My driver, Vidal, proves that there are still good people in this world! I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds on a pricey mechanic who would probably rip me off because Im female. Not only was Vidal amazingly respectful, within minutes he had fixed the mystery issue that had disabled my car. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, energetic, and just a down-right good person. Keep this guy around ARC Towing. Hes one of the good ones!

I work at magic kingdom and I came out of work at 1 in the morning and my car would not start so I had my husband come pick me up. Well I couldnt sleep thinking about my car so I got up early and drove back to parking lot to try a couple of things didnt work so I saw the closest tow truck place to disney world and went there the tow guys name was Jon he told me he was just waiting for another guy to come in and he would come tow my car. He was very nice to me seeing that I was freaking out . He got to my car so quick him coming getting my car and dropping it at my mechanic took a half hour which was such a blessing that I was able to get home to give my husband the car I was using so he could go to work. To pay for the new car repair thank you ARC Towing I will be recommending them and using them again

Horrible ripoff so called business! Rude employees no receipts very shady! Just wait and watch and then come right up when you arrive. No signs saying no parking or towing zone only accept cash of course. Very shady! iRS should check them out...obviously not paying taxes! BBB too! Watch where you park at Celebration...sharks!

They said they knew how to help me with my title and registration situation but were unwilling to help me because they didnt want to mistakenly share any trade secrets....

They do a great job of towing entitled people cars. If you want great customer service, go to Disney. Dont park illegally and you wont have to deal with this company, they arent in business to be nice to people who dont think parking rules dont apply to them.

I thought Arc towing was a good place and I thought that Robert caime was a good owner. I was fooled. on January 6th 2020 Monday I walk into work only for John the drivers manager to tell me I was no longer needed. I asked him why, no one let me know yesterday, January 5th 2020 Sunday when everyone was outside of the shop packing up.you guys knew this was going to happen and you let me come to work knowing that you were going to lay me off/fire me . after working with this company for over 2 years and to walk in and not have no idea you were being fired, laid off because the owner of the company decided to run to his fathers company to the ground for a meth head/ alcoholic named Tiffany Perkins.my issue with this company is I was loyal when the owner was not my issue is that he had this woman on payroll who did not work for the company but then had employees like myself who he just fired with no notice, no severance and I cant even collect unemployment because Robert caime SOLD Arc towing to AATR. I really dont think its fair that I had to work in a hostile environment with fighting, cussing, breaking glass, holes in the wall, police always there, Tiffany Perkins screaming yall going to get fired I bet you he going to choose me over yall well I guess she was right.What should I do???this situation has put me in a hardship and Im looking for help to see what can I do in this situation. please feel free to contact me. This was on of the most unprofessional phone calls and experiences I have ever had in my 26 years of life. I called and was told multiple different etas. A lady named Donna was very rude on the phone, she sounded bothered that I was calling because her driver didn’t show up after the supposed time. Also I over heard her speaking rudely to a customer while i was on the phone about credit card issues. I called for a tow at 7:04 and didn’t receive it until 10:46 if you have time to wast and don’t have a life this is your towing company. I wish there was a no star option but unfortunately you need to select a star to write a review !

Easily the most rude and disrespectful towing company I have every worked with. Lady was so disrespectful that she abruptly ended our conversation by hanging up on a customer without warning. ZERO customer service and ZERO professionalism.

I was driving on a dark road it curved and I ended up on the grass with my engine sitting in a big rock. I called Geico and in less than an hour (on Hallowen night) ARC Towing arrived. The driver worked very hard to free my car. He got me back on the road.

I had a great experience with ARC Towing. I was stranded on I4 with a flat tire and Michael came to the rescue! Thank you for the laughs and good conversation!

