’t set up. We were finally able to get Mike on the phone. We explained to him that the knob on the shower is stripped, resulting in the shower not being able to turn off. Mike stated that he would send someone, that was around 10am -ish. Here it is 1:26pm, and our shower is still running. Attempted to call number again and still no answer.

Best place I have ever stayed at! Masters made us feel so welcome! The home was immaculately clean, Host was super fast with responses and we had everything we needed and more!! Will definitely stay again and will refer all my friends and family. Thanks again Master Team!!

Shame in this company which only rents this specific home to careless and lawless guests, who threaten the neighbors who ask them to turn down the music at 2 am!!They tell my kids to go inside when they want to do a drug deal, making them scared to ginto the pool!This is not with just one guest, this is week after week! There is no one to talk to and is making my vacation a living hell!I would love to hear what management has to say about this?

We stayed in Orlando at a Master Vacation Homes managed property this past weekend, at Storey Lake. Four adults and 3 kids under the age of 4. While we dont expect any rental to be perfect, it often comes down to how the property manager handles issues. When we returned from Disney on our 2nd day, hurrying home mid-afternoon to put the kids down for their naps, the key pad to the door wouldnt let us in. It had worked fine the day before, but this time it wasnt working. I called Master Vacation Homes and they said someone would be out shortly, I asked for a call back when they knew an ETA. We sat on the driveway waiting, after 15 minutes and not receiving a call, I called back for an ETA. She said the person to help us is in the next neighborhood over and should be there in a few minutes. We waited another 20 min, no call and no one showed up. I called again, she said the same. Eventually someone showed up 65 minutes later. He replaced the battery in the key pad, but the issue sounded more like a faulty key pad as a key was stuck, preventing it from working. He said he would replace the key pad the next day. Anyhow, wish they had arrived in the few minutes or told us it would be an hour and we would have left the driveway with three overtired kids under

Guys this isn’t a joking matter, please stay away from this host!They have done absolutely nothing to mitigate a bed bug issue at there rental property via Airbnb, at this time of posting this review we are currently in middle of a shelter in place order. I notified them at 12 am when we found the first one knowing that they wouldn’t be able to do anything until the 8 am next I know I hear nothing from them and when I asked they said they will send a guy, which all he did was confirm that we DID in fact have bed bugs. As of now nothing has been done and I have not heard anything from them.Knowing that they have many listings they choose to not do anything and now we have no place to go and have to sleep outside. Left us with no clothing either.This is very unprofessional please do not interact or do buisness with this group. Find else where there are many options.

Literally the best spot to stay in Orlando the House was huge, five bedroom four bath it was amazing! The house was exceptionally clean ! The decor was amazing! Very private and very easy to figure out! Check out is a breeze! Will definitely go back!

Rodrigo and his crew came to my familys rescue when our first vacation home, not rented through his company, turned out to have a broken pool and no working AC in the house.At 6pm on a Saturday night they jumped into action and got a house ready for all eleven of us. The house was immaculately clean in under two hours and we were able to get our little ones in bed before 9pm.My entire family could not be more thankful for the quick response and last minute effort put forth by Rodrigo and his crew!

Absolutely disgusted with this company! We rented a house in Orlando, Florida for our trip to Disney World and had the worst experience. The house was disgusting and not what was pictured on AirBnb, we did not have access to a gym even though one was advertised, and when we called to get help they were extremely rude and condescending on the phone. Do not rent with them! There are so many other vacation rental companies out there. Do your research! Oh, and to top it all off, they lied to Airbnb in an attempt to get our account banned.... even after they wrote us a good review, we wrote an honest and true review back and then they retaliated by calling Airbnb and lied about an interaction we had with them on the phone to get us banned. Huge waste of time and money. Very unprofessional.

Our family went on vacation and stayed at one of vacation homes in Kissimmee, FL. This place was not represented very well in the photos. One of the beds were defective, three stove burners were out, the pool was ABSOLUTELY disgusting, several outlets were not working and in one of the bedrooms the fan made an awful noise that couldn’t be stopped. I texted and called the host and he never returned my calls or texts. I asked for a partial refund and the host only gave us $150.00 of the $1400.00 we paid to stay. We WILL NEVER use Master Vacation Homes again......WARNING: Do not stay at the 2853 Blooming Alamanda Loop location in Kissimmee Florida......the pictures on the website are deceiving(especially the pool). If I knew how to post pictures on here. I would post the pictures of the pool.

The home was very nice and well equipped; however, only the smallest of shampoo and soap samples, dishwasher detergent for only one load, and not enough toilet paper provided and a trip had to be made to purchase those items. Seemed weird to me to get the big things right but be dismissive of the little things.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked our house 18 months in advance for a week. We were having a big family reunion and all going to Disney. 2 days beforehand I sent an email asking how we get a Bbq and cost. Never heard back until the next day where all of a sudden I received a text saying our condo and reservation had been cancelled by the host which was master vacation homes. We reached out in a panic with no response, no explanation of why it was cancelled and no care in the world for the chaos it caused my family. We ended up finding a place that cost $900 more since it was booked 24 hours beforehand. We only heard back from master vacation homes after we posted a bad review for them. Even then they didnt offer us anything for the trouble they caused us except a credit to book with them again. We have a 2 1/2 yr old and a 7 month old so we rarely go on vacation at all. He offered to reimburse us the money we lost by having to book last minute and when we took him up on that he disappeared again and we havent heard from him since and its been 4 weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this company because they have no customer service skills whatsoever and clearly didnt care how stranded they left me and my family in a state 20 hours from home.
