Our family enjoyed a fabulous Christmas vacation at this home! Everything was clean and so comfortable. Disney parks were an easy drive and most were 10-15 minutes from the house. Grocery stores, pharmacies and many restaurants were conveniently located within a few minute drive. The lake is beautiful and the heated pool was just what we needed for chilly December evenings after a day in the theme parks! The owners are readily available if you need anything at all. They have put a lot of thought and care into what makes their guests comfortable! Cant wait to schedule another vacation at this lovely house! Thank you!

Our family cant think the owners enough for giving us one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had the home was immaculate when we arrived everything about it was perfect we fished in the lake out back and caught 410 fish total my father who is 88 years old had one of the best times of his life and it was worth every bit of it we will definitely come back here and would recommend this property although wed like to keep it for ourselves the owners were wonderful compassionate and gracious host since we didnt have any problems there was no reason to contact them but they checked it on us just to make sure everything was good I cant say enough about this trip thank you once again for memories that will last a lifetime

You cant go wrong renting this fabulous home nearest Disney World, it sits right on the water where you can enjoy the water fountain from swimming pool during your daily swim or at night time under the covered lanai. It is really less than 1 mile as a crow flies to Animal Kingdom and right across the street is a short walk to Margarita Village where weve taken in a movie with dinner, had a few drinks on other occasions plus wonderful restaurants. The owners/ hosts keep the house up to the finest standards every time we go there. For your next Disney / family vacation if this home is available make sure you book it.

The kids rooms are themed to match Disney parks helping keep the magic alive. Onsite laundry machines makes it easy to get laundry done and not bring stinky clothes home. The house is at most 15 minutes from the furthest park. You can get food from an abundance of places just a minute down the road. Great place to vacation year round.