The #1 truck driver was EXTREMELY rude to me, complaining that my vaporizer stinked so that I had to take a 20 minute ride exposed to gas fumes that not only closed my air passages (Im asthmatic), but also got me high and gave me a massive migraine which could have triggered a seizure (I have epilepsy too). Then as I was standing outside flat against the wall to get air, he pushed past me going out FROM BEHIND ME and barked at me, MOVE! WATCH YOUR FEET! and stumbled over my feet DELIBERATELY. I was not in his way at all. He deliberately ran into me. I later witnessed him lighting up a cigarette in his truck as he drove away. Throughout this entire experience, I did not say even one word to this man, so there was absolutely nothing I could have done to have offended him. I was just riding with my boyfriend so that we could hopefully still make it to my MRI appointment. I cannot fathom how such a character even has a job at all when that is how he treats a woman by default. Shame on him, and shame on this company for employing him.

This business runs a very shady operation they are ripping consumers off left and right. They charge exorbitant fees to tow and house a vehicle. I wanted to retrieve items from a vehicle and they come out with an outrageous number of 450 dollars for a car that was only there a week, and then we cut a deal if the car is given to them we owe them 250 dollars. When we visit the establishment to complete our verbal deal they want to charge the entire amount even though we are signing the car over to them, and then they begin to drop the price. This is completely unethical business should never be done like this they only care about making money and not helping out the consumer this business should not even be allowed to operate they are definitely connected to other entities, so they are allowed to commit the thievery they are conducting. I would never recommend this business to anyone whatever the situation is.

The most rude and unprofessional people in business. Not only did they tell when my car was to arrive to my residence in the morning, but the lies or inconvenience of trying to get a status on when they would arrive. Also to get hung up on because Im concerned and informing them of there unprofessionalism. Here it is 4:46pm and my car was supposed to be here at 11am. I guess Im on their time... and had to get my Prior engagements rescheduled cause they arent on time.All they had to do was, make the customer aware of what was going on, that way the customer could be a little understanding with the situation.

I called for a tow at 1:30 . Car was supposed to be picked up at shop in 90 minutes and was actually picked up 2 hours after the pick up time at 5:00. The car was finally delivered to my house after I left for work. The car was supposed to be put in the driveway, locked and keys left under the mat. The car was actually put on the street from 6:30 until midnight in a unsafe place with the keys on top of the mat (visible from the window) and the car WASNT LOCKED! This morning I saw that the front tow hook was still sticking out from the bumper. I called the office and only got excuses from the the receptionist. She had an excuse for everything and said my car was safe even though it was left unlocked and keys on top of the mat for 6 hours in the dark.

Their employees are rude Horrible business and management. They will steal if you leave Jacks in the car and wont have the owner return the calls.

This company doesnt take care of its employees at all, im a wife of one of their drivers. They work him 24hr plus shifts, im looking into an attorney to report them. They all have attitudes of elementary school drama kids, no use in trying to talk to them, incompetence is not attractive. This company should be shut down for their lack of knowledge in business. Its no wonder all of the bad reviews about the drivers running people off the road.

First of all id like to say that everyone else was misparked and we were the only ones towed! But the most infuriating part of this dilemma is that they towed us on the amazing day that our great founders founded our incredible nation! On the Fourth of July! They did not care! Instead of enjoying the fireworks with their families, they decide to work 24/7/ 365 days a year to make our lives miserable! And dont even get me started on their run down poop of a station, and mean, rude people! All in all, if they could just find the slightest bit of patriotism in their shriveled up raisin of a heart. These people should be nicer we stayed for 5 mins and when we Got back our car was gone and we could not get a ride because there was Too much traffic so then we had no other choice but to walk beacause WE HAD NO CAR!!!!!!! For 1hr.Then we had to also pay a fee so that made it be the worst Fourth of July in my LIFE!!!If I could put 0 stars I would!!!!

This is a review for their gas station not the towing service. They operate a Sunoco gas station that is right next to a 7 Eleven. They post a cheaper price on their large road sign to lure people in but when you get to the pump you will notice the gas price is much more expensive than the advertised price on the road. Very deceptive business. They are even shady inside. Stay far away.

