💥💥💥Alert if you park in the providence the community has an agreement with this towing company to tow your car even if the car is park in the driveway if you dont leave there to charge you 220 cash who has 220 cash at 1:05 am plus driver has very nasty attitud my cousin which just move to her house only been there 2 weeks and driver had a attitud with her and me too i will try to not visit this community plus i saw 2 cars park in the street on my way outside the community this people are just some thieves $220 dont even now there are company like this one still in business

Shady company it took them 1.5 hours to finally get my vehicle back from a place that was only 13 minutes away.I believe they take your car to a local parking lot near by to grab and gather all the vehicles they can before they finally bring it to the tow yard.They charge me $125. Dont wait on them to tell you to come just go to the place the Address is 4610 Old Tamp Hwy .

We rented an Airbnb in Kissimmee for the weekend. The first day we got here they towed our vehicle with no notice. We’ve called them and they said they basically can do whatever they want because they are under contract with the HOA of the neighborhood we are staying at. What they don’t understand is that it is illegal to tow a vehicle without proper notice in the State of Florida. They have supposedly been in business for 20 years but have yet to understand Florida Statute 715.07. It appears that H&H is in some type of illegal towing contract with the HOA, and possibly ACO vacations home to scam poor unexpected visitors. REPORT THEM!! We will be filing a police report and litigation if our vehicle is not returned.

This company h&h towing came on my property and removed my boat did not leave a tow sticker did not have any legal documents giving them permission to remove my boat I had spoken with the HOA homeowners association which they confirmed that they did not request for that boat to be removedI had went over my lease for my house and it does not State anywhere that I cannot have an RV boat or trailer parked in my driveway there are no signs to indicate in my area that I cannot have a boat RV or trailer in my parking they came in removed my boat did not leave a card on my door or any paperwork notifying me where my boat was if it wasnt for my next door neighbor to record them stealing my boat off my property I would not have their phone number to contact which one I did contact them they were shocked and surprised thats when they decided to call and report that they had told my boat but little did they know that I already had reported the boat stolen and when they ran all the information the police department did not have any verification or notification that the boat was told until after I confronted the towing company h&h towingfunny because after I confronted them and told them that they towed my boat in legally and that I will be pressing charges thats when they decided to cover themselves and report that they told my bone so in other words they had tried to steal my boat but little did they know thanks to my neighbor he recorded the whole entire thing thats how I contacted them and found my boat you know who I am I have my lawyers on the case I have physical proof that this boat was told in legally and I will not rest until your business is shut down for good I will own that company I swear on my children and my mother that you will not have any peace from me until you are officially shut down and all those tow trucks are in my driveway I will see you in court

Absolutely disgusting company. Please look at their yelp reviews which detail their history of abusive and illegal action as well as theft. This predatory company will do anything to make money and harm those around it and the driver I encountered and got video of told me in order for my boss to get her car back, I had to delete the video evidence I had of him and his son screaming at us. He then threatened me with pepper spray and admitted to my boss that he did so.

Called to have a car towed out of my parking space. No one available to take my call. Left a message and so far it has been over 2 hours without a call back.

Horrendous predatory ‘company’ that deserves to get sued for unreasonable fees. Greedy owner is a disgusting, trash and rude human being.