Read the reviews so stopped in to see how bad this place is. I seen the big price sign with the words cash on it. When I went to the pump it was marked cash price the same as the big road sign and a smaller one on the pump the read $.06 more for credit. As a small bussiness owner I can understand that CC companys do charge per dollar so I can understand why they charge more. While I was there I was able to watch a person come in to pick up a car from the tow yard. They did get very rude with that person after the where called a bunch of profanity. I spoke with the manager (Dan) after the person left. He told me that is what happens most of the time when a person car is impounded. I asked about the impounds he told me the HOAs or the property managers call to have the cars towed. Kind of a wierd place to hang out and watch

Been told 3x they would be here in 30’. Last i was told they were on the way and it would be 15’. Few minutes more and i am done and canceling and if they come I won’t let them even take the car.

One of the most rudest mean people ever but if the police call to get your car towed an they pick it up good luck heres what u do they have a police where mon-firday u can get your stuff for free Saturday an Sunday u have to pay a gate fee of 50 dollars unless the police called them to pick ur car up then u dont get that choice you have to pall in full to get JUST YOUR STUFF OUT so I waited my 30 days an they had there auction an my car is now going to the junk yard where the junk yard has no problem giving me my stuff now there not going to tell you which yard its going to because they are ass hole an dont realize that u can just follow your car to where ever they take it an thats how u put a loop hole in there (policesssss)

I refuse to give any stars. Its interesting that in another comment, the customer was told that manager is rude to impounds. Well I wasnt an impound. My car was picked up at an accident through my auto insurance company, and Connie was the most disrespectful, RUDE, unprofessional person I have ever come across. I was being very polite and patient, assuming that she and the staff were just unorganized and unprofessional. It was far worse than what I thought. It was intentional. She was just plain ignorant. She lied and said that my car is NOT there, and she never got up off her butt nor made phone call to look for the car. I picked up my cell phone to call the insurance company, so she started getting anxious and madder, and stormed out the building to leave. I went to my car to calm down. Then I went back into say that the insurance company will pick up my car on Monday. She said ok.... when earlier she had told me that my car was NOT THERE . Hum

We had an alternator go out on our way to Discovery Cove, 1,200 miles from home. Our resort reccomended them and they were able to pick up our van at the theme park while we were enjoying ourselves and the van was done when we got out. It could have been a horrible experiance, but they fixed everything and we didnt have to worry. All of the prices were reasonable and I would reccomend them to anyone.

Rude horrible people. Charge fees out of no where. Charged me $50 more because Im picking up my car on a Saturday. They called it GATE fee! Because the gate is closed on Saturday! What a ripoff!

They illegally towed cars out of my propertys drive way and my neighbors driveway and made us pay cash, it was a huge scam they a doing, they used to just toe the cars that are left in our neighborhood on the road at night but I guess they want to scam us now since they have no way of toeing us otherwise since we dont park in the road anymore at night. we will be getting police involved

Celebration FlParked in a public parking lot in a handicap parking place,placed handicap place card on mirror,they towed my car,said the place card was not clearly visible,they were cruising the parking lot looking to tow someone,i believe they towed my car then removed the placecard and put it on the visor.no ticket issued,but they charged me 125.00 cash only and gave me a hard time about a bill copy marked paid in cash,i called the osceola police dept twice and requested a officer to meet me at tow co,i waited 11/2 hours they never responded.i had my 4 y/o grandson and wife,they even refused to let 4 y/o use bathroon, PLEASE PASS AROUND

After finding out who tow my 2 vehicles from my private driveway. I called them to seek information and the company was very rude and unprofessional, the first time the lady hang up on me the second time a male answer and he was very rude and also hang up.

Went to get a uhaul and the whole experience was distasteful. The lady at the counter kept complaining about the person who had created the order and yelling at the computer. The whole time there were people standing in the doorway, holding the door open smoking in thedoorway. We gave up on the truck order after the lady kept changing the price and went to a place down the road.

Absolutely dangerous drivers, was almost run off the road twice by one of their tow trucks. Called their business and the dispatcher didnt care. Reported the driver and truck to the police.
